Best pedicure Ive ever had, hands down. They overbook their appointments though so the wait is sometimes a bit long. Its worth it, just be prepared.

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done! I always get a shellac manicure done by Chris and it lasts for a good 3 weeks! Anywhere else I’ve been, they start to chip after a week or so. Their pedicures are amazing as well. Highly recommend!!

I have been getting my nails done at Diva Nails for 15 years. Always professional, always courteous, and always a job well done. I make an appointment and come in to a perfect set of nails every time!Chris and Amanda run a clean, professional salon.

I usually have really good service at this salon and always tip nicely. Today was the complete opposite. After the girl found out I ONLY wanted the basic manicure, she tossed aside the menu in a huff and then proceeded to do the fastest pedicure Ive ever had. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. Its too bad that I can only afford the cheapest one and then have to be punished for that. Too bad - I wont tip nicely and I just may not ever come back!

Went in to have my eyebrows waxed here last week. Nice atmosphere and everyone seemed nice at first.Once I got back to the room, the technician was quite rude and short with me. I told her that my skin is prone to painful breakouts in places where I have had hair removed, and no response from her. She placed the wax on my face and started removing hair with no gloves and no warning. It was clear she was in a rush/didn’t want me there. She then showed me the results (which were very nice anyways) and didn’t offer to remove the wax or use any soothing agents. I wiped my face as best as I could with witch’s hazel wipes as soon as I got to my car but still ended up with large, painful pimples. (I look like a triceratops with great brows)Please ask for gloves and clean applicators when getting waxed here!

I went and got not only my personal nails done but also a friends, I got a rebase and she got a full set of acrylic. I went in and asked for acrylic color but I was told that was not possible at this salon and I had to get gel (i’m not a fan of gel) I was also told I was unable to get an uncomplicated design. After a few minutes of debating with the staff I gave into gel hoping it would last as i’m hard on my nails. My friend on the other hand was given acrylic color as well as intricate design. I simply got a rebase and gel. We were both done at the same time, There was hair in my polish and my nails did not properly set. There was also some arguing between staff and costumers the entire time we were there. I’m not a fan and will not be returning. The staff was dishonest and the gel is already wearing off after a day.

Ty was a great nail tech! She did a wonderful job and I am absolutely loving my nails! It was a wonderful experience, relaxing atmosphere, not overcrowded/too loud and will definitely keep coming back!

My mom and I have been coming to Diva Nails for a couple years and Im always happy with the results! They have a wide variety of colors and services and my nails usually last for about 2 weeks without much chipping. I get Gel while my mom gets Acrylic. Everyone has always been really nice and takes their time. Ill continue to recommend this place because I really do appreciate the results and people! ♡

The lady charged for removing shellac color on my toes eventhough there was no color on them! I asked for delux pedi and she did other an other one which I did not ask for. Dont think I will go back it wasnt the first time they over charge me but it was the last.

I really liked this place! It was clean and very up kept. The people working were very friendly, and they were very strict with the covid protocols. I will go back to have my nails filled and a pedicure.

I cant say enough good things about this salon and I have been getting acrylics, gels and pedicures for over 40 years. The cleanliness is impeccable, the people friendly and they know what they are doing! If you schedule and appointment they WILL be available, yet they have staff to accommodate walk-ins. You canNOT go wrong with Diva Nails!!

This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a nail salon. I had previous gel nails on and I wanted them removed. Instead of soaking my gel nails, the nail tech actually ripped the gel off. Taking off chunks of my own nails with it. The nail tech proceeded to file over the exposed skin on my fingers. It was extremely painful and brought me to tears. It was very clear the nail tech was in a rush and did not want to spend much time doing my nails. Not worth the pain.

Rude right when we walked through the door felt very uncomfortable.

They know what you want do and do it woth quality in mind.

Got a shellac manicure less then a week ago and all my polish has came off.

My friend and I have been waiting for an hour to get acrylics. 6 people that came after us have been pulled in to get theirs done first. This is pathetic and unorganized. Currently we are still waiting. All I know is that there will be no tip.They put someone else in front of us one more time so we left and went to Stella nails- wayyyyy better. Definitely suggest them over diva nails

Absolutely AWFUL customer service! I witnessed 2 very kind and patient teenage girls waiting for their appointment for over 1 1/2 hours... at least 6 walk-ins were taken before them and it was obvious those individuals did NOT have appointments. The girls still sat patiently waiting for their service. They finally left without being served and without their appointment being fulfilled. I felt very bad for them... the employees of Diva Nails did not care nor did they try to help them after they had waited so long and patiently. Quit a shame. I ended up leaving also.

Ive been a loyal customer for 8+ years and have been extremely disappointed over the past 6 months. Ive gotten eye rolls from techs when I say I dont want a shellac manicure - just a basic manicure. I have made reservations with 3+ friends multiple times, only to never be allowed to sit near each other during our appointments. Making an appointment essentially does nothing, as we have had to wait 30 minutes after our appointment time, only to see other walk in customers to be served first.Today, I was standing near the nail polish tower, waiting a half hour after our appointment time, when one of the polishes that I was holding slipped out of my hand. All I got were death stares from the employees. Not a paper towel, or an offer to help. Apparently, they werent concerned about the broken glass on the floor where people wall barefooted after getting pedicures?The technician who did my pedicure spent time taking phone calls and writing in the appointment book, causing my toes to look anything but professionally done.When we all were paying at the end, I was told I owed $5 for the (almost empty) bottle of nail polish I accidentally dropped.I will never recommend this place again. This is so disappointing, as this USED to be the best in Loveland.I hope this place makes some serious changes, or I see them going out of business very fast.

Absolutely awesome experience during my manicure here. I came as a walk in and asked for gel manicure. I am was so picky and my tech treated me patiently and professionally. I got a set done and its the worst Ive ever gotten done. Theres grooves in all my nails. They are all different lengths. My cuticles werent even touched. They look horrible. Waste of money and a waste of time. Never returning.

The pedicure was good I have no complaints about that its just the pricing was what shocked me. $40 for a deluxe pedicure even though on the prices it said $23 and I had a callus removed at a $5 extra charge which was fine but even if that was $5 a foot where did a additional $7 come from? I didnt want to ask because it was my first time and I didnt want to come off rude questioning even though I know I should have.

This is the best nail salon in Northern Colorado. Chris and Amanda are both incredibly detail oriented people. I’ve never left unsatisfied, and I will continue to go here until I move away!

I got my nails done here and a day later the acrylic nail comes off partially! I am so upset because I went back to have it fixed the next day and they charged me for it. Not to mention the gel nail polish started chipping already and it hasn’t even been a week. I will never go back here to do my nails again. Plus there is always a wait even with an appointment.

I only had to wait 5 minutes as a walk in and they were all very welcoming. The atmosphere is amazing in there and their staff is extremely talented and detailed. They did exactly what I wanted for a great price. I live in Fort Collins but Im so impressed with my nails that I will definitely be going back to this salon.

Absolutely terrible customer service.Took my little sister in for her to get a set of acrylic nails and me a basic pedicure. The lady at the front who was doing nails was rude from the get go. Did not make eye contact when I was trying to ask her about price and kept giving multiple different numbers which ultimately led to a miscommunication. I was under the impression that my sisters basic square shaped acrylic nails with shellac would cost $32. When it came time to pay all the sudden I was being charged $49. When I tried to politely ask the lady why there was such a change in price, she was extremely rude. She started to huff and puff, roll her eyes, and raise her voice at me. I told her that I was just asking and didn’t need her to raise her voice or be rude to me, to which she told me that in fact I was the one being rude. I have been getting acrylic nails and pedicures for over 6 years and I have NEVER had a nail tech speak that way to me. I am absolutely disgusted by the way that the business here was handled. I never pay more than $40 for my acrylic nails, coffin shaped, with shellac on top. These people tried to charge me $60 for the exact same nails. I will never be coming back here, which is sad because the girl who did my toes I believe her name was Courtney, was awesome and very kind. I am very disappointed and hope nobody else has to have the terrible experience I had here. They are not straight forward about price and will try to rob you however they can. I will never recommend this place again.

I have gone here for 5 years. I love it! It is one of the cleanest salons you are going to find. They pride themselves on their cleanliness. Chris and Amanda are the owners and they are the best nail techs youll find anywhere. Amanda is the only person I let do my nails. They do have some other gals there who do nails but usually just manicures, etc. unless youre a new customer, so be sure to ask for Amanda or Chris when you book your appointment and you wont be disappointed. They are all great for pedicures and they have the best spa chairs there...check it out!

Although clean the staff is unprofessional! What you didnt know is I understood you. As a patron who had multiple surgeries within a 6 wk span and was unable to get pedicures yes I was overdue. But to talk poorly about one of the persons who helped feed your family that evening was wrong. I wont recommend or return!

I have been going to Diva Nails for several years now. I love knowing that the equipment used for giving a pedicure has been stearilized and is opened right in front of me before being used. All the technicians are very good and friendly. Love this place!

I have been a regular customer in Diva Nails for over a year and could not happier. Diva Nails is fabulous. Importantly, they make sure that there is value in each of the services they provide. Further, the owner was friendly and inviting. Amanda was my nail tech and she did a fabulous job on my manicure and pedicure services.

I went in for a regular pedicure. The lady attended me very nice, took his time and did a great job. I can not amazing how the deluxe wouldnt been. Very nice staff, clean and pleasant atmosphere.

This nail salon was very clean and very luxurious. The tools are clean too. This salon also has a huge selection of nail polish colors with many popular brands. Ill definitely try to come back next time when Im in town!

I could not communicate with the Technician at all. Besides the language barrier, she wore a mask over her face the whole time. (I dont know if that is necessary for a regular manicure and pedicure.) All she did was jerk my hands and feet around and point and jester. She didnt ask how I wanted my nail shaped; she just did some kind of rounded, others kind of straight. At the dryer I wanted to ask how long it would take. Didnt know who to ask. Another customer and I were trying to figure out if both top and bottom dryers were on. Someone showed up to take my money- could have been my technician; I didnt recognize her without her mask. I think I was overcharged. Polish chipped in a few days.

Amanda does an amazing job on my nails. I love the natural look and its hard to tell that my nails are not natural. I love that they will build my nails instead of using tips. Prices are the best in town. Make an appt and you wont have to wait.

Tried this place for the first time. Made an appointment and arrived on time. Was seated and then waited an additional 30 mins for someone to get started on my nails. Eventually I just walked out. Horrible customer experience. Definitely won’t be back.

Made an appointment. Arrived early. No sign in sheet. No greeting. Waited till 5 ins after my appointment and still nothing. No one ever even acknowledged I was there after 20mina of sitting there.

Dont get me wrong, this place was quite nice looking and gentle but on the other hand I found the employers being very Rude to me the minute I walked in the store.. Not to mention I was over charged my set should have only costed me about 45 tops, instead I am charged 60 Damn dollars for a basic set. I would NEVER refer this place to anybody.

Every time I go, I have to wait. Which wouldnt be a problem, except its always 30 minutes or more that I wait. I would think more staff would be helpful, especially because the actual pedicure is great!

I have been getting my nails done here for about 2.5 years. Everyone is friendly, it is always so clean and the quality is great. I currently have not been in for a rebase in almost 2 months and while my nails have grown out the quality is great and I still get compliments on my nails.

One man came over and added water to the foot spa. Had to tell him 3 times it was too hot. Then lady came to do my nails and told her yet again it was way too hot. Warned her I had a broken pinky yet she proceeded to be rough with my foot and after I shouted in pon she says sorry she forgot(from 5 mins ago). DEFINITELY NOT RELAXING! I have had a million pedicures...this was not a treat.

I made an appt with Chris, the owner of Diva Nails, to have a manicure. Only waited a few minutes, as he was just finishing up with a client. Chris always does a great job with my challenging nails, and engages in conversation with me, as I am a talker. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mani or pedi!

I’ve never left a bad review in my life. I made an appointment but that does nothing as my tech rushed through my pedicure, watching the client who showed up after me nervously the whole time. Then after sitting at the dry table for 40 minutes, I went home and noticed my pedicure was ruined. Customer service here is horrible. Never a smile or a greeting, and they wouldn’t let me use a gift card that my husband bought FROM THEM. I went in hopes of relaxing and getting pampered, but instead left frustrated and feeling cheated. Terrible.

Ive been here a few times and have liked how my nails turn out. However the staff has never been nice, in fact theyve all been quite rude. If you dont care about friendliness and are just there for the nails, Id reccommend it.

I tried this place for the first time a week ago. I got a gel pedicure and manicure. Was NOT impressed. I spent $103 and the day after my gel came off my nails. You pay extra for the schellac, and it comes off the day after. I will NEVER ho back to this place. Not to even mention the person that did my Mani/ Pedi was in such a hurry and barely even interacted with me. Wouldn’t recommend this place!

If youre looking to get your nails done quickly or as a walk-in I would choose somewhere else. I dont like how they spend more focus on the massage of your pedicure than the actual nails themselves. I asked for extra callous removal, willing to pay more and it seemed like a problem.

I have gone to Diva Nails yesterday. This salon is very clean and experience. I went for my manicure. A lady came and ask me for service. She did right away, but she did not rushme. She took her time to take care my manicure. It looks so professional. Also, she talked with my like a friend. I think it is polite and I felt she is nice. I promise I will go there again.

So I took my girlfriend in this place expecting a 45-50$ full set of nails, normal right? During the process she never went over prices and actually really didnt talk at all. My girlfriend got an all back solar set with one green nail on each hand with a simple spider Web design, when we were all done I stood to pay, and my final number was 60 bucks. WAY OVER PRICED, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS SALON.

Last time I came in, I was there with my step daughter. They sat us in different seats for nails and pedis which kind of defeated the purpose of girls day. Good job on nails, but then the price completely surprised me. I felt it was a little much, but didnt think too much of it as I didnt discuss price during our experience, but then again neither did they. Went back 3 weeks later, this time was on a budget and was only getting a fill. Walked in, waited just over an hour to get service, brought the menu with me, asked for a fill, pointed at the fill in the menu which is $18, got a fill (no design, no colors, no extras at all) was charged $27. Huh??? She asked what shape I wanted, I asked for square, she asked if I want them rounded, I said no, she rounded them. Wrote them privately before reviewing, but got no response. I doubt I will. After reading reviews, I see this happens a lot. Im sad it does cuz the owners seem nice, but I will not be returning to Diva Nails.

I went there to have my nails done. Spent $60 and the look horrible. They are flat and look totally cheep. The guy didn’t even lay the acrylic thick. It’s so thin. Also has ridges along my cuticles. Will not go back.

Came with 2 of my daughters to get pedicures together... Made an appointment for the 3 of us to get our toes done at 230.... One daughter is getting her toes done now while my other daughter and I sit here and watch them take back customer after customer. So much for my mommy daughter pedi date. Thanks for ruining our memory.

I decided to try this place because it was closer to me, although I was very happy with 5 Star Nails. I had a shellac manicure and always ask them for a 2nd topcoat which has never been an issue when I have always requested. If not, within a couple days my shellac starts chipping which defeats the entire purpose of why you pay 40.00 for a nail polish... to last. When I asked this, the nail tech said, she would, for an extra 5$. I told her I was not going to pay 5$ extra for something that should be part of what I’m already paying for. She argued with me continually. I told her that was fine, do one thin topcoat, but if they chip, I would be back to have repaired. She was so rude and started talking her other language to the other workers... (I assumed about me).In two days, of course 3 nails chipped off and looked terrible. I went back and asked if they would repair and the same woman came storming out and told me to sit down. She was rude again and began arguing. No manager or supervisor came out to deal with it. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable to have this happen in front of other customers. I remained nice but I was furious and will never return and do not recommend Diva Nails.

Extremely disappointed! Booked my wedding party, arrive to find that they didnt staff up & were not prepared for the group. Two years later happens AGAIN with my friend. Four of her people had to go elsewhere! The future mother in law had to find another place in a town she is not from. WILL NOT RETURN

I just recently went to diva nails and got gel on my nails. Not even a week after getting them done they started chipping so I went back and asked if they would just fix the few nails that chipped. They sat me down and left me sitting there for well over 15 minutes without saying anything then come back to tell me they lost the color that was on my nails. They asked me if they could just paint over the chipped nails with a new color and leave the other nails in the original color. After almost 20 minutes they found the color. When I asked if the lady would file down one of my nails that was glued by one of their employees she rudely said no. Nobody ever apologized and they were all rude.

I called and asked how much a fill in on acrylic nails was. I was told $18. I also asked if they could do a specific design and was told yes. Nails got filled in, design was done I was charged triple. Rebase was not $18 unless I was charged over $30 for design. Overcharged and the design looks crappy.

If i could do no stars i would its my first time here an they were super rough with my feet. they clipped my already short toenails to the skin then cut me with a file, then proceeded to dig in the sides of all my toes with a hool tool. i wilould not recommend this place to my worest enamy. do not come here unless you want sore feet and cut up toes. they dont even have a converstaion with you.

Really fast and attentive but didn’t seem too friendly to me but they were nice my grandparents!!

My mom and cousin went to get their nails done..together and they had them sitting in different spots. They requested to not have a certain staff member help them because of dissatisfaction from previous times. After that the whole staff was rude, giving dirty looks entire time. My cousin had asked for a French tip and the lady started painting her whole nail so my cousin mentioned she had wanted French tip..the lady got up to go get stuff to do so and came back and slammed it on the counter. We will not be returning customers. Rude staff.

Made an appointment with my sister for 2:30 showed up at 2:15 and patiently waited our turn. After waiting 40 minutes and having walk ins be served before us we walked out . Never come here ever again. It was my first time and I would not recommend it to anyone . At least at Aveda they can keep an appointment .

Went here for several months. I made an appointment days in advance. Everytime I came in for my appointment I would be a few minutes early. My appointment time would come and go and I wouldnt be able to get in with someone for 30+ minutes after my appointment time. I went in with a full set the last time I went in and they decided to remove one nail and charge me for it without even discussing it with me. I also requested to get a full set again after having my nails on for 3 months and they refused to let me get a new set and told me I had to get a rebase if my nails were still intact. Needless to say after several times having a poor experience over 4 months time i decided to go to todays nails instead got a full new set and paid less then I did for a full set at Diva Nails.

Went there about 2 Weeks ago, and my nails were put on so thin they broke off within 3 days. The girl who did them looked like she was 12. The gut that did my daughters did a decent job however.....not going here again!

Ive been going to this salon for over 10 years. Im a nurse and this is the cleanest, most comfortable, consistently GREAT nail salon in Loveland.

I had to wait over an hour to get service when they said it was going to be 10 minutes. 4 people who had walked in after me were taken care of first. Finally I was seated, but the person stopped mid manicure to go and do someone elses manicure. I had to sit and wait around for another 20 minutes for someone else to come and finish it. After that it was very rushed.

My wife has come to Diva Nails for 10 years. She loves getting her solar nails done by Amanda, the owner, and her pedicures by Kim. Thanks for the great service!
