I have lived at Wildwood for more than 2 years now. I have to say it has been one of the best apartments I have lived in. TTUHSC is about a 5-6 min drive which is nice. Maintenance always does a great job and responds to requests within 24-48 hours. The office staff have been great and always fix whatever issue I have. The gym is great. Pool is awesome. People around the complex are friendly. Extremely dog friendly. The only thing I will say is sometimes the printer does not work, but thats my only complaint. Thank you Wildwood for a great 2 years.
Love living at wildwood and experiencing all of the wonderful amenities that come with my apartment! Would highly recommend signing here!
Pretty spacious apartment. I like that I get my own room with my own bathroom. Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen
I have lived at two other student living complexes in Lubbock and Wilwood was my favorite. The rate that you pay is exceptional for the amount of space you get. Management does their best to keep residents happy and the events and treats they have for residents are even better. Only downside is this complex is a little bit further from campus, but in my opinion, it is much safer, quieter, and cleaner than those that are off Mac Davis. I think it is worth it!
This is my first year living here and I already love it!! I am definitely releasing my lease!!
Wildwood provides their residents with very good amenities that elevate the student living experience! Always are quick to respond to any need!
Wildwood is a cool place to live. The apartments are nice and well-kept. Special shout-out to Chris Bergen for always being professional and courteous with a couple of minor concerns we had during our stay there.Keep up the great work Wildwood!
I love management here they are always friendly and do so much for the residents!
I LOVE living here!! Ive had no issues and yhe management is amazing!
Very nice place and amenities. Rooms are clean when I moved in and maintenance fixes all issues within a day or two of putting in the request.
Gross apartment complex. Pool is GREEN 90% of the time. Sidewalk lights don’t ever work and management has yet to do anything about it. And apparently they just don’t show up to work on a Saturday even though they say they are open??
I wish I could give them no stars. Do not move here. When I moved in it was filthy and I had to go in and clean myself. Only to get a COVID cleaning fee when I moved out. I left that apartment cleaner when I moved out then it was when I moved in. And they had the audacity to charge everybody an apartment cleaning fee regardless if you left the place spotless or not. Not only that but the whole year I lived there, I had to call maintenance multiple times because my AC kept going out. The maintenance man even told me himself it was a cheap unit that they use. They want to charge all that money but can’t even get a good AC unit that doesn’t go out after a couple weeks. They will try and get over on you so make sure you pay attention to all the charges they are charging you!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
Nice enough staff but awful management. Tried to charge me for damages I didnt create and charged insane amount for cleaning at move out. Would recommend doing more research before signing here.
Great Place to live and its not overly crowded
I love living here and think the staff is amazing! Can’t wait to renew for next year!
Upon move-out they charged every resident a $90 cleaning fee and a $30 carpet cleaning fee. When I called the front desk about these charges the girl working at the time attempted to make me feel better by saying Everyone got those charges. I hope everyone disputes those charges. The $90 move-out cleaning charge is NOWHERE stated in the lease residents sign OR in the move-out sheet provided. Upon providing video proof of my clean room (I suspected the office would try and charge anything they could), they would not accept the video because they couldnt see the ceiling fan. So, for future residents, video every inch of your room including the fan. Their request of photo/video proof indicates that the staff does not walk into the units themselves to see if it is clean or not.Edit: Their response to this comment is further proof that they don’t pay attention. Not once did I mention the valet trash.
Great complex! Clean & great management!
Wildwood is 100% the best student living complex in Lubbock. Management, maintenance, and staff care so much about their residents and making it a good living experience for them. It is student living so there are some loud parties sometimes and people dont do the best job cleaning up after themselves so sometimes the courtyards and pools are dirty and have trash but the staff does their best to keep things clean. The distance from campus is worth it. I have also never felt unsafe here even when taking my dogs out when its dark. Ive signed 3 times at wildwood and Im about to sign for my 4th year and I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new apartment.
Wildwood is by far one of the best student apartments here in Lubbock!
Wildwood has been generally a great place to live the past 2 years for me and my roommate. Maintenance, the amenities, and friendly staff are the best aspects of living here. However, I would NOT consider Wildwood as dog-friendly of a place to live as it is advertised. Dogs, even on leashes, are now routinely attacked by other extremely aggressive dogs that may or may not be registered to live here. It makes me fear walking my dog around here, where my dog has typically had lots of valuable socialization experiences.
Great place would highly recommend
Such a fun place to live!
As a previous resident, I was not impressed with the way management handled my situations. I was constantly having to call to get my apartment sprayed for bugs and get my lock fixed. Additionally, the trash service did not pick up trash on a regular basis leaving the front porch an unpleasant smell. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay there.
Amazing amenities are here. the staff is always really nice. i love the townhome layout. the trash pick up is great. the internet has gotten better
Great maintenance and maintenance staff! This is one of the most important things when staying in an apartment
Management here is awful and charges for every single thing even when it has no relation to you. Takes forever for maintenance to come and my air conditioner went out multiple times. The pool is green 90% of the time. Live anywhere else.
So far so good, havent been here long but so far no problems just wish it was closer to campus and the bus system was faster but other than that it is good.
Tour was absolutely perfect when my roommate and I were looking for our future apartment neighbor and are is perfect and the distance to Tech is not bad at all as there is a bus that will go on campus which is great. looking forward to living my net 3 years here.
Sweet Staff. I love the study rooms. Rooms are spacious and love the closet inside of the bathroom. Balcony is big. Kitchen is big. Appliances are good. Pool is huge. Excited to live here.
Overall WildWood is a great place to live. Compare to other student livings housing, WildWood is the best one. It’s affordable, it’s big in terms of space inside your apartment. I would recommend this place for my friends.
Living here had its troubles at first, and then it became so much better when I was able to figure it out. I really love it at Wildwood. Awesome green space for the dogs as well.
Nothing but stress to live here at Wildwood. Staff is never prepared for anything, and do not think outside of the box. Rules are not enforced, so you can think of that as good or bad. If you want anything fixed in your apartment, you have to stay on top of maintenance or else nothing will be fixed. Moved into an apartment where my roommates and I spent the first day cleaning the fridge and appliances because they were all left disgusting. Parking this year has been a nightmare because the lots are filled with guests and visitors, because again no rules are enforced. I’ve never had more problems at an apartment complex than I have had at Wildwood. Save your time and money and invest in a complex that puts professionalism first.
Love living here just dont live in the apartment in the back by the trash or by the bus entrance. request an apartment close to a well lit parking lot in the front areas. maintenance is so sweet along with the rest of the staff. the pool is amazing and they are lenient with pool guests.
The staff is helpful even over the phone. I think it was Jakob who helped me with pricing and room availability. Although I wont be living here, i appreciate the professionalism.
Great apartment community for your college student! Awesome amenities and Chris the manager and his office staff are very organized and attentive to your needs. This apartment has everything you can imagine and really caters to the college student. My daughter felt safe, and never had any issues. We recommend you check them out with your college student!
Don’t live here unless you wanna be charged for every little thing, even based on hearsay. Great community but they like to hit you with fines and fees every chance they get.
Heads up: Management will try and arbitrarily shorten the pool hours despite having hours listed in the lease agreement as being open until 10 pm on weekdays and midnight on the weekend.
My son lived there 9 months and during that time he had his truck window broken out and stuff stolen then the following night someone parked near him visiting another apartment and the same thing happened to them. The apartment did not send out notices to the other tenants to ask if any one had seen anything suspicious since they have no security cameras or lights that come on at the back of the property. He moved out in May when he was done for the semester even though his lease was up in July he couldn’t wait to get out of there but there was no one that could do a walk through. A few weeks ago we received a statement for $30 mattress cleaning and $400 carpet replacement. I called and said that they must have the wrong room because his other upstairs roommate had an unapproved pet that wasn’t house broken, had fleas and no kennel. I was told that sometimes that happens to wait for the final statement to be sent. A week later I call but was told that disputes can only be done via email. I emailed them with photos clearly showing clean carpet and a mattress protector (I don’t like used mattresses in the first place) that he ended up leaving behind. I was then sent a photo of a person holding up the corners of carpet at a doorway saying it was my sons room and that the carpet was coming up and that was why the charge. They did take the mattress cleaning off since I had a protector on it.I looked at the fees in the lease and it has $59 for carpet repair and $233 for carpet replacement.I helped him move out and there was nothing wrong with anything in his room. Nothing.
Just moved in and love my new town home!!! Great staff, puppy friendly, clean grounds. So happy I finally found an apartment that goes above and beyond to cater to my needs. I feel safe and if I ever have an issue maintenance is quick. There is always something fun going on at the clubhouse, Wildwood feels more like a community than a complex. Finally an amazing place to live in Lubbock!
Ive loved my experience living here at Wildwood! As a new student to Tech I was concerned about where I would be living but I was so grateful for Paisley who helped me and my dad find a great place for me to live, and now I absolutely love Wildwood. The amenities are amazing, and the grounds are so pretty and open, and great for dogs! My townhouse is so spacious and the fact that it comes with appliances was a definite bonus. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my decision to live here. Love the newness, the location, and the staff is very helpful. 10/10 rating from me!!
Wildwood is the perfect place to live in Lubbock! The facility is amazing and the staff members are extremely helpful. I worked specifically with Paisley and she was so nice, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. She is a great employee at Wildwood. If you are looking for an apartment in Lubbock, Wildwood is the place for you! I wouldn’t choose any other apartment complex! Check it out for yourself! I promise you won’t regret it!!
Wildwood is a great place to live! I feel so at home here, it really is a sigh of relief to come home after classes and work. The staff is very accommodating and ready to help whenever you need it. The rooms are spacious and cozy and offer a quiet living space. If I could give it more than 5 stars you best believe I would
Wildwood is such a great place to live! I have had nothing but a great experience so far. There are many great amenities such as the indoor and outdoor weights. The pool is also really nice and relaxing. The staff is always very helpful. Ill never forget how Jarrett offered to help my mother and I move in when he saw us struggling with heavy boxes. He also checked back with me to make sure everything went smoothly. All in all, Wildwood truly is a great community to live in. Plus, Ive seen the cutest pups around!
My friends live there and the place is always so nice and clean! The staff is really accommodating and are always super helpful. They also just a dog because their pet fees were so low!!! seriously recommend living here!
I love living here! The units are great and the amenities are amazing. The staff, especially Paisley, are always friendly and nice, and work out any issues very quickly. Aside from small issues, this apartment complex is amazing for its first year up! Happy to live here!
I live here and absolutely love it! Everything about it is truly amazing. It has a resort style feel and the pool is HUGE. Anytime I have a work order they are quick to find a solution and another plus is the low pet rates! They also have really big courtyards that make it seem like a community feel and is great for dogs to play together!
My daughter lives at Wildwood and love loves it! I have been continuously impressed with their service. Anytime I had a concern they promptly answered my questions. The management is very knowledgeable as well. Move in was organized and I would recommend this apartment complex. They even deliver care packages to your child if they are sick!
A brand new apartment usually has its major cons but Wildwood has been so helpful in making sure any problem gets fixed quickly and appropriately. Though, I havent had any major maintenance issues like you normally would in a brand new apartment! I love living at Wildwood. Its a great student environment here at Tech.
Spacious apartments and big courtyards. Great place for college kids to live. Also, fantastic club house with plenty of study rooms to get homework done and study for classes. The big, modern weight room is a huge plus.
The office staff tried to violate the terms of the executed lease agreement charging a fee more than double the stated fee in our contract and triple the stated monthly fee. They refused to work directly with my daughter and her roommate to do the right thing. We had to involve our family lawyer before they would do what was right. Shame on management for trying to take advantage of young adults!
I love it here. Great experiance with all the staff here and they are all so so so nice. I actually think everyone who lives here is amazing!
This is by far the best place to live in Lubbock! My girlfriend feels safe walking her dog at night and I never have to worry about her safety! I visit her basically every day because the pool area, gym, and apartments are amazing! The grounds are always clean and the staff are always friendly. I cant wait to move into The Wildwood when my current lease is up!
Wildwood Lubbock is one of the newest complexes in Lubbock and it has definitely lived up to the hype. I have plenty of friends that live there and have heard nothing but positive responses to their living arrangements, staff, and amenities. These people take care of their tenants. Would definitely recommend anyone I know to live here.
Wildwood has been great! My bedroom is huge and the courtyards are perfect for my dog. My dog is big and most places have breed or weight restrictions and Wildwood doesnt.
Wildwood Lubbock is a newly constructed property that has a modern style and great amenities. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are high quality unlike most other student apartments. Upper management is friendly and eager to help. The general manager is willing to work with tenants and eager to accommodate their needs, which is very rare to see. Im happy that I chose Wildwood Lubbock as my home away from home.
I really enjoy living here. The workers here are super nice and friendly. Plus all of the amenities are the best ones Ive seen in an apartment complex in Lubbock. If youre looking for an apartment I highly recommend living here!
Great place from head to toe. I have never been somewhere with such great staff and amenities. Everything is top of the line and I have always had great experiences at wildwood and i cant wait for many more. Thank you and god speed.
Wildwood is a very friendly, and fun place to be! From pool days, to their expansive homework and study area, gym, to letting your dogs play in the large grass areas around the complex. The staff are always more than willing to assist you any way possible! If you havent seen wildwood Lubbock yet, do yourself a favor and check them out!
This place is unlike any other student housing in Lubbock! The pool and open courtyard areas are my favorite part!! I dont have a single negative thing to say about this property. Make sure you ask for Paisley when you call or visit. She really goes able and beyond to help every resident or potential resident!!
Wildwood is an amazing place to live! Residents and office staff are wonderful! I have loved my time here! I love that its new, nice and the pool and gym are great perks! Highly recommend if you are looking for the perfect place to live!
This place is great! I have a bunch of friends who live there and my biggest regret ever is not signing at Wildwood! The location is amazing and I always end up over at Wildwood using their pool and gym with my friends because its so much better than mine! I basically live on my friends couch that is how much I love it...the staff is great they even know me by name since I am there so much, the property is very safe and maintenance has been very quick for my friends! It is also so pet friendly which is great! I cant give enough praises to Wildwood and hope I can live there soon!
This place is amazing! I have a ton of friends that live here and have heard no complaints from any of them. The staff is very attentive and supportive of their residents and take care of any issues that may arise immediately. Also, the pet community and amenities here are awesome!
It’s been a great experience living here at Wildwood! My roommates are cool and the basketball court is always great.
Love this place! Tons of green space, gas fire pits and an AMAZING pool! Everything is beautifully maintained and the staff is the best. They are always friendly and available to help. I recommend it to everyone!!
Love living at Wildwood! The staff made move in so easy. Managers Audrey and Bill have continued to be incredibly helpful since the beginning. My first apartment in Lubbock and I am so happy that Ive chosen to live here!
I am not a resident, but I have spent enough time in the apartments to know that if you dont want to have to worry about if the toilet, internet, or air conditioning not working you need to stay away.My friends who lived there had so many maintenance problems and after half a dozen requests to have things fixed, in person and online, only one thing was looked at. It then was fixed in the laziest haphazard way that left the apartment in a big mess. The keys to the apartment are also shoddy. On many occasions we were left to see if anyone was home because the key couldnt read. This became a bigger problem once one of the toilets stopped working and we had to use the clubhouse after 11pm. This problem with the key made it so that we could not deal with basic human needs without asking others to let us in. This is only topped by the fact that my friends key has officially stopped working at midnight of move out day leaving them unable to get into the apartment to finish packing and clean as to avoid fines. The pool is decent enough but we never dared get in the water. No matter the season there will be floating solo cups, beer cans, and bikini tops IN THE WATER. The amount of drinking and smoking did not make it a pleasant atmosphere. The entire complex smells like dog poo and weed. Sometimes you can hardly smell it, but when it rains or there are strong winds it does not matter which building you are in. The smell lingers.I could keep going. In short, dont move to Wildwood.
Wildwood has been such a great living experience! I believe we have the best amenities in town. The staff is always willing to help when you need it and you cant forget the low pet fees! Its overall a great place to live.
Wildwood is the perfect place to live here in Lubbock! They have all the greatest amenities. Not only is are the buildings brand new but theyre built to stay nice and new for a long time! The staff at Wildwood is incredible. Theyre so genuine and eager to help with any of your needs. They put pride in all that they do. I wouldnt want to live ANYWHERE else!
My friend lives here and it is one of the coolest places to live in Lubbock! The pool and other amenities are awesome and allows you to feel at home when you are there, even if you arent a resident! The staff is welcoming and helpful, too. Would highly recommend living here!!
Some of my friends live/work at Wildwood and every time Ive been out there Ive been really impressed. The property is always in great condition and such a fun environment. I know Paisley & the entire Wildwood staff are always willing to help residents out in any way that they can.
Wildwood is a great place to live. The amenities of the property are incredible and the staff has been very helpful during my stay here at Wildwood. A brand new apartment usually has its problems but the staff has been so helpful in making sure any problem gets fixed quickly and appropriately.
I recently moved to Wildwood, because of safety issues at my old apartment. I can honestly say I feel incredibly safe at Wildwood, and the staff has gone to great lengths to make sure all of my needs are met. Not to mention the actual apartment and facilities are incredible. Would highly recommend Wildwood to anyone looking for housing in Lubbock!
Best spot in Lubbock hands down! If you are looking for a place to live, hangout with friends, study or work out, then this is the place to be. The staff here is so friendly and helpful! I can honestly say that some of the relationships I have made while living at Wildwood are going to be relationships I will have for a lifetime.
Brand new apartments. They are nice and at a great price. The people who work here are great and really helpful, specially Paisley and Taylor M... I just wish we had coffee 24/7 at the clubhouse!
Lets start off with the good. The apartments are pretty nice, the staff if really professional, the pool and gym are really nice and you cant ignore the fact that you get furnished units with a good TV included. The major problems I have with this place is that there is dog poop everywhere, so me and my roommates cant hang out on our porch and just walking out of my apartment is a hassle. When I moved in, the bed and all the furniture in my room were really dirty. For about the first month I lived here, the internet was so slow that it was unusable (since then its been a little slow, but good enough to use in my opinion). But God help you if you need to put in a work order for anything... Since I moved in, there was a hole with wires sticking out of my wall next to my bed. I assumed this was where the Ethernet port was supposed to be, I put in multiple work orders and called the front desk multiple times to get this fixed, but it did not get fixed for two months. When they finally fixed the hole and installed an Ethernet port, it didnt work! So me and my roommate (who also has the same problem) have been putting in work orders and we were told that someone would show up last week to fix this, but as Im sure you can imagine nobody showed up. So its been three months and they still havent fixed a problem Ive reported multiple times. Will update if it ever gets fixed.Honestly, its not a bad place to live if you can tolerate the smell of dog poop and dont mind waiting forever to get stuff in your apartment fixed.Update: It took them a hot second, but they finally fixed the problem I had since move in. I understand things might have been a little hectic with the change in management they had, but waiting 4 months to fix a simple problem is till too much. On the bright side, it looks like this new management will be better than the last
This property is so awesome! It is laid out extremely well and has tons of open space. THE POOL ROCKS! Super clean and so fun.
Loved it my first year and then somehow ended up paying $100 more my second year here because the lease we signed that “guaranteed” best rate was not for hometowns and no one told us. Somehow they didn’t charge for utilities and now we’re responsible to pay for everything at once. Workers are not helpful and actually rude. Do not sign here
My cyber Monday lease renew has not updated for next fall. I still have not received the $25 gift, and Macy left me on read when I asked her about it. Also no one has came to check on my new work order. I just like I am being scammed at this point.Update: I moved out in July of 2020. The head manager drained my mental health, and did not care. I felt like if I was a man I would not have been treated or talked to the way he did. I moved to the holly, and they do not even talk to me that way. I feel like if I was a man or someone older I would not have been treated this way (this went on from move in to move out). Granted I was not the best of tenant, my bills will still paid on time, Brittany and Steelie still treated me with respec He was so disrespectful, I decided that was not goimg to speak to him anymore, I only talked to the assistant managers. I had to get my mom involved to resolved or issues, and she did not even help me. pay rent but she got him to stop being a cyberbully. If your apartment manager repeatedly ends up in your therapySessions its not worth living there! I accepted all my mistakes as a tenant but he never accepted his mistakes as a manager!
High end apartments for a quality price. Perfect for pool days in the summer and long nights around the fire at night! Highly recommend Wildwood if you are looking for a place to call home in Lubbock!
I have really enjoyed living at wildwood, it is the best apartment I’ve lived in. I love how it is dog friendly with very few restrictions on animals.
I loved my tour! It definitely helped me make my decision on where to live, which will be wildwood! Everything looks beautiful and the amenities are really great. My tour guide, Paisley was very helpful and answered all of mine and my parents questions even after the tour. I am super excited to be living here next school year!!
If you are thinking of living here, save yourself time, money, and frustration, and do not. Management here has changed 3 times over the course of my two years living here.First off, the rate I was promised was raised because they decided to change it without proper notification.Second, the maintenance is abysmal. Our air conditioner stopped working twice, and when they finally got around to fixing it 3 months later, we were given a single window unit to compensate us. That was not removed after it was fixed, so we got a bunch of dust and dirt in our living room. My roommate has put in 5+ work orders for his toilet to be repaired since March, and they still have yet to fix it.Third, the internet was not fixed for almost all of my stay at Wildwood. It was fixed this June.Fourth, the grounds are not well maintained. If you enjoy the smell and sight of dog excrement, you will be just fine.Fifth, the security is horrible. We have had cars broken into, stolen, kidnappings, and many other concerning events happen over the course of my stay. Finally, the pool is one of the “best amenities”, but it is atrocious. It is not maintained whatsoever. After holidays you can expect to see alcohol containers, trash, and many other kinds of litter. They say that they have rules to follow, but they aren’t enforced. There are many other issues that this place has, and I am very tempted to give it one star, but maybe this management can pull itself together. So to summarize, do not live here.
It is an enjoyable place to live. There are a few technical and management issues currently. However, that is to be expected when the complex is brand new. Great place, great people, and great location.
This property is awesome. I came to visit from Austin and this place is way better quality than I’m used to back home. Truly amazing.
This property is by far, and legitimately the best property in Lubbock. First of all, the staff is incredibly polite and ready to assist you at any time. In addition the gym and the pool are state of the art. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for housing in lubbock.
Can’t think of anywhere I’d rather live! Wildwood offers really high-end amenities and fixes work orders or any other issue so fast! Paisley helped me with my tour and my lease and she was so awesome!
Wildwood is a great place for students to live! The property is very modern and clean. I highly recommend to anyone searching for a home!
Have been living at Wildwood in a two bedroom since May and I have had so many issues. First I moved into a unit with a girl who wasn’t compatible with me, so I requested a move. They complied but didn’t change my unit information. All my bills say I live in the old unit so when I put in maintenance requests they go to my old unit. As far as maintenance requests go, good luck getting them resolved. My toilet was overfilling for a whole four days before they came by to fix it. They said they couldn’t do anything since it happened over the weekend. My water temperature is very poor. I can only shower with hot water for about five minutes and then lukewarm water for another five minutes. I’ve put maintenance requests for them to fix the issue and they’ve come but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I have also had electrical issues in my kitchen. The appliances will periodically stop working. Me and my roommate submitted a work order and they didn’t come by to look but they sent an email saying the issue was resolved. It wasn’t. Our doors do not lock properly either. I doubt that will ever be fixed. There is also a TON of dog poop surrounding the units and in the lease it says that dog owners are supposed to pick up their dog poop or be fined but obviously that’s not true. There’s also huge cracks of concrete broken off in front of my unit that is very dangerous that they have yet to fix. Save your money and don’t move in.
Living here has been absolutely amazing! Maintence is super fast and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Ashley is the best and has been super helpful in the whole process. I definitely recommend living here.
Wildwood is a great place to live. The property is immaculate, and Management is very nice and responsive. The tenants come first in all that they do. I would recommend Wildwood to anyone in Lubbock.
Nice apartments. BAD LOCATION. Every time that the wind is blowing, which is a lot in Lubbock, there will be sand or dirt in your eyes, ears, mouth, apartment. The dirt will be everywhere. Consider a different location to live in lubbock that is not next to a dirt field.
My son is really happy at Wildwood. Management seems to be good and supportive of the students with lots of student related amenities. Brand new construction, easy bus transportation to campus. I think you get a lot for your money compared to some other options out there.
Wildwood is THE BEST place to live in Lubbock! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun place to live! Their leasing team is really awesome too.
This place is awesome. Went there the other day to visit a friend, and to my surprise it was really nice. Really considering living there next year!
Wildwood has been amazing to me so far. I love when there is an issue how fast the staff works to correct especially Jarrett Riley who played his part in helping me get settled in. Wildwood also has a great gym not to mention it’s open 24/7. They also have a study room that’s open just as long. They love getting their residents involved with different activities such as ice cream parties and such. I would rate wildwood 10/10
The ameneties are great here! The pool makes me feel like I am at a resort and the study areas are huge. The bus is super helpful too getting to campus.
I have moved every year of college and I wish Wildwood was built my sophomore year because I am a senior and I am leaving... It was my absolute favorite place to live. Maintenance was always there when I needed them, they are extremely friendly and it was just an overall awesome place to live!
Wow!! What a magnificent apartment complex this is. Wouldn’t think to live anywhere else. Great service from all staff members. Might just live here for the rest of my life, never want to leave.
Management is abysmal. My apartment’s microwave stopped working a month ago (still not fixed), and I’ve put in countless maintenance requests to have it fixed, gone up to the main office multiple times and every answer I get about it is the same: “just put in another maintenance request”. It took 3 weeks to have our A/C fixed. Our doorknobs stopped working and we would get locked out if we closed the door to the back porch. That took a month to fix too. When I told a staff member that I wouldn’t be renewing my lease, they said “that makes sense, with al the problems you’ve had”. Even staff members know that this place is a train wreck. Any 5 star reviews you see are either employees or miracles that their apartment held up for a year.
