Tim was quick, professional, and did an amazing job fixing a door ding on my Mustang. It took him less than 30min to repair the dent and buff out the paint scuff. It looks brand new! Couldn’t be happier with the results and if I ever need PDR in the future, I know where I’m going.

Dent Dude is amazing! Got door dinged by a careless person while my wife was picking the kids up from school. Wife and I went out for some lunch today figured I would just swing in for him to have a quick look. Within minutes of being there he had my car inside. I’m guessing he stop what he was doing to take care of the issue while I was there. That’s awesome customer service. The dent I had removed was not that bad but noticeable. I’ll start by saying I don’t usually post reviews, but after my experience with Dent Dude today, I had to get this out there.The Dent Dude is a first class operation. I went to Dent Dude with a tough crease to fix on the back gate of our Volvo. When confirming the appointment the night before, I told him that 2 other PDR shops wouldn’t touch it. He said, “give me a shot” and if it’s not 100%, you won’t pay me.I know Tim put in a ton of work to fix it today, but he just couldn’t get it to 100%. Most PDR’s wouldn’t even try. True to his word, he didn’t charge and wouldn’t accept a tip or any other offer.While I hope I won’t be a repeat customer with Dent Dude, I have zero hesitation in giving him my business or recommending to anyone who needs the help. There are many choices out there in the PDR space, but would highly recommend stopping at Dent Dude first. Service and Quality are top notch!

Went to a football party and during ½ time some guys were tossing a football. They put a good size dent in my 2017 Chevy Equinox. A customer of mine saw the dent and told me to call the Dent Dude. I called Monday, they asked me to text them 3 pictures which I did. They texted me back early the next morning with an estimate and asking if I could come in for an exact quote. I arranged to stop Wednesday at 2pm. I arrived filled out a few questions and they took my SUV into the shop. I was in the waiting room maybe 10 minutes and they returned and said we can have your SUV repaired and done in 30 minutes for ½ the cost they quoted. I said sure go ahead and do it. I looked at the work they did, paid the bill and was on my way in 20 minutes. The staff at the Dent Dude was friendly and professional and do excellent work. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Dent Dude did amazing work on my brand new 2019 Honda Civic. They repaired a 2 ding that was right on a body line and a smaller crease lower on the same door.The cost of work was fair and the service was fantastic. If you have a dent that you’re not sure what to do with take it here first.I had a large dent down the side of my truck from a tree when I was off-roading. I was considering trying to do it myself or on the cheap, I took it in for an estimate and was given an honest estimate on what it would take to pull out and what my options were. They worked with me on a price I could manage and put my truck back to new. Cant say enough how happy I am.Should also note I showed up a week early on the wrong Friday and instead of turning me away worked over on a Friday to get it done. Thank you!

My 2017 Dodge Challenger was hit by a frisbee and caused a nice size dent on my front fender. I was SICK!!! The dent was glaring!! All I could think about was this beautiful car with now a dent and the cost of the repair. I did some research and learned about PDR Paintless Dent Repair. I decided to give it a try. So now who do I trust to do the job?? I researched that and the decision was easy. The Dent Dude of Cincinnati had so many reviews and great ones. I have trust issues when it comes to my vehicles, but the reviews made me feel at ease. I called up the Dent Dude and they requested some pics. I provided the pics and Tina called me up with an estimate and a time to schedule. The estimate was way cheaper than I anticipated and they fit me in the next day due to a cancellation. I dropped my car off before work and by lunch the car was ready!! When I went to pick up the car I went over it and over it. I was amazed!!!! The dent was gone!! I also had 3 very small dings, 2 of them less than dimes removed!!! Wow, really it is like Magic, my car is blemish free!! I cannot thank the Dent Dude enough!!! To top it off they were so nice to deal with!! I am looking forward to this summer and cruising this beautiful machine! I am an owner of a company here in Milford and we took our box truck in for a windshield repair we called first and Tim said we could arrive at 2pm and he would repair it and true to his word apon arrival he got to work. This guy and his company are very professional and helpful and they get the job done right. While I was there I showed him where my personal car had a dent in it as well and he took care of that no problem and it looks great. I will definitely be taking our work and personal vehicles here from now on.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Without getting too long winded about this place I will just let the pictures show the workmanship of the dent dude cincinnati. These are actual before and after photos of a dent I wanted removed from my rear bumper cover.They were also nice enough to throw in a destroyed blind spot monitoring system at no extra charge! They used the Shaggy approach of “It wasn’t me” even though it’s worked perfectly since the original dent happened and is now destroyed in the EXACT spot where their crowbar was used to pop out the dent. Take your business elsewhere.

Had 2 fairly big dings one in tailgate of truck and one in bedside looks much better now but not a flawless repair I would say its a good value would have been a $1500 or more repair at a body shop done for under $300

Tim did great job in removing four dents from my car, which will be a classic in a few years. For years I thought of having the dents removed but had concerns about having the car worked on. I’m very glad I moved forward and had Tim do the work. My car looks better than ever!

Their work was fantastic. I had a decent sized dent over my left wheel well. After the repair you cannot see where the dent was, or even any sign their ever was a dent present.

Tim did a great job on multiple small dents/dings on my Porsche 911. He is a great guy to work with and does exceptional work. If his work passes my very discerning eye, he can be recommended to work on any car.

AMAZING!!!! You need to call the Dent Dude before you go anywhere else for auto body work! I had a small dent on my trunk and he did amazing work. At other shops I was given estimates around $700 and 3 days to fix. The Dent Dude shop was able to fix it in about 20 minutes and only charged $75. He did an amazing job! The trunk looks brand new! I cannot recommend this shop enough!!!!!!!!

Was able to get a fair price on a small dent repair, was also able to pencil me in on short notice. Dent had a small crease that was unable to be repaired without redoing the whole door so they did not charge me for the work provided. Still improved on what it was before I took it in which seems more than fair for the work that was involved. did not be charged.

Showed up about 30 minutes before they closed. I had a small dent in my passenger door in my brand new car. Took them about 15 minutes and it was back to brand new. Very impressed!!!

Overall great experience. Had a large tree branch fall on our newer Honda Pilot. It left a dent so big I didn’t think it could be repaired. Took my Ford F150 to have a dent removed. Quoted 100$. Drop truck off, 20 minutes later they tell me they needed to talk. Go look at my truck, has a hole where the paint was ripped off. I appreciate the honesty, though the technician told me that the particular area had been damaged previously and had bondo which caused the paint to rip off. The truck has had 1 previous owner with no carfax history of it being damaged (on the cab so highly unlikely it was fixed private party). With that being said the technician had also used touch up paint to cover it. I did not request this, and the touch up paint is mismatched..... Asked for him to have it repainted and he told me he did not plan to help me with this. Waste of time, the repair is now going to cost me 600+$USD for a 100$ dent. Thanks homie. Thanks...

Took my Evo here when a tow truck dented the body. Tim and company exceeded well beyond any expectations I had. I would highly recommend them for all paintless dent repair - he’ll even let you send photos ahead to make sure he can fix it. I’ll hopefully not need dents repaired again but if I do, Dent Dude will be the first place I call!
