If I could find another parts supply here in town, I probably would. I understand being safe, I really do, but masks, tables in front of the counter, plexi glass on the counters... all that I can deal with. Not accepting cash as a form of payment pisses me off.The men were polite, no one answered the phone when I called, and they had my part, so there’s that. If you can’t wear a mask for medical reasons or you dislike the idea that you can’t pay cash for stuff, find somewhere else

Please do not waste your time here. I brought in my part, paid for a replacement and the freight to the house (200 miles away), and then received a completely wrong part. When I called for them to reorder the correct part that they mis-ordered, I was told they would need a credit card in order to charge another $48 for the correct part. When I explained that I had already paid for the correct part, Phil said he cannot order anything in their system without payment. Blamed it on the “system.” A robot would provide better service. Save your time and money and don’t go here.

We purchased a replacement part for our dryer but accidentally bought the wrong part. We went to return the part that had not been used and they refused to refund us for the part. They said there were several small marks on the part showing that it had been installed but those were present when we purchased the part.

If they send you the wrong part, you can reliable expect promises and unreturned phone calls

The woman with gray hair that answers phone routinely argues with me that the model or serial number I give her is incorrect. When I use their website it also says it can not find the part based off model number but a quick google search brings it right up. When I explain that too them they insist I’m the one that’s wrong, but miraculously we are able to find the part using the same info I have given them. I found that If you’re willing to wait a few days it is cheaper and easier to get a part directly from GE than to bother with these people.

Chose to come here instead of waiting on ge to ship a part for my dryer. I am very satusfied with customer service

I went in there looking for a obscured Park for a 30 year old Appliance they kept trying until they found the exact part. Very satisfied with the customer service and inventory.

Bought a timer replacement for my dryer. The replacement did not work and they refused to return my money because it had been installed. Crooks!

Very rude wont let you finish questions before cutting you off saying unless have model number cant help you. A drop pan for top of a stove shouldnt require a model number.
