Zak was so helpful! I needed someone who could swap out my 4-prong cord to a 3-prong cord on my dryer and decided to call him. He was able to come same day and even sold me a cord off his truck so I didn’t have to run out to get one. Also, to my surprise he went out of his way by hooking up the exhaust vent on the back as well, all within 30 minutes. Thank you so much Zak!!

I had called Zach in the past and had his card. I called when I needed him again and left a message at the number on the card. He never responded. I called again and actually talked to him and we set a time the next day for him to come and look at my range. He never showed up. I left him a message asking where he was and he still never responded. I understand people get busy or things come up. But, how hard is it to either call and say you can’t make it or simply say you can’t help them at this time. I’d rather people be honest and tell me that they can’t help than to just ignore and not show. 😏

Zach was excellent! He did a wonderful job repairing our dryer and let us know of possible future problems. He responded very quickly and was very honest and accurate on the time he could get to our repair. He called when he was on his way which I really appreciated. I will definitely use his services again for future repairs!

My fridge went out Saturday afternoon. I didnt expect anybody to come out till Monday. I called Zack that afternoon and arranged for him to come out Monday to look at my fridge.
