1) Since 11/29/19, the third time Ive made the 70 mile trek between Aurora and Loveland, (the sale transactionbeing the first time), ] Crossroads Hyundai of Loveland steadfastly refused to give me ANY of the paperwork they were required by law to give  me, at the time of the initial sale,, ncluding the Colorado DR2434 Disclosures Required as part of a Motor Vehicle/Powersports Vehicle Sale(attached here). They didnt even furnish a vehicle registration!2) On November 29, 2019, Crossroads Hyundai of Loveland sent me home, at night, through 70 miles of snow, slush, and ice covered roads, with illegal tread depth, (bald) front tires on a front drive car.  The tires on the rear of the car had some tread left, and Crossroads Hyundai of Loveland didnt have the human decency to rotate them on to the front

I have never met a service manager with such disregard for customer service and kindness/understanding. Brian is the reason that I will NEVER return to Crossroads Hyundai. You have lost a lifetime customer, along with my multiple friend and family that also drive Hyundais.

A wonderful and truly enjoyable experience! I needed a new car but was uneasy about going to a dealership. James Bryan made the entire experience stress free and didn’t make me feel like I was being ripped off or too pushy! Which if you ever have has to buy a car before you know how frustrating that can be! 5 STARS AND WILL RETURN!

To say that our experience here was disappointing would be an understatement. We purchased a used car from Hyundai Crossroads, it is a used vehicle so we had expected to be fixing stuff. Our salesman was absolutely awesome his name is Michael. Well anyways before we got to our home in Greeley the tire monitoring system light came on. 7 days later I was driving on the highway and lost steering capabilities. I was able to get my car to my grandmothers house. I kept trying to get ahold of the dealership to see if there was any kind of warranty after leaving voicemails for two days and not getting any calls back my husband and I went into the building during this visit two salesmen Tyler and Michael said they would check to see if it was covered... Come back and say its covered. So we walked over to schedule appointment the service guy was so rude and condescending. Saying its not under warranty. So my husband asked how is it the salesmen tell us different..... Then we went and got Michael, he came and personally spoke with the service guy and then the service guy said oh yes now I understand. We were okay paying for a fix but if it wasnt covered we were just going to have our own mechanic fix it. So taking the three of them by their words we had it towed to the shop.... Once again sat there for two days, get a call that it isnt covered so again my husband goes in. Michael was not there but Tyler and serviceman were, both denied ever telling us that it was covered, which is outright lie Michael literally said twice so itll be no cost to you, no worries Like I said we were fine paying but the rudeness and disrespect and outright lying shows they have a severe lack of integrity at this facility. I would not recommend them and we ended up having our car towed from their facility to another mechanic because I dont want my money going towards a business so corrupt and willing to screw people dying times like this. So unfortunate because there are a couple helpful people there Michael and Clinton helped alot. Left a message for the general manager but I doubt I will hear back. I would say this is an undercover bate and switch dealership. Update... Had my Buick looked at at mechanic at GM dealership and the reason for the power steering leak was because the mechanic at Hyundai crossroads wired the steering hoses all wrong so the return line was rubbing against gear so it bustwd a hole through it.***Update, this is a never ending deal lol on the plus side we will essentially have a completely updated car. We started having leaking and transmission had a hard time getting from first to second gear, two mechanics looked at it and said this was the weirdest hook up job they had seen so the hoses and connectors were not even meant for our car so it was causing leaking all over. Both mechanics said that since the dealership put in a new engine before we purchased it that they either put all the wonky parts in or they knew it was wonky. I filed a complaint with hyundai cooperate office so hopefully that gets somewhere because no one at this facility including the GM calls back.
