This location is closed but apparently still able to schedule appointments. Went to my scheduled time and door was locked and the place was deserted. Pretty stupid

After reading negative reviews about issues with the online scheduling system, I called & spoke to a human to book an appointment. I called on a Saturday afternoon & booked an appointment for 10am (the first appointment of the day) the following Thursday. I arrived at 9:53am on the day of my appointment. The doors were locked, lights were off. No worries, I’m a bit early, the stylist is probably running late. It’s my oldest child’s actual birthday but I’m sure they will be here soon. I sat in the parking lot until 10:20am. No one came to open the business, it was desolate. I called & left a message when I arrived (just in case someone was inside & I just could not see). I also called & left a message when I decided to leave at 10:20am. As of this review, no one has returned my call.

I had used this salon for 3 years. The stylists and staff used to be extremely professional, helpful and accommodating. However that has all changed, I don’t know if it because of Covid or because of a change in management. What I do know is that I WILL NOT be back nor will I recommend this salon to anyone.

I had an appointment that was confirmed for a salon that was closed! Not a good way to treat people! I have stage 4 cancer. I got up early for nothing! Thanks cost cutters I will not come back!!!!!!

I tried to use this place; I understand that we need to make appointments online, but they had NO ONE in the shop, including the employees. They were outside taking a smoke break and did not want to help me for over an hour. I found friendly customer service at another place. The cost cutters employees didnt seem to want to work.

If you go to this location Farel was amazing. I have very thin fine hair thats in the process of recovering from stress related hair loss. She took the time to listen carefully to my hair history and test a small bit of hair to make sure it could handle the processing before putting It on my head. She did everything amazingly as far as technique and customer service but the thing that really wowed me was how gentle she was with my very dry/fragile strands. She took extra time to deal with how fragile my hair is and as a result my hair came out feeling as full as it did when I went in. My hair also didnt absorb the color well on the first go (just the way my hair is with certain colors) she ended up putting more toner the next day and was equally as kind and gentle. Much more than I was expecting out of cost cutters! Thank you Farel.

I was able to make an appointment on the website and walk in to an open chair. I am used to having to wait even when I make an appointment so this was a nice change.I didnt know what style I wanted and gave some general directions. The stylist did a great job getting the look I wanted with a little personal flair. I am very happy with the overall cut!She didnt trim my sideburns but I didnt ask and she didnt either. I did this at home and it was not a problem.Overall great experience!

Fast easy cuts

I made an appointment online for 4:00. When I showed up the employees were leaving and closing early. They said their online bookings were broken. What a waste of time.

I love cost cutters! If you show them a pic of what you want they get it exact if they can. Super friendly staff as well!

The gals here are terrific! Great atmosphere and they make you feel right at home. They are very knowledgeable and know the products. Any question about hair, they will give you the answers. I really like the products they sell. Like I mentioned before, if you want products for a specific reason just ask. They know what you need for your hair. Its great to be able to get advice from a professional. Last but not least: great with color. Thank you for your service.

Our stylist Brittany is a joy. We have been going to her for several months and every cut is exactly what we want. She is precise and sweet and we look forward to seeing her every few weeks.

Poor hair cut, manager did not honor the 7 day redo policy, did not even look it up. Just opened and manager said it had already been a long day. Previous experiences have been good been going there a year.

For the past few times times Ive gotten my hair cut, its been here. In those past couple times Ive got amazing hair cuts from Madison. She does a really good job, and shes fun to talk to. If you end up going to get your hair cut here then I suggest you ask for her or the manager. The only other time my hair wasnt cut by Madison or the manager it didnt turn out too well.

BOGO 50% off on Redken and all other products. What a steal! They had pretty good pricing on their products, Ive never gotten my hair cut here but from my drop in tonight I experienced a stylist attempting to honor a 7 day fix for a clients hair. The client was rude and disrespectful and the stylist didnt lose her temper once just offered nothing but assistance and a new cut for something, I was under the impression, that she didnt even mess up to begin with. From that short experience I can say the staff was really nice, helpful, and went above and beyond trying to fix a mistake.

Very friendly and did what I asked

Haircut was fine but when you “check in” on the app and it says to be there at a specific time. It should not take another 30 minutes to get a haircut. The staff has little motivation and the person in charge had even less. I will never go back again for a haircut!

They dont even deserve one star, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I made an appointment here, showed up at my scheduled time. The manager who acknowledges making my appointment didnt know where my appointment went. She then told me Id have to wait at least 20 minutes with my two young kids. I told her that wouldnt work and she was going to offer me a whopping 10% off for my next visit. What a joke! Poorly handled on every aspect.

Just stopped by to get a haircut with 30 minutes left until they closed. When asked if I could get a haircut I was told no because the girl did not get her 30 minute break and she was closing the store 30 minutes early. Is that my fault? She even went on to say by law she had to do this. I believe the law says you are required to take your break during the day. Won’t to go back.

Dropped in and Andrea did a wonderful job. Great Clips butchered my wifes hair and talked on how they could fix and cut hers. Andrea took the time to talk to my wife and has cut it three times since. Very nice staff.

Would give it zero stars but google wont let me. No communication they just cut your hair its like a guessing game with them. If you like a random hair cut with no say go here otherwise stay clear.

Amazing customer service and incredibly helpful! All in all, I love getting my hair done here and wouldnt trust anyone else except Taylor and her team with my hair.

I want to thank the ladies in this Cost Cutters. My 6 year old developmentally disabled boy has a very hard time with hair cuts. There is usually crying and fighting. All of the hairstylists in this place took part in helping out, all while taking care of other customers. They were understanding and one even put some music on her phone to help. The hair cut came out really nice, too! I usually just have to get it all cut off as fast as possible. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Generally had quality coloring done here, and the couple times I wanted something fixed, it got done correctly. Friendly staff and low pressure on product sales.
