Whispering Pines is being closed/torn down, with last tenants out in summer 2021.

Great place to live and Great management too.

Since Allied has taken over Whispering Pines has been 10x better than it ever was.I wanted to move out before Renee and her team took over.The staff here are Wonderful always helpful and so understanding they actually care about each individual who lives here.

Renee and her team are amazing people. They actually care, they work with you during tough times and make you feel like a person who matters! I have never had a more wonderful experience with a management team! Love them!

Im a current resident here and I have nothing to say but great things about this place and the management here they are so helpful and caring about there residents here always willing to take that extra step to make our lives easier. so nice very respectful just all around great. allied here are awesome very helpful when the is a problem or something needs done there great at there work and the manager here is top of the line and is a great example of leadership and dedication to the people that live here.

Whispering Pines, is a great place to stay, I’m happy here. The management is understanding, caring and will work with you to find resolutions for your problems and needs. Whispering Pines will provide you a nice, hospitable home for the time you’re there.

The employees at Whispering pines apts, they are wonderful peoples there nice friendly and understanding and have the Courteous to listen to you. The office manager is rite up front with you as well as getting things taken care of the best of her ability. Ill be saddened when that time comes that ill have to move after almost 13 years.

Whispering Pines...Wow. Just wow.First of all, the price. I am paying FAR less for a 2 bedroom home, than I was paying for a ONE bedroom apartment home in Everett!I gained a HUGE amount of space, AND I am saving a chunk of money!Definitely a win win!Second, they just opened the pool for the summer! EEEEEK! The pool here is HUGE! :DThe staff? The. Staff. They are BEYOND amazing! Martha is the name of manager and she was INCREDIBLY helpful in moving my fiance and I in!I honestly cannot say ENOUGH about Whispering Pines, exceptkeep up the good work! :D

If you arent the wealthiest person in the history of the earth (Shame on you) but you still love yourself and your family enough to seek out a safe, clean (and surprisingly spacious for the price) home, the the Whispering Pines is what you are looking for buddy.The wife and I had a credit rating the devil himself wouldve laughed at, but the incredible office staff worked their tails off to help us find a way to make it all happen and BOY did they. They made us feel like we deserved to live here and that made all the difference. Now we have a wonderful home for a price far below the value. Im a security officer by trade. If I trust this place, you should too.

Went through property on a Friday afternoon. The place looked nice and it seemed very quite for being in the middle of Lynnwood. The office seemed nice a little dated but nice. And the staff overall was polite and helpful. The whole process of moving in from what I understood took a bit long and slightly complicated for me. But the prices were very reasonable . Would recommend for those not in a hurry and plenty of time before needing to move.

I was very happy with the previous managers at Whispering Pine Apartment for many years. The new staff is not very organized, they mis-place residents files and paperwork. Do they care? What a mess! The new girl is rude and disrespectful to the residents. If theyre going to discriminate against section 8 voucher residents, they shouldnt be working there!

Ive lived here for 4+ years, and seen property management after property management come and go (about 5 so far), and, out of all of those, Renee and and office crew have been the best. I have cancer, and i asked her to work with us on the rent, and she worked with us. Not everyone these days does that, and even though we have been on time still, the fact that they showed compassion and willingness to help was above and beyond. The maintenance crew that works here have been amazing, and showed that they all know their stuff. Thank you for all your hard work daily, and when theres a problem. The property is alw3ays clean, and they were on things when the snow hit this last year. Im going to be sad when we have to go; its not often you get everything you need taken care of at most apartments.

Terrible Management occupied the office. Merchendise service is more prominent than customer service. She is disrespectful even to the front staff. I have zero recommendation to others.

This is horrible! I have lived here almost 6 months. Have entered my apartment 14 times! Done nothing! My poor little dog is a mess! Run!

Mold everywhere they dont fix anything, they refuse to do anything about the black mold and threaten for us to pay for it even when people have died in the apartments from it in the past, steer clear

They close the laundry rooms after 10pm, so if you work late you will need to hurry and finish your laundry before then or else it will be locked up and you will have to wait until 8am in the morning to get your clothes out of the room.The maintenance take a long time to fix things, they are quick to come and pull closet doors or dishwasher pumps out of units but then they take over two weeks to put them back in.They half-ass re-paint apartments, when I first moved into mine there was paint flecks dried into the carpet, and there are scratches on the sides of the door moulding. Theres also paint flecks dried on the tile in the bathroom that Ive successfully mostly chipped off. My door didnt even come with weather stripping so I had a huge gap letting heat escape from my apartment for the first few months and it took them awhile to get that on.The management is ALWAYS changing, and they are always changing up the rules. They also do not like that you have people over, Ive had a friend from Arizona come up to stay for a week to show around Seattle, they did not like that they had a rental car parked near mine for two days, Ive also had a friend come over with his moving truck once because we were preparing for a long weekend road trip and they said that it was an issue. They say there is no reserved parking spaces here but they keep putting up new Handicap signs every so many days.The management are assholes. ALSO, if you are late on rent there is a $25 notice fee on top of your $75 late fee ($2 for each day its late after the initial) and the notice fee is simply for someone to get off their butt and put a piece of paper in your door.
