Went for a pedicure and was told a basic one was $30 but a deluxe was $45, so I thought I would go all out...um no just for some fake pedals n 2 pebbles of blue...not worth it...the nail polish was polished on bad and not worth the price!!! Save ur money and do ur own pedi, this place not worth it

This was my first time trying this place it was great and the staff was so nice I got my hair colored and a haircut I love how my hair came out and the layers. I also did the threading for the first time and loved it they did an awesome job and the prices are soooo great paid under 100 bucks for everything I got and it was worth it I will be going back and this is my new spot to go.

From out of town they were friendly and took her time.

Great place! Very clean and affordable. I’ve been here 3 times now for eyebrow threading and they always come out perfect. Each time I’ve visited they haven’t been very busy and I’ve been able to have my eyebrows threaded immediately, with no wait time. I never have to tell the person doing the threading what I want, which is awesome. They are experts and know what they need to do and where they need to remove hair to create the perfect shape for your face. This business also offers full face threading, facials, pedicures, manicures and I think some hair services. They also sell a few beauty items. I plan on trying out one of their facials soon. Overall, I’m thrilled I found this place and I will continue to visit only this business for all of my threading needs. They do have another location which I’ve also visited and I’d give the exact same review. However, the other location opens earlier, so that’s one bonus. Check it out!

Went in to get my nails done. The lady working on them, although very kind and friendly, her work was sloppy and rushed. The nails came out super thick and the lengths were uneven. I was not even able to get my nails done the way I wanted because their acrylic selection is so slim. The eyebrow threading was lovely and I’m pleased with those results. My nails on the other hand ( haha ), Im not impressed. She still charged me $50.

I’m so annoyed. Every time I try to go here it seems to be open because of the hours posted online, however it’s always closed.I walk here because of convenience only to realize I have to walk back home because they failed to update their hours.I finally got to take a picture of what they’re hours are. In the future if I ever decide to return I will call in advance just to see if someone actually decided to work that day.

Truthfully, Im still here & I am amazed so far. Ive just gotten my eyebrows & upper lip threaded & wow, they put a salve of some sort to help which is so nice, considering I have work later. Plus, these ladies are so good that customers come in wanting specific people. I am truly happy about my experience here. Definitely worth the money & its not very unreasonable, considering I researched other places as well

I scheduled an appointment for 5:15pm on Friday 12/15/17 night for an acrylic manicure and a French tip pedicure, because I was in a wedding on Sunday 12/17/17. The girl who started my pedicure barely put any pressure at all during the massage. It felt like a slight tickle, not a massage. She didnt square off my toenails, nor trim them like I asked, and then literally did my white tip covering over half of my toenails, after she had trimmed up the white. Another woman said something to her in another language, and my pedicure artist left me to go do someones eyebrows and didnt even tell me! The other woman came and fixed my toes and they looked okay, decent at best, and they were chipping on Monday, 12/18/17. This same woman who finished my toes walked me to her station to do my nails. I requested a pink coffin shaped acrylic manicure. She did not trim my natural nail, trim cuticles, rub lotion, or do anything to prep my nails whatsoever. She was obviously rushing. She immediately started gluing the clear tips on my finger nails, many of which were even too small to cover the sides of my nails. All of my nails were bubbly and bumpy. They were different thicknesses and 4/10 were crooked by about 45 degrees. I asked her to straighten them 5 times and she argued with me every single time and told me I was wrong. She also left them almost a full centimeter too long. She put the powder over my cuticles, so they were cracking off and looked absolutely awful. I spent 3 hours and 18 minutes in their salon, was overcharged, and hated how everything looked. Do not go here.

For as quick as my brows were done, they came out really nice! Quick service, kept my brows thick as requested, and a very natural shape. Will be returning anytime I am in Lubbock and need a fast and quality job.

I went in 15 minutes before closing for a pedicure and full set. The girls stayed open for me. Im not sure what her name was but the girl did a good job and took her time. Had another lady do my coffin aka ballerina shaped nails. They turned out great! First time having them this shape and will continue for sure. Wish I had time to get threaded. But it gives me another reason to come back next time. Thank you ladies!!

I am new to Lubbock and have tried a few different places to get my eyebrows threaded and so far Mayas has been my favorite. She was incredibly gentle and it was probably one of the most pain free experiences I have had. She is also a dollar cheaper than the rest of her competition in Lubbock. Ive gotta say that I am spoiled with the options and prices in Dallas and am used to getting my eyebrows threaded for $3-4 max at Heenas or Reenas in Dallas, but as far as Lubbock goes I have not been able to find anywhere more affordable than Mayas coming in at $9 before tip. It might be a little hard to find her shop at first, but it is part of the Amigos building, directly to the left of the grocery store entrance. Would highly recommend giving her a try if you are looking for someone in the Lubbock area.

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS THREADED HERE. Before sitting in the chair, I specifically requested for the employee to keep my arches on my brows. After getting the threading, one of my aches was completely gone, underneath the brow looked as if no hair had even been taken off, and was overall VERY sloppy. After the employee finished my friends brows (which were also not good) she brought me back into the chair to try to fix the disaster. In conclusion, do not go here or you will end up with 2 completely different brows. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!! :((((((((. (can I rate negative stars???)

This is my favorite place to go for mani, pedi and threading . The staff here is super friendly and I feel great after going to this place. I didn’t know threading could be so painless until I went to this place.I have been to few other places in the area before but I’m never going to any other place anymore. I always feel comfortable and feel good about myself after going here. The staff here are really good at what they do, they listen to what the customer wants and they give quality service.You get such a good quality of work for a reasonable price.

TERRIBLE SERVICE !!every 10 minutes shell be here 10 minutes my manicure came out way different from what I explained. my threading left scars from where she cut me . now I am trying to remove my nails and its taking off my real nail right down to the bed ! i do NOT recommend this place!!
