Came to the house, not wearing a mask.Prices were outrageous (and kept changing depending on when you asked) just for the heating element on the dryer but I needed it fixed ASAP.He fixed it quick and already had the part in his truck so that was nice. Then I went to pay him with my credit card and he told me he only takes cash and check but didn’t mention that at all while we were on the phone. Most people don’t use cash or checks anymore! So then I’m trying to figure out where to get cash off a credit card and it was just a huge mess. He was following me around town as I tried ATMS and was finally able to get him his money. When I finally paid him, he said that the part he replaced was going to have a 2 year warrantee but I never got a warrantee paper. Will not use this company again.

This gentleman came out and told me after just taking the back of of the dryer that it was a timer control module. He quoted me $390 (just for the module) off the top of his head. I told him I could buy a new one for that, so I didnt need to get this one repaired. He was sure to get paid the $69.50 for the 5 minutes he was in my house before making a quick exit.I called a parts house today & the part is $159.We will not use this company again.

Just good old down home service that you can trust!!! I called Wolfforth Appliance and reached the technician/owner, Earl Bates, explained our problem, a refrigerator on a construction job site out of town. We scheduled the call, he told me his base price, he completed the work at that promised price quoted over the phone (and didnt charge me a trip fee for 40mins out of town!). On service day hed been delayed but called me to let me know when to expect him shortly and was truly the NICEST gentleman to work with. He called back to check on the unit the following day--an old one that needed freon. He believes in actually WORKING to make your old appliances work again! I will wholeheartedly recommend him. Just good old down home service that you can trust!!!

He came to our house and looked at our washing machine for about 5 minutes. Told us it could not be fixed and charged us $125.

Will not use this service again. Prices changed as soon as he got to the house and kept going up despite not having any parts replaced on the machine.
