We had one of our lights go out in the kitchen and I requested to have maintenance come and fix it. They came very quickly and got it done within two days! Very pleased and thankful!

The whole experience of setting up a tour of a model apartment, assisting and answering questions on how to get on a waitlist, keeping in touch to see if I was still interested in leasing an apartment, and to me finally moving in was just phenomenal. The staff are courteous, kind, and responsive. The apartment I moved into was just perfect and so far Ive had no issues with my unit. 10/10 would highly recommend Tuscany Place to others.

Excellent experience touring, communication, and moving in. I have lived in many states and apartment complexes and this is by far the best. The apartments are very nice, the community is pleasant, and the location is key. The staff working in the office are very friendly, kind, and accommodating.

Not only did they fix the problem they came for, but they also fixed another problem I described to them on the phone when they called before entering. Never have I seen a problem fixed so fast!

I have lived her for almost 5 years! I love it! The maintenance is always addressed quickly and the manager and office staff do a great job! Always friendly and eager to help! Great place to live!

Customer service is beyond great! Everyone in the officer are amazing, helpful and understanding, the property is beautiful! I just moved in today and I would already recommend 110% to reside!!!

This is a wonderful place to live great apartment’s! Awesome pool and grill area! They even have a gated area for your dog to have fun and run around. If you are looking for a great place to live, be sure to look here best place to be for several schools as well!

I would definitely recommend living at Tuscany Place! I lived there for over two years and have nothing but nice things to say. Really friendly and helpful office staff, timely maintenance, and nice neighbors. 5 stars for sure!

Lived here and only left because I moved out of town for a job. The staff was always courteous and maintenance fixed things in a timely manner. The common areas were clean and Im sad to leave.

Towards the end I felt like we were being targeted since I had lived there for so long. The neighbors were rude, one called us in for our dogs barking when my fiancé was at home and they were sleeping. If there was a work order it would take a few days for them to come out and then they would usually just put a bandaid on it and say they would be back. The dog park constantly stuck of weed and there were people dealing drugs out of one apartment in building 10. Trash was constantly thrown in between the dumpsters on the ground but the office was more worried about the dogs and constantly sent emails about that but never once sent an email to tell people to throw their trash away correctly.

The place overall is nice. However, the constant staff changing and incompetence brings this place to my rating. Weve been here almost a year, turned in multiple on multiple work orders for our dishwasher that still has yet to be fixed. Always made our payments online. Recently after another staff change they were unable to pull for rent throughout the entire month. Had no problem adding on eviction notices and late fees for it. They would also wait a week or two after the auto pay was set to tell us they couldnt pull and never gave a reason. Yet before never had a problem using the payment method. Have now blocked us from paying online from their mistakes. Thinking it was on our end, constantly on the phone with the bank, yet not once the entire month was an attempt made to pull the money. If they could keep a competent staff, this place is easily a 5. Until then, 1-2 at best.

The staff are amazing, so very helpful and can’t wait to get completely moved in. I work with nurses that have lived here and they definitely recommend Tuscany Place due to the quietness and the staff. Property is beautiful!! Excited to live here while we are finishing building our home. We would definitely recommend Tuscany Place.

We called at the beginning of April to get our toilet fixed. We were told it was not an emergency issue and due to the COVID-19 pandemic they would not be able to fix it. We called again the third week of April, they came out to fix it, only to have it break again the next day. We did not have our second bathroom working the entire month of April so I called to see if they would take anything off Mays rent and they said no the full rent would be due. The least they could do is take a little of the rent considering we pay for two bathrooms and were not able to utilize one the whole month of April. But nothing was offered in compensation but they will get their full months rent so why should they care. We move out at the end of May and we would not recommend this place to anyone.

These apartments are just the most beautiful place i’ve ever stayed at and the management really listens and helps you out however you can to the best of their ability! I especially loved talking to the short really pretty girl, Abbye. She was just so positive and cheerful that it made my day! :)

From the moment I came for a tour of the property 2 months ago, to when I received my keys last week, I have been super impressed with the staff at Tuscany Place. Amelia stayed in contact with me while I was making the transition from living with my sister in her house to moving to an apartment. I knew that this was where I wanted to call home when I came for that tour. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I love the property and like with any apartment, you can hear people walking above you or talking through the walls, but it is quiet for the most part, and I think I will be happy here.

Yesterday afternoon I came to take a tour of this apartment complex after hearing great things about it. I was rudely refused a tour by one of the front office staff Abigail, and was told she had too much to do and that we could come back tomorrow. After explaining that Tuesdays are the only days I get off before 5:30, she told us she couldnt help us because, again, she had too much to do. I was dead set on living at this complex because of the many great aspects such as, location, price, and neighborhood; but after being treated by the staff in such a way that it seems as though I was a burden, I am concerned that the communication and the lack of common courtesy will be similar to this experience if I were to live at this location but on a daily basis.

We have nothing but good things to say about Ruette and her office staff. Maintenance was always on top of service requests and staff in the office was always polite and responsive during our almost 2 years with the Tuscany Place. Our apartment was spacious and had new appliances. The pool and fitness center were conveniently close to our building. There are organized events for residents on occasion. I really enjoyed living at the Tuscany Place. We moved only because my husband is attending graduate school in a different state.

Very positive experience here. Immaculately maintained grounds, pool cleaned daily, and a dog park on-site. Quick response to maintenance requests, and very helpful management & staff. Definitely recommended. Plus easy access to the freeway--less than 10 mins to Texas Tech.

I absolutely LOVE living here. Everything is in pristine condition when you move in, except minor things that they come and fix straight away. I have had only great experiences with the maintenance crew, theyre so courteous, and respond quickly. We have only had two incidences that we have needed them for: tub drain was clogged by my hair, and the garbage disposal stopped working (because we put cherry seeds down it on accident).Trudy and the rest of the office staff are always cheerful and extremely helpful. I love their on site gym, its always clean and well maintained, and going into the office is fun to do to pay rent, because there are always coffee and cookies. They also have the MOST comfortable furniture there, pretty much in existence.I didnt even want to live in an apartment when we went looking, but now that Im here, if I have to be in an apartment, I wouldnt willfully choose to live anywhere else! Thank you so much to Tuscany Place for making this place home!

Girls at the front desk are very nice and helpful. Its well maintained, and in a good location. The first 2 months I lived here my water pressure sucked. It got to the point where I had a dribble out of my faucets and was forced to shower elsewhere. It is dog friendly but they dont monitor or regulate the restrictions they allow or dont allow which was very frustrating... especially considering very few people clean up after their dogs. They also charged me 60$ after I moved out to shampoo my carpet. Which I find kind of funny because my apartment was much cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in. Also, before I moved in they had to redo the carpets because there was obvious high traffic spots in the carpet. I feel like this is just a charge they give everyone when they move out just to make a few extra bucks. They require a 60 day notice which really sucks because chances are youll be paying 2 places at once. They should really lower it to 30 days. Otherwise not too bad of a place to live. Oh btw, if you get into 311, be prepared for Murray, the very LARGE poodle upstairs.That and the toilet seat being slammed...and I mean SLAMMED, at all hours of the day and night.

Just moved in about a week and half ago and the price with location and apartment are great. If possible seek alternatives for their partners. At&T didn’t have any dvrs available for the 1st week and avoid the washer dryer rental company ‘appliance warehouse’ at all costs. I chose to pay 4 bucks extra a month to have a “new” washer and dryer delivered but still got used ones with soap residue and stains still in them on arrival. The washer takes 3 washes to clean and the dryer just heats up until it overheats and then shuts off defeating the purpose. We’ve had one maintenance person come out to service them but they work the same. Now they’re supposed to come replace them and I have no expectations smh will be cancelling with them ASAP to get my own stuff. Nonetheless, would be a 5 star but they need new partners.

Ok where can I start, The easiest way to explain living here would be a pleasant nightmare. I never at any point had any issues with management what so ever until the very end. They were always very pleasant to talk to and very welcoming. Now as for cons...At one point in time I would have said this was a very nice place to live but then the college kids starting coming and they took everyones parking and crowded the pool and just made the general look of the complex go down. It is VERY cheaply made I couldnt go a week without something breaking and Im just warning whoever gets unit 1520 your AC WILL NOT WORK IN THE SUMMER. It freezes up constantly and will hike the room temp up to 80 + degrees and its very uncomfortable. My husband and I lived there for almost 2 years and up until move out we still had issues with it and it was never fully fixed so be aware before they try and blame it on you. We were told at move in that they replaced the carpet every 2 years due to the value of it and just general wear and tear that it would last about 2 years. Well come move out we are having our walk through and before she even steps inside the apartment she said I can tell just by looking it needs to be replaced Keep in mind its a 2 bedroom with 3 rooms of carpet so I cant possibly understand how you can make that judgement before you are even inside... so we had a stain by the back door...whatever we can deal with that and replace the living room (which honestly didnt need any more than a steam cleaning) but we are not replacing the carpet in our extra bedroom where NOBODY EVER WAS. Then the bombshell was dropped that the life of the carpet was 5 years and not 2. Well when we said we were told otherwise they got pretty snippy so keep your lease on hand for reference so they dont try to change policies on you. My husband is in the army and was gone for a year. I repeatedly told the consultant to make me the primary source of contact...they kept calling my husband over and over and never once called me before calling my dad (our co signer). I know they have my phone number so before bringing outsiders into others business dont you think they should try to contact ALL residents first? I know we are in our mid twenties but i cant help but feel that was a jab at our ages and an assumption we couldnt handle our own business. Also be aware of your surroundings because my husband caught crack head looking individuals going through the dumpsters in the middle of the night going through everyones trash. Dont buy a gate remote either because the gates were always open. Other than the carpet i believe everything else we were charged for was fair. Every single time someone moved out they would open the blinds so you could clearly see inside and literally everyone had their carpet taken out so im pretty sure its an unwritten rule for apartment complexes to try and make everyone pay to replace the carpet at move out.
