Drove by and made a last minute decision to do a full set and pedicure. Has a great experience. I love how my nails look and my predicate was great with an awesome message on my legs.

My visits to Nail VIP are always the highlight of my ride home from work. They are super clean, highly skilled and have great customer service. I highly recommend!

For $23 I can’t complain!! They did a much longer massage than I anticipated (soo nice) and hot towels ! Don’t go in expecting a $50 pedicure, but I wasn’t disappointed. There was a weird almost dog pee smell that was relatively off-putting but I think it was mostly wafting from the open door and she was a tad rough on my cuticles.. other than that really relaxing and my toes look great!

The place is dirty and the price for a regular mani/pedi was $37! The regular mani/pedi was the worst and overpriced. I do not recommend this place, at all.

This is not my regular nail joint. However, I work across the street and needed 1 nail fixed that broke (acrylic). She went out of her way to help me find a polish close to the color I had from my main salon. She did a great job on my one nail and then didn’t even charge me. I was shocked!!!!! They were clean, prompt and friendly. When I am short on time, and can’t make it to Wesley Chapel, I will definitely be going back to get a full acrylic fill. I recommend this nail salon (and I’ve been to many). This is one of the better ones. Thank you guys so much! jessica

I went in with my sisters, asked for my nails to be black with a pumpkin, it was good at first, the lady messed up my pumpkin twice. The first time okay, she fixed it it was fine. The second time she messed it up she sent me on my way anyway . I will NEVER go back to this place again . Not only that but she didn’t really put anything on my face before waxing, she waited until after. Leaving my face redder then it’s ever been. Not satisfied at all with this experience and I will not be back.

I went recently and the prices were decent and they got the shape of my nail exactly how I wanted it.They also took the time to fix my painful homemade mistakes 😂. Thank you for making my nails beautiful again. And I think it says a lot that while your nails dry they massage your hands and shoulders. It’s an experience not just a visit.

Theyre very friendly which is the only reason I would return. They know their customers they go out of their way to talk to you and make you feel comfortable. The only thing was, she was aggressive when doing my nails she was yanking my hand around constantly and the nail job itself was mediocer. But because of the customer service I would return all the time!

I’ve gone to many other salons in my day. This is by far my favorite. They really care about their customers, best prices, and clean environment

The pedicurist was fine but the manicurist was rude. I know weve been to salons before where we joke theyre talking about us in their language. It was so obvious my manicurist was. While getting a pedicure, I heard gel nails a few times (I was the only one in the store and getting gel nails) and the manicurist comes over and looks at my nails, shaking her head and with an attitude. Then, she is doing my nails and she was starting at the color and joked it was like Halloween because it was orange. That wouldve been fine but then her friend comes over and they start talking again and my manicurist says, yes, very nice color and makes a disgusted face to which they laugh. She told me I have hair on my lip and I needed to wax. What the heck? Customer service went out the window. Ill be going elsewhere.

I am like clockwork. I go every two weeks for manicure. Gel Manicure. All the staff there are very friendly and nice and Cindy makes sure I get the right color every time.

The guy that did my nails was very nice, quick and he did an okay job on the shaping. It was a little annoying every 5 minutes he was trying to upsell me on something. Either way a week later about 4 nails came off. Im not rough on them, I work in an office, so I fear for those who work in water or are rough with their hands. The pricing was very low so I am not that upset but, you get what you pay for. Cheap acrylic for sure. However I might recommend a pedicure or wax there since they are cheap but I definitely would not recommend getting fingernails done here.

Ive been here a few times and they have only lasted 1-2 weeks and I havent hit my nails on anything, they just pop right off
