I will start of that our original appointment was scheduled on Wednesday 12-9-2020 between the hours of 11-3pm. The technician Heather did not arrive until 4:15pm and that’s because I called the number and left a voicemail. Heather then called back on my wife’s number and told my wife that she was running late, but and was headed to our house. Once heather arrived, Heather removed the door latch and part of the rubber and reached in and took the spring out, heather tried to bend it back and rig it temporarily but it didn’t work. Heather stated she would have to go to the appliance store to get a door latch because ours was broken. I walked away and came back and Heather was on the phone and when she got off the phone she told me that “the boss found the part at the warehouse.” Heather looked up the part on her phone and said, “it’s only 20 bucks.” Heather then told me that she would come back tomorrow at 11:00 am because she didn’t have anymore appointment after that. We talked about my son taking a test so it needed to get done at 11:00am, Heather stated it would only take her 10 minutes. Heather did not leave our house until 5:18pm. The next day 12/10/2020 at 11:00 am she still had not arrived. I called Heather at 11:05am and it went to voicemail. I couldn’t leave a message because the voicemail was full. At 11:52am Heather called my wife and told my wife that she was headed to our house but had to turn back around go back to the warehouses because they didn’t give her both parts they only gave her one part and that she will then head over when she picked it up. My wife reminded Heather that our son takes a test at 1:30 pm and we didn’t want him distracted and that she cannot have her come in close to that time because it will distract him. Heather told my wife it would only take her 10 minutes or if we could schedule another time that is convenient for us. My wife told Heather that is why we had scheduled it at 11:00am because that was convenient for us, but my wife asked Heather if she come back at 4:00pm. Heather agreed to come at 4pm and stated that choice warranty is real bad about dispatching the companies without giving them enough notice. My wife told Heather that she would be writing a review about the whole situation. Heather agreed with my wife that she should complain. My wife just asked Heather that if she couldn’t and wouldn’t be here at 4 to at least communicate with her or us because this that she is coming late and not calling us that she is running late was not going to work. Heather agreed. Heather never called or showed up at 4 like she said she would. As a customer I would never recommend versatile technician Heather to ever work on my appliances. I think Heather didn’t like that my wife told her that she needed to communicate if she was going to be late or not come and that my wife would be writing a review about the experience.

I would NEVER recommend Versatile Appliance. From January 4th to 27th, I made 17 different attempts to contact them; finally on January 12th Heather came to complete a diagnostic and promised to return with the needed part. All of my efforts to follow up were met with excuses, a full voice mailbox or no response at all. The WORST Customer Service EVER!
