Professionalism and genuine concern goes a long way not to mention just plain- old good customer service. The Technician/owner arrived and did not perform a visual inspection on my washer, did not listen to my concerns as needed, and decided to tell me to take it up with Best Buy. This technician spent all of 5 to 10 minutes in my home pressed a few buttons and decided to leave because there is nothing he could do unless something is broken. A closer inspection of my washer would have showed the technician the problem. Absolutely unprofessional behavior and complete waste of my time and I will never use this company again!
