Scott and Earl are amazing! They make you feel right at home like you are going to be taken care of by honest people! They got me in in such a short notice and fixed my car within an hour of me being there at a great price. I will be back for years to come and I will be sharing this news about how great they are like wildfire. Keep up the good work you guys!

The owner, Earl, is a great guy to deal with. He is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and I would trust him to work on my vehicles. Much respect to him and his work experience. Yes, we ran into a snag, (hence the 4 stars)... BUT ... any shop with several techs in back, that dont make a mistake once in a while, isnt doing much!! The long and the short of it is, he immediately stepped up to the plate and made things right. That is what separates the professionals with integrity from the rest. - Chris

Great auto repair shop. Get the work requested done quickly and well done. They also check out the vehicle for other repairs that may be needed and provide an estimate with no pressure, just simply to make you aware. Highly recommend this fine shop.

Probably the best repair shop I have ever been to. My wifes car broke down on the highway not far from E&B, and my insurance said they would only cover a tow to the nearest shop, which was this one. My wife and I had to get to work, so we left the car with the tow truck and had them take it to the shop without us. The shop diagnosed it as a faulty clutch, which is what I had suspected as well. I mentioned I had just had it replaced recently (15 months prior), and the shop told me that I should check if I had a warranty on the replacement before doing any work, just in case. No warranty, but it was nice of them to remind me. After a few days I got in touch with them and said I would be selling the car to my brother-in-law, and asked if they would work with him on the repairs. They were very accommodating. The clutch even ended up being about $250 cheaper than the last time I had it replaced.During my calls with the shop, I talked with the Owner (Earl) and one of the employees (Matt). They were both great. I live down in Firestone, and this place would be worth the drive if/when our cars break down in the future.

Have been a customer of E&B since Moses was a baby, it seems. Have never been to another shop where Ive felt as comfortable and confident in both the diagnostics and the work. When they were up north, behind King Soopers, a couple on vacation pulled up out front, their car steaming. Earl and another mechanic went out, fixed their leak, filled their radiator with antifreeze and sent them on their way - at no cost! I knew then that they were the kind of folks I wanted to do business with. You cant retire, Earl! We need you!

Another referral from my sister and brother-in-law had proven to be perfect for me!When calling to schedule routine maintenance, the phone was answered quickly, professionally and my appointment was arranged to fit my difficult schedule.When I checked in, the service personnel looked over the car and found two additional items that needed to be replaced. They gave me my options and I chose to have the additional work done (cabin filter and battery replacement). Needless to say, I ws over my budgeted purchase and I know I will not be stranded with a dead battery this winter!The strong referral and the professionalism at E & B will prompt my referring friends to this business too!

Matt and Earl and the technicians at E & B take care of all our cars. They recently got our 1999 BMW convertible when we noticed a leak. They thoroughly checked the car out, called me with an estimate, explained they had to order parts. I was very pleased to have my car fixed at such a reasonable price. We appreciate that you take such good care of our baby!

Once again these guys are awesome. Had to take my husbands car in yesterday. Scott gave us a time to bring it in when we did they looked at the car told my husband the problem and had my husbands car done the next day. We highly recommend these gentlemen for your car needs. These guy’s have been SOOOOOOOO helpful for both my family and my in-laws! They helped fix my Camry and they did an amazing job really checking out my new Honda Civic when my Camry unfortunately bit the dust after 208,000+ miles (which they helped me achieve). I’m sure these guys will help get my Honda running even further, and I look forward to using them as my PERMANENT mechanics!! So again, thank you guys!

I am always impressed by the employees at E&B Automotive. They are courteous, efficient, and skilled. They have always treated me and my car very well. I dont feel like a nameless customer whose only value to the company is money. They DO CARE about you as a person and recognize me whenever I come in. Their prices are extremely reasonable, too. I cant imagine going anywhere else to get my car fixed.

I really liked the service I got from these guys on a number of scores....1) They never pressured about any repair.2) The owner drove me back to my place of business without any charge or hastle3) The prices were reasonable...at least half of what other places charge...and the repairs we awesome.4) My old Saturn feels so good to drive now I have no interest in buying a new vehicle.5) I WILL BE BACK if/when I need additional repairs

All I was doing was picking up a U-Haul but the guys there were awesome. If I wasnt moving away I would be bringing my vehicles here for service.

I was referred to E&B about 4 years ago by a friend after I got fed up with the incompetents at the various Toyota dealers in the area. I have been very impressed by E&Bs expertise and honesty.They are very friendly and they get the job done quickly and at a reasonable price. I very highly recommend them.

Had a leaky power steering issue and I needed it fixed that day. Got an appointment at 11. Turned out it was a bad power steering sensor that the leak was gushing through. The only place that had the part for the old Ford Taurus was in Denver. I went and got it,since it would not be there until 2:00 and it was for it was Fixed around 3:3 for $170. Greatly appreciate their help getting the car fixed that day. Mechanic came out as we were pulling away and explained a few additional thins that was helpful. Definitely recommend them.

My car broke down when I was on my lunch break at work. I had it towed to E&B but being new in town I was a little nervous due to not knowing the work they do. I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to receive some of the best cust service Ive ever had at an auto repair shop. Awesome job, great communication and timely repairs!

Great service. They fixed the problem I told them about, they gave me a fair quote, and when I called back later with an additional problem, they gave me another quote readily, and had my truck back to me in a couple hours. Really helpful, pleasant people.

Ive been going to E&B for nearly 20 years and have been as impressed with what theyve NOT done to my cars as what theyve done. When work wasnt needed they made it clear it wasnt needed; when work was needed they did excellent work. I took my car here for the first time this week in need of muffler repair. I dropped it off the night before with instructions to be called with an estimate before any work was done. I received a call the next morning from one of the mechanics. He told me that the muffler/exhaust had rotted and was in need of replacement. He then explained to me that the assembly that would fit my car had double outflow. My car is a Honda Accord LX 4 cylinder. There is one exhaust outflow for this type of engine. Not understanding what he meant by double outflow I asked him to explain this to me. He could not. He then stated that the estimate was $370 to get this fixed, and spoke to me in a high pitched, talking down to me sort of way (probably because I am a woman). He added the pressure that the job could not be completed until Monday morning (this was Friday morning). I told him I would call him back with a decision. After a few phone calls, I found out that the part that he needed to replace only costs $150 at NAPA. So, after shopping around, I found an excellent garage the next town over who not only replaced the muffler assembly that I needed, but also replaced the entire exhaust pipe from the catalytic converter back for $150 including labor. Done the same day!If you are a woman, stay away from this place. They not only talk down to you, but try to rip you off assuming you have no intelligence.

If you value your car and pocket book you will avoid this place!!! This is just another place looking to see what they can get away with. Not to mention the owner was a real jerk.
