I waited for 3 hours before the individual showed up at the appointment time. He could not locate the problem and called Lubbock Power and Light even though I told him they had already come and checked everything on our meter and transformer. LPL technician spent two hours checking everybodys meter and transformer in the back alley. Eventually, the LPL technician came to our backyard and located the problem on our circuit breaker. It took the individual 15 minutes to fix it. He charged us $275 (2 hours plus). He has never given us a receipt as promised.

Oh my goodness! Todd was so friendly over the phone. He came right out to check on our problem the same day and explained everything so we understood the problem!
