I think this is one of the nicest salons in terms of aesthetics and cleanliness I have been to that offer quite a bit of services that feels very pampering/luxurious. All the staff is really nice, at least the ones I had work on me. Reasons I can only give 3 stars is the inconsistency in pricing and lack of experienced artists. They always charge me for nail shaping, unless you get something like coffin or square/round. Ive been charged varying amounts from $15-25 for cutting and shaping for oval or almond nails. I would prefer them to be more transparent on the pricing and how much all the extra stuff costs, however I have been charged different amounts each time for the same add on. It makes sense for designs to be extra, I think that is common anywhere you go, but the shape should be included in my opinion. The last time I went, I asked for oval, but was given almond. A woman next to me had the same issue, so it is frustrating when you ask for something and it is not done correctly, AND you get charged for it. They dont really have many artists there either that can draw designs, or many options for designs anyways for a more expensive nail salon. I added a photo of what I wanted and what I got, which doesnt seem too different, but still is not what I asked for, and the two flowers cost $15. There was only one person in the salon that was willing to attempt the flower, but even she had difficulties with it. I even asked if they had the little gems, but the woman insisted the gold leaf looked better, despite me telling her that is not what I wanted. Then all the staff members kept walking by to see my nails and kept saying how pretty they were, and would ask me if I liked them. I felt obligated to say yes, even though I didnt think it was done well. I will say the owners do try to correct their mistakes if you have any issues at all, however I dont want to keep going somewhere that I dont always leave initially feeling satisfied. This is another minor thing, but they do offer beverages there, but they will not offer it to you every time, or when you initially sit down. Some times it will be offered to someone next me, when nothing was offered to me at all. Really their biggest issue is inconsistency. If you dont want anything crazy then I recommend them. They also have really good pedicures. For what I am looking for, they are just average in terms of manicures that are overpriced.

This place is a gem! Hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! We were a group of 5 and we had appointments. Everyone was so kind and welcoming! They greeted us and the appointment started right away, there wasn’t a wait time. They have a huge selection of colors for gel, dip powder and acrylic. The nail tech who greeted us took the time to answer any questions we had, ( I was debating between acrylic and dip powder) and she even took the time to help us find colors as close to our inspiration photos. They have a variety of pedicure types too! And the nail artists are very talented, one of the best nail art I’ve ever had done!

This was my first visit and I can safely say it will not be my last. My friend from out of state and I went for relaxing girl day out.The establishment is very clean and beautiful. All the employees we met were so nice and helpful. I personally had Michael and Monica work on me between my manicure and pedicure. They both were very professional, as well as doing great work. I absolutely love my acrylics!You will not be disappointed from this place for nails and they have so many other beauty treatments available there as well. All reasonable priced.

Very welcoming from the start. I had no idea as Ive never had either a manicure or pedicure. I took my daughter in for a treat on vacation and thought I might as well. Environment very clean, staff was top notch professional and accommodating. They did a great job on my daughters acrylic nails and design. If I ever treat us again in Tampa this is where it will be. Bisou was very clean and friendly and I highly recommend their services. I had the Aloe Vera Jelly pedicure it was the BEST! Mary was my technician and she was perfect. She also did my manicure and she takes your time and stays focused on you the whole time. Very enjoyable experience.

Fabulous! Came in for a pedi and wish I lived closer. Immaculate, friendly and professional. The pedicure stations have really nice massage chairs and I felt the prices were quite reasonable for the outstanding service I received.

Steven is amazing!!!! I’ve been getting my nails done consistently for the past 4-ish years and I’ve never had anyone do my nails as good as he has!!! The decor is also so beautiful, very calming music, a lot of options for personalizing your pedicures. 10/10, this will be my new nail place.

My nails came out great but i had to explain 3 different times that the picture i showed was just inspiration for the design, not for the color or shape and i explained the colors i wanted and keep my shape…. women who was i could only assume to be the owner greeted me initially and took me to my seat, came over a couple times throughout my service and hovered for a while. maybe my technician was newer but she made me very uncomfortable and as a hairstylist i know the body language when there’s something just not quite right in a salon and it felt very similar. nails were done beautiful but my experience was sub par

I absolutely love this beauty bar. I relocated to this area looking for a place to get services for my beauty needs. I am so glad that I found this business because they provide the service that I always try to find. They have exceptional world class customer service. I frequent this business at least one a week(alternating between gel nails, pedicures and/or lashes). The service you receive is well worth what you pay for. If they keep up with their superb service, its gonna be hard for them to get rid of me 😀. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a try. I can guarantee you that you will not be disappointed. My first visit today. This business is absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and modern.The owner Andrew greeted me at the door, hes very personable, friendly, and oversees many details of his business. He cares about his customers and it shows. He helped me pick out my color, explained the new procedures due to COVID-19 and assured me I will be well taken care of. My technician was Trish. She explained everything in detail, asked me if everything was ok with me when she did each step. Shes very diligent with her work and she takes her time. I had the organic lavender volcano Crystals pedicure, paraffin feet wax, a manicure, dip powder, and paraffin hand wax. My nails look absolutely beautiful. I love all the natural indoor plants they have throughout the area. Relaxing music is playing and no tv. Complimentary drinks offered as well. Plenty of parking outside. They really make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

Bisou beauty bar was very clean professional and pretty inside. People were very nice. Although they charged me 10 extra dollars for length and extra 8 for 2 designs!!! My nails are also messed up as well.

My friend and I came here on a whim while we were in the Wesley Chapel area shopping. We had such a great experience and the staff was so kind and courteous. They have so many colors for nails and can do all sorts of designs. They did a great job on our pedicures and we cannot wait to go back. The only downfall is we dont live close by but its totally worth the drive!

The inside is beautiful. The owner was very kind and accommodating. The basic pedicure even includes good smelling scents in the water, and a massage with a lime. Kind and friendly staff. They did what I asked for my nails. I would recommend it and come back again!

Today was my first time going to Bisou to use a gift certificate that had been given to me. Erika met me at the door, called me by my first name and made me feel welcomed from beginning to end. They took every precaution to keep every safe and healthy with temperature checks, sanitizer, gloves and nail samples set up so no one needed to touch anything. Their facility is clean and set up in a manner that easy allows social distancing but also a relaxing environment adding to the experience. I got a pedicure and Manicure and was given individualized attention but also done in a reasonable amount of time. I have found my new place and am looking forward to going back again with my daughter!

Had exceptional customer service today. Called yesterday for a consult and appointment for Microshading/blading for combination brows. Erika began reaching out via text shortly after my appointment was scheduled. She asked specific questions about my needs and requests and had me send a few pictures to her.Upon arriving in there beautiful establishment, I was greeted warmly and immediately taken into the consult room. We touched base on what was previously discussed and I was the taken to meet Cindy. She was just a sweet an professional as Erika, no surprise as they are an amazing mother and daughter team. Cindy and Erika were precise and meticulous with the mapping process. The whole procedure was utterly painless. They always made sure I was comfortable and were wonderful at explaining everything that was happening. I was astounded with the outcome of my brows and couldn’t be happier, the whole experience was amazing! After many times of viewing other salons, I felt safe to pick Bisou based off of their photos and work. I had a consultation the day before with Erica and Cindy. They answered many of my questions and concerns during the consultation. Cindy was my artist, she is very kind and gentle, informative too. As she was working on my brows she walked me through what she was doing. I felt comfortable.I will definitely be referring all my girlfriends to the beauty bar for permanent make up, and have an appointment set up with Erica next week for lash lift and tint. I have known Erica for a little while now and can honestly say I would trust no one else with my lashes. Erica did my lashes for my wedding and they looked stunning. The lashes I get usually last for up to like 3-4 weeks. She takes her time and is super precise. I have also had a lash lift done with them and that really makes your lashes pop! I can not wait to go back again and support this local business. So clean, so professional.

We wanted to support small businesses during this time, and knew that Bisou just had their grand opening last week. I came with my mom and they were very accommodating when I called to book our appointments. We were offered masks and our temperature was taken at the door. It is super clean inside and I loved the luxurious and modern decor! We got a signature manicure and a glimmer pedicure. The quality and services is definitely worth the price tag. I made an appointment with Erica next week to get my lashes done. Absolutely love this place and I am officially a loyal client!! Highly recommend

Ive been waiting quite some time for Bisou to open and Im so glad I was finally able to check them out! I was extremely impressed. The environment was inviting and relaxing, the staff was friendly and informative and my pedicure was most excellent! They take your temperature upon arrival, they follow the social distancing protocol and everything was kept extremely clean! I will definitely be returning - check this place out, you will not be disappointed!

Erica at Bisou does amazing work with lashes! She is my go-to girl. She is precise and extremely gentle. My lash extensions always look amazing after she fills them. I have never had to worry about my natural lashes being damaged because she takes such great care during each fill. I cant recommend her enough! She knows how to make my eyes pop with right length of lash without over-doing it. You wont regret coming to Bisou!

At first, I was a little hesitant in getting my first skin tightening treatment, but my wife convinced me to get it done. Cindy, one of the owners of Bisou Beauty Bar, took extremely good care of me, making me feel comfortable and relaxed during the session. I teach for a living, and after having the procedure done, along with a wonderful manicure, not only was I impressed, but my students immediately responded positively, saying it made me look fresher and younger (maybe their enthusiasm was inspired since grades were due...). Seriously, I highly recommend the services offered in their shop, as the prices are very reasonable and the clean, professional environment made me feel like I was in a spa in a resort.

I was dealing with some persistent patchiness and asymmetry and they were able to restore my brows to their former glory.
