This was my first time using this nail shop. Im pleased to say it had a great atmosphere whichalso offered complimentary drinks 🍸. My nails came out great and they are still in good condition. Kayla was my nail technician and she was so kind and caring. I will definitely go back and give them another go on my nails when its time 😁 new management and new styles at Elite nails and spa.

This was my first time trying out this salon and my experience was wonderful. I am extremely picky with my nails and the techs listened to exactly what I wanted and did just that. Michelle also gave me one of the best French tip manicures I’ve ever received and took her time hand painting the design with a tiny brush so it looked amazing with my skinny almond shape. I will definitely be back!

It was my first time and I will not be going back. Discourteous, unprofessional, dirty, unorganized, disheveled. It was as if they were herding cattle. Not providing a service and experience. I almost disputed the charge of a service that was left half done, but one young lady did stand out and step up to finish. She was polite and helpful. I tipped her and thanked her, but that man should not be employed if that business wants to flourish. It’s a shame some people have no pride in their work. The worst part is he cut me and I KNOW he was using dirty scissors. I watched him pull them from the drawer, not sterilized. That’s a public health issue.

First time coming here. I was able to get in right away and Hao (I believe thats how you spell his name) was wonderful! He did an amazing job on my nails. I like my nails thin and he exactly that. Hes not the best at drawing, I asked him to do a heart. But I honestly dont care about that. Practice makes perfect right? I just loved everything else about my experience and I will definitely be back!

The service felt rushed, payed for the deluxe pedicure which is $50 per person and I got it for 2people. I was not happy with my end result as you can see in the picture. Will not recommend.Update after response-Owner or administrator responded full of excuses. My husband and I paid 165$ without even a thought. To be called cheap and make excuses for your poor service just adds more negativity and proves how unprofessional you are.

Our nails were gorgeous. I mean gorgeous. Beautiful enough that they still get stars even though my technician Christine quite literally dremeled my cuticles off to the point where I was bleeding.At one point she reached over and **pulled my mask off my face**, which is assault, to... smell the cuticle oil?If you go here, do NOT let Christine do your nails. Annie, who did my friends, was incredible.Towards the end of our appointment the staff just started taking off their masks???It would have been 5 stars if the staff followed covid protocols and if Christine hadnt assaulted me and then sanded my flesh off. If I hadnt been vaccinated I would have RAN out. As it was it was a near thing.

I’m new to town and saw all the lovely reviews of this place and decided to give them a chance yesterday for my birthday.I gave them a call and Randy was extremely helpful and pleasant when setting up my appointment. I arrived and he greeted me and took me right over to the pedicure spa chairs and made sure I had everything I needed in order to be comfortable and relaxed.Michelle came over a few moments later and was Kind and did the lords work! It has been over a year since I had treated myself to a pedicure and she absolutely treated me right (I did Gel and the top tier pedicure package).This was an incredible experience from start to finish and I cannot wait to return for another service in the future! 10/10 recommend.

1st time in the salon was welcomed …usually that seldom happens (at other nail shops they don’t acknowledge you)we signed in and my husband got a pedicure and myself a manicure Dan was very friendly did a awesome job on my nails and my husband liked his pedicure. But only 1 thing is having cash most people don’t carry it so it was a bummer to have to grab cash to provide a tip. But we definitely will be back !!! Thanks 😊

Hard pass. Most people get a pedicure to relax and be pampered. This place is rushed and disorganized. I literally had 4 different people do my feet. They hop around from person to person. If you don’t have enough staff, don’t overbook your appointments or at least let the walk-in’s know there will be a wait. Not try to service 15 people with a staff of 5. I had to repeatedly tell the last tech to trim my cuticles (standard pedicure service). He was just so rough and hurried. This experience was the opposite of relaxing. But he was an improvement over the 13 year old child they tried to give me so she could obviously practice her non existent skills. After she cut my toenail in half I requested someone else to finish. I also had to tell 3 different people that I wanted a fill on my big toes. Not for u to completely soak the the acrylic off and constantly redrill. But I guess when there’s a rotating parade of nail technicians, it’s hard to remember client requests. Im here temporarily for work and coming from Houston I guess I’m just used to a more professional environment with a higher level of service. First and last visit.*came back to revise this. Bc the manager or some lady with experience (she has a flower forearm tattoo) finished my pedicure and remedied the catastrophe that had occurred before. Fourth times a charm I guess. If I come back it’ll be be by request. Don’t walk in here just letting anyone touch your feet or hands.

Went back after a while and everything felt rushed. I got a gel dip manicure for the first and the glue wasn’t taken off the side of my fingers.

So I had scheduled an appointment through a 3rd party site for Sunday at 5:30. Come to find out, they close at 5 on Sundays. I couldnt believe they still allowed me to come in for a rebase! This womans husband and kids had arrived to pick her up and she still sat down and took her time, really listening and addressing my requests. She went above and beyond, 10 times over. Ill never go anywhere else.

I made appointments online for my daughters and myself to all get pedicures and one to get a manicure early this morning for my daughters birthday. We arrived at 3:15. We waited and waited. Finally at 4:00 two of my daughters were able to be seated. I told them that we all wanted the citrus pedicure. One of my daughters got the citrus pedicure the other one was given a basic pedicure. At about 4:45 I was able to be seated. I was given a basic pedicure even though I asked for a citrus pedicure. My other daughter finally got her manicure even though other people that had walked without appointments went before her. I was very upset by this time but I tried to be positive because it was my daughters birthday. I wanted her to have a good experience. So then I go to pay. It should have been $120. $30 for two basic pedicures, $40 for one citrus pedicure, and $20 for my 10 year old daughters manicure. Well to my surprise it came out to $185! So I asked why that much and was told it’s extra for gel polish! Not once were any of us told this and i did not see this on the pricing sheet either. So then I was very upset and disappointed. I am a single parent of 5 kids and it’s not very often that I am able to do something like this for them. We spent 3 hours in this nail salon today. We did not get what we asked for and we were charged more than expected. We did get $10 off which brought it to $175 and a punch card for $20 off next visit. We were told it was busy because of homecoming. I sat there for 3 hours watching people come in and out. The majority of people getting services were middle aged women not teenagers! It did appear that the shop was short staffed today. When someone makes an appointment then they should be taken care of first. Walk-ins should be prioritized after people that made appointments. The $20 punch card did me no good because I absolutely will not return here ever again. This is not how anyone effectively runs a business or provides customer service!

Bring cash for tipping, they do not accept tips through debit/credit cards. During my gel manicure my cuticles didnt get pushed back or cleaned up, no cuticle oil was used either. I picked out a light purple color and a few days later I noticed my nails started to discolor to a white color. It was only a few of them so I didnt call, a few days later its all of them. I called and made an appointment to fix them. They fixed them for free. They did a polish change, no manicure. They told me to be sure to come in within a week next time if anything happens because I called yesterday which was after the week mark... Im happy that my nails were fixed for free, although Ive had waay better manicures at other places where they give the mini arm/hand massage, warm towels, actually clean up my cuticles, etc. for the same price.. The picture of dark blue nails are the fixed ones and the lighter ones are the purple turned white.

I had previously had an issue with my nails and the dip powder not lasting long at all. Michelle reached out to me immediately and got me in ASAP. My nails were redone for me by Michelle and Linh and they ended up lasting a full month - I could have gone longer even but the out growth bothers me. They were so nice and took great care of me! Offered me water, wine, champagne. Consistently checked in during the service to make sure everything looked okay, felt okay, etc. I was told that the brand of powder they were previously using had some issues and they have a new brand. I noticed a huge difference between the powders as well. I would absolutely recommend this salon!

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. I was impressed with how clean the salon is. I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure and they turned out great! Highly recommend!

I was so disappointed. My sister and I made appointments for pedicures. I got the deluxe paid $50 dollars and the service took less than 30 minutes. The technician did not even do the back of my legs, used one hand to massage, I was finished and my sisters lasted 20 more minutes. When I asked they apologized and said it was because they were busy……wait, didn’t I make an appointment?? And didn’t I pay for the deluxe? It was a nice salon too just so disappointed in the technician doing my pedicure.

This is the neat place out there to get your nails done! I have gone to other places and my nails pop off after a few days. I own a cleaning company so my hands are always in use. This pictured has been well over a week and they are still looking amazing. They are super friendly and professional. They have so many choices to choose from for polish. Their pedicures are heavenly too. I highly recommend this place!

I am a frequent customer here and have been for quite a long time. I have gone to other nail places around Loveland but this one is by far my favorite. It’s clean and I love the set up inside. I highly recommend seeing Annie. I see her every time I go. She is a very talented artist, and she always gets me in on time even on short notice. The man that works up front even greets everyone by their name when they walk in. Over all highly recommend this place!

Absolutely love this nail salon! I moved here a year ago, walked in and immediately felt like I was back at my home salon in Pennsylvania. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. Christine did my nails and I’ve been a regular of hers ever since. Other techs have done them a time or two and I’ve left just as satisfied. I highly recommend everyone going here. I always get pink and white ombré and I can go way past the two weeks and NEVER have an issue with them starting to pull up.I always let Christine do whatever design she thinks of and I ALWAYS leave a happy customer.Another plus is you can make an appointment online! Simply send a message and Randy always replies in a timely manor.

Quality nails, I have had great experiences with all nail technicians. I don’t live up there to just be able to just come and get them fixed…..Our appointments were for pedicure& full set, 3 pedi & mani combos.Very sloppy and extremely pricey($115) for a pedi & mani combo…. That’s what I pay for a New full set and pedicure anywhere else I have ever been and they do extremely better then they did here….. they rushed so fast that I left with acrylic all over my hands and around fingers. Wedding is this weekend and was very disappointed with this place do not recommend!

I dont get my nails done often, bit when I do, I go to Elite. I love that its a family owned business. They are always quick to provide services when I walk in without an appointment, and Im never disappointed! Today I got a citrus pedi and a dip Mani, and both were fantastic. Ill definitely be back!

Made an appointment for 12, asked specifically if they would be able to see me then and be out by 1, they confirmed that they could. Arrived at 12 was seated and 20 minutes later someone came out to take care of 2 other clients and told me it would be a few more minutes. Due to only have an hour for lunch I had to leave.

Visiting from Arvada area, and I realized my dip nails were getting super long so I decided to give this place a try. I had wait about 20 minutes or more but it was worth it! Honestly, the nail artist did a much better job than my regular nail artists does, and she was very gentle. Highly recommend!

It was uncomfortable. I was made to feel guilty because I asked not to sit a foot away from another customer.The guy that did my acrylics kept repeating that if I dont tell him something about how I wanted my nails done and then complained after left, it was NOT his fault.He said that he did not like his job but it is all he knows and he is so over it.... !!!I scuffed up one nail accidentally when putting it under the gel light, mentioned it to him, and he was like you messed it up. Pointing to where I hit it.. twice..hey.. Im not perfect man.Furthermore, I asked for just a painting (non gel and no spa) of my toe nails. No shaping and they charged me $15!!The guy that did my acrylics felt threatening and I will never ever go back or recommend this place to anyoneI posted a review.. Less than perfect on the their fb page and they deleted it within seconds.Take notice.There are plenty of other nail salons.

If I could give this place a 0 I would!! The extremely rude lady that sits in the back to the left right next to the wall by the pedicure area. She had an attitude from the second I sat down. I was looking for a color but couldnt find anything appealing. She kept pulling on my arm to come closer She said she needed my area to reach off the table so she could see. I have never in my life heard of such thing. I have shorter arms and my body was up against the desk. She kept burning me over and over! Never once said sorry. I told her 2 of my fingers were burning and all she said was it will go away! My nails were already coffin shape but she said they werent shaped correctly and charged me to shape. She made then crooked and super thin. She said when doing a rebase they only fill the very bottom of the nail the dont bring any powder to the tip but if I wanted that it would cost the full set price. I told her I dont like them her response was get them done somewhere else! She was going too paint them but she never buffed them. I ended up just paying and walking out with crooked thin nails, rough nails and no polish! I let the old guy at the desk know and all he said was oh really! Worst experience ever!!! DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

I have been to a lot of salons but none of them are as good as Elite Nails I have been coming here for over a year. Christine & V have done my manicures and my pedicures as well as my daughters manicures and pedicures. Christine and V always make sure that I am 100% satisfied in the service I am having done. Whatever I tell them or show them what I want, they do exactly what I want if not better. They are extremely professional and kind they both have become my good friends. Elite Nails salon is very clean and luxurious, cleanliness is something I always look for when I am having services done and I am always satisfied there. As soon as I check in I am offered water or soda. They offer a lot of services, Christine has done lash extensions on me and they came out so beautiful, it’s a very tedious service I was extremely relaxed and even fell asleep lol it took a couple hours but they were so worth it. She is a perfectionist in every service she performs and I love that about her! There are many services for customers to choose from and affordable. I will continue to come here and I will always highly recommend Elite Nails.

Meh. Ive had better. Work place wasnt very clean, I feel the manicure was rushed, not enough time under lights, layers rushed. Shellac nails will usually last me a couple weeks, mine peeled off whole 3 days later. Nice pedicure

Awesome hidden gem!! Everyone was extremely nice and went above and beyond our expectations. Took 8 yo daughter and they really catered to her inner princess. Will be back again and again. As mentioned in other reviews, only accept cash. Some of the technicians do have venmo or Zelle available for tips as well.

You provide a service and if the service isnt met you should take the time to fix the service you provided or refund money not yell and belittle your customers!I have pictures of the service and my daughter doesnt get upset she is very professional.And if you dont know who my daughter is how do you know you fixed it for her.... if you would like I can post pictures?

I am a Cancer patient with right side deficits and requested just cuticles cut and was charged for a full manicure. I was pleased with my pedicure other than the reason I stopped going to other spas; they talk to one another and not the client so I guess Ill switch again. The first time I went, my tech was excellent. We conversed and was hoping to have a similar experience.

I got white dip powder nails and I love them the lady got the shape of nail I wanted on point ! There were super nice and got to work right away. I probably only had to wait two minutes I’m definitely coming back 🙂 I totally recommend them .

Im a convert. I used to be loyal to another nail Salon, but they were starting to make me feel like I was an inconvenience instead of a Diva. Ive had 2 pedi/mani ate Elite now. Both of ladies who took care of me are College students studying science/chemistry. SMART AND TALENTED. The service here is friendly, professional, and they really listen to what you want. They took extra care with my sensitive bunion on my left foot and the still tender toe that I broke a few months ago on my right foot. Its nice to work with folks who are happy to see you. My boyfriend says it was the best foot massage hes ever had. He also said hes never had anyone pay so much attention to his nails and callouses. He said I feel like I actually had something done. He also likes the seats better at Elite.

I went into elite nails on Monday July 6th to get a full acrylic set. I showed my technician a picture of what I liked and what I wanted and asked if she could do that. She said that she could do it no problem. Attached are two photos, one of what I requested in white, the other is what I received. I paid $70 for my nails because I had senior pictures that day, and what I received wasn’t anything like what I asked for. Every nail is uneven, crooked and lumpy, the shape wasn’t what I asked for, and the design was awful, even the solid colored nails where sloppy at best. I tried to talk to my technician and ask for it to be corrected and she ignored me. I eventually gave up trying to ask her to fix it. I am so disappointed as I love this nail salon and have been several times and have never had a bad experience before this. If the technician had been honest and told me she couldn’t do the design I asked for it wouldn’t have been an issue and I had several other ideas I liked, instead I am now having to pay someone else to fix my nails, and had to paint over them before my pictures to make them look decent.
