Nice staff.... its a busy place, Im sure its fine for most.But I wouldnt go back ... but Im sure its my fault on being anxious in general And hang ups on hair cuts due to an unrelated stylist incident.I tipped nicely and said good job, but to be honest what was talked about before the first cut was even made, its like the opposite of what was done.... I have spent a lot of my own time to care for my Hair and personalizing that Ive done on my own.....but I cant cut my hair with layers starting at the top and going down. Ive had at least two or three other stylist understand what I mean. If this is a specific cut it be nice to know whats it called.

I used to love this salon. This time I have stripes in my hair and blew over $100.

Tiffany cut my hair today and it looks awesome! Its exactly what I wanted and she was so sweet and friendly. Would definitely recommend!Dont book on Google, just call them. They were able to get me in within just a few hours notice.

Ive been there three times and each time the manager has been rude and condecending. The stylist who was helping me was very gracious and answered my questions and did a wonderful job, but the manager and the front desk girl and one other stylist gathered to chat about me in the back area. And they werent very quiet about it. I was very embarrassed and upset. Will never step foot in that store again. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. That manager needs therapy. Very grumpy.

They were able to get me in quickly, were friendly, and did just what I asked.

I went in 6 times before they closed for COVID and got different excuses why they werent cutting hair. I tried to make an appt and was told they were only taking walk-ins. Then they closed. When they reopened I tried 3 more times to make an appt. If to which I again was denied. I wont be back. They did a good job with my haircuts, but seems now they dont really want to cut hair.

Horrible, wanted to touch up my blonde highlights and left with brown hair! Very disappointed and will never return or recommend to anyone and will definitely tell my horrific story of what happened and how rude your manager was, she wouldnt even give me her name! Your employees need training and not just a 10 minute talk, I am talking more like weekend classes of how to listen to customers and treat them with respect! Every person I come into contact with will hear about the worst experience I have ever had at this so called salon! When you tell a stylist you want your blonde highlights freshener up that doesnt mean make it all brown! I was so discouraged, I called as soon as I got home just to be told to call back in two days and use your Regis product super silver blonde to make the brown lighten up to blonde.

McKenzie does a wonderful job with color, cuts, perms, and even eyebrows. All the ladies are friendly and cheerful and do their best to help answer phones and take care of walk-ins from what weve seen while getting serviced. Ive seen it get very busy. Been using them for over 10 years. Being in Walmart is great since after you get a cut you can pick up anything you need from the store before heading home.

I have been going to this salon for quite awhile and have always had a good experience and service ... until today. I checked in on-line and this was a Sunday so I expected to wait for a bit. I got to the salon and was told by the receptionist that it would be about 15 minutes. So I did a little shopping and came back in about 10 minutes .. and now I was told that it would be an hour. I voiced my objection and a stylist that I think was the manager came over and said it would be a few minutes. Thank you ! Then another stylist came and got me and started to prep for my service. Than she came around to stand in front of me and told me that checking in on-line does not guarantee a specific time --certainly I understood as I have been come here for several months. Then she continued to go on and on and on about wait times and check-in times. After several minutes of this (and not working on my hair) I stood up and said I dont need your lecture and I left the shop. This was such a disappointing experience for me . Both the receptionist and this stylist need to go to Customer Service 101 training.

I went to Smartstyle after getting a very bad haircut at Cost Cutters. Tricia listened to what I wanted and was able to fix my hair. I have had compliments from friends and strangers about my hair. I would recommend Smartstyle to other people.

Do not check in online. It is a joke. I get there 5 minutes early and get told that its going to be another 30 minute wait.

Well I stood by the front desk for about 3 to 5min and one of the girls looked at me waiting but didnt say can I help you so finally I took off down the road to cost cutters and only one person was working and she was with a customer and she stop what she was doing to get me in.

Your stylists really shouldnt talk people out of the cut that they want. The lady didnt do what I wanted and made it very uneven in the front. Wont be going back to HER thats for sure.
