Alderwood court for seniors is a great place to call home if you are looking for a warm and friendly place to live. The staff is awesome always very professional and answer any questions you may have and need help with. The place is very clean and have a beautiful court yard for the residents to go and enjoy. The new staff is doing such a good job to make us all fill at home. Thank you guys for a clean and safe place for us to live. Great job!!!!

This is a lovely place for seniors. The community spaces are bright and give the residents a place to move about. Wonderful volunteers help make this a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Our maintenance guy, Chuck was over the top helpful on our last repair issue. I would like to add, the 4 stars insteas of 5 is due to the small bedrooms. The staff have been wonderful. Kenia is always cheerful and pleasant to work with.

The leasing agent, Kenia, spent time explaining things to me and even helped me to fill out the rental application.Then she showed me aroundthe beautiful courtyards and amenities letting me know what all is offered to the residents. Im very pleased to be moving in, and how she went above and beyond in assisting me and answering my questions.She is a great contribution to this older, mostly retired community residence.

The place looks beautiful. I toured it with my mom and we loved it!!! Diana was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My mom is going to move here as soon as the floor plan she likes comes available.

My dear friend, Carol, recommended I consider Alderwood Court; I am so very glad she did! She moved in approximately two years ago and has been very happy ever since :-) Diana and Kenia were very professional and friendly during my first meeting with them. They answered all my questions and made me feel very welcome. Kenia gave me a guided tour and Diana helped me with the paperwork. The apartment complex is well maintained and has a very homey feeling in the community areas. My first three months at Alderwood Court have been very positive.

My mother lives at Alderwood Court. It is a beautiful place, very quite and safe. The office staff is very nice, Diana is always on top of things. I would definitely recommend this place for peaceful living.

They are extremely Efficient and such a pleasure to communicate with!I highly recommend to anyone who’s looking to become a tenant, that this is the place to be! Kenia, the Leasing Agent was very professional. She called me back after my Dad was on wait list, and remembered exactly what type of unit he was interested in.The apartment grounds are well kept and on a quiet street next to a city park.

I just moved from a second floor 1 bedroom apartment here at Alderwood court to a first floor 2 bedroom apartment also here at Alderwood Court & because of Diana it was a breeze!!! Thank you to the exceptional Resident Support and Maintenance Teams at Alderwood Court! Both are professional, friendly and caring of the residents. Very appreciative of all that you do!In particular, Kenia from the front office, is truly an exceptional member of the Team. Kenia has a very positive attitude and a friendly manner and she shows genuine concern for each resident. Recently she came to the rescue of my 91 year old Mom when my Moms cell phone froze, her cellphone is her lifeline especially when she is away from the apartment. Kenia noticed my Mom having issues and she kindly offered to help and quickly resolved the issue. Kenia also facilitated a maintenance issue in my Moms apartment, within 10 minutes Kenia submitted a work request and before the end of that day the Maintenance Team had already resolved the issue!

Miss Kenia was very kind to take on a tour and answer all our questions to our satisfaction.

This is a lovely place to live. Recently when hindered by the CDC guidelines the staff seems to be almost afraid to talk to us . It may be because they can only take directions from corporate. Example: When a few of us wanted to plant some spring color in the two primary pots at the front door we were told that the $12. we asked for wasnt available for us! We paid for the flowers ourselves! What! No sprinklers coming on & may be why the trees have dead branches! Please we need everything that brings a brightness to our days here whether we view our grounds from above or as we walk to our cars or a bus throughout our day at Fairfield/Alderwood Court.

GREAT place to live. Friendly neighbors, good location, very clean and quiet. Chuck is a great maintenance man (he lives on the property), Diana and Kiera in the office are very helpful and response. Love it here!

I was visiting a friend today. Its nice and clean she enjoys living there. Any maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner. The other residents have time to socialize and get to know each other. Its a big community and my friend enjoys that.

As new owners of the complex they are doing everyting to be caring about the tenants and their needs, expecially during this COVID-19 crisis.

I work in an assisted living community and I am compiling a referral list for seniors who are not appropriate for our community. I called this location from my office phone to ask a few questions to send them potential referrals. The person answering the phone picked up, held down a button, and hung up without saying anything. I called back, thinking that maybe there was an issue with the phone, etc. The same thing happened again, but this time there was a pause before the person hung up. I then called from my cellphone, asked if they had any openings, and if they accepted Medicaid. The woman on the other end was incredibly rude and very condescendingly said, Were an APARTMENT building. We have nothing to do with Medicaid. I thanked her for her time and hung up and did not even ask the other questions that were on my list. I cannot believe that this is an acceptable form of customer service in this building, particularly in this industry. I can guarantee that this would be the last place I EVER refer a senior to if this is how the staff treats inquiries. Completely unacceptable behavior.
