Excellent experience. We had a lingering alignment problem from a hard bump that had flatten both right tires and dented the rims. Car steering would waiver going around curves. Christian Brothers recognized that the electronic steering was impacted. Realigned tires and re-programmed lane departure system. Works like new. Only their experience identified and fixed this problem. Others missed it. I highly recommend Christian Brothers. They know their stuff.

They found a difficult electrical issue causing sporadic non-starting. They problem solved the battery, starter, alternator and electrical leakage and determine the battery had failed. The car is starting great now.

Love this business! Nice really does make a difference. Came in for a tire rotation and oil change. Their waiting area is very comfortable and they make sure you’re taken care of, making sure you have a beverage and are okay while you wait- or they can shuttle you for free! They took enough time to do a thorough job but it was by no means too long. The inspection brought up a couple additional needs which they promptly took care of. Several members of my extended family go to them as well- and for good reason! These guys are thorough, trustworthy, knowledgable, and kind.

I’m a DIY mechanic and have been around the block many times Out of the dozens and diesels of shops I’ve used and seen this is by far the best. The work is AAA but so is their customer service. Daily updates via call and text messages. They even clean (degrease) the car after things like an oil change which is rare.I took my Camaro here after it had been to 3 other shops over about 3.5 months. They were able to fix it within a few day. Their expertise, professionalism, and experience is unmatched. I had a coupon for a full synthetic oil change, when it came time to pay I was handed a bill for an oil change with original motor oil. I told them I had came for a full synthetic oil change so they changed the price and told me I had received full synthetic. The sticker in my windshield says Im due for my next change in 3000 miles. I have a strong gut feeling I just paid synthetic prices for non synthetic oil.

Seemed a tad expensive, but overall was very confident in the service I received. I walked in and immediately felt like they were going to do a good job. They also shuttled me to the shop from work to pick up my car, which was very convenient.

The Christian Brothers garage on Branch Hill Guinea road has become our choice for our car maintenance and repair. Very honest, very transparent, and do not oversell work. In fact they have discussed with me that some work that is needed can be delayed until the problem became more pronounced. Also willing to drop you off at home or work after you leave your car or pick you up when you need to come to the garage when your car is finished.

My tire was leaking air and I was due to travel out of state driving 900 miles . I left my car overnight . They called the next day to say it held air in the tire and I should be all set . I picked upon the car . The next day I took off for my journey, 1 hour into the trip the tire once again lost tire pressure. Disappointed I stopped again to fill the tire, then had to stop every 30 minutes all the way home. It was a nightmare trip . Everyone at the location was extremely nice however as far as problem solving on this issue I was left very disappointed to say the least. Once I return home I took the car to my local place and the discovered I needed to replace the Valve. A simple fix that any experienced shop should be able to Diagnose especially when they were told the tire would not hold air .

I was able to get my car in and out on very little notice at the busiest time of the day. Service was prompt and accomodating, will be going back again next time I have a service issue.

Was quoted $67 after my costco discount but was charged $114 because my car was foreign which was made clear during the quote when they asked the make & model of car. Otherwise they offered a good service and were friendly.

I had my car towed in for a new alternator and belt. They tried to charge me $90 for a diagnostic test to see if in fact the alternator was bad. I know the alternator is bad so I asked would that diagnose any other issues. I was told the test would only tell me if it was the alternator or batter that was bad. I passed on the test. I was quoted $980 to fix the alternator and the Belt. The belt is only $40 and alternator is $80. So I was being charged $860 for labor. This place is not reasonable at all and unless you have money to give away don’t go!!!! I got my car towed to a new shop that charged me $580 for the work and my cars running great.

Work was completed quickly and communication was great.

Christian Brothers Automotive is a fair and honest repair garage that is hard to find these days. They have earned our trust from our first use of the facility over two years ago. First impressions are lasting impressions and the overall cleanliness, order and everyone in uniforms was important.I was offered something to drink and a courtesy ride if needed, and that is the standard each time.Our most recent use involved rough idling of the engine which they traced back to an air conditioning system repair they had done previously and reaccomplished the work charging it to warranty! It’s still idling rough but I have faith that they will get to the bottom of it.

I reached out to CBA from reviews of their business since my mechanic retired and closed his business. I am so glad I did. My niece is a single Mom and was having some issues with her car. I spoke with Wess and he assured me they would check the car out that day and he was true to his word. The diagnostics revealed several issues with her car but he helped me by identifying the most urgent repairs first which helped since she and I are on fixed incomes. They are very professional, friendly and caring and I am so thankful I found their business and I will definitely refer others to them which I already have. If I could give them 10 plus stars I would.

Clean shop and nice employees. But very expensive and they kept our vehicle much longer than originally promised and failed to update us as to progress (I had to call them). They use scare tactics and shame to coerce you into buying the most expensive parts. I appreciate the cleanliness and friendliness, however I’d prefer to use a shop that is more mindful of a customer’s budget, especially considering how much folks are struggling right now. I don’t mind seeing some grease stains around an auto shop.

This is the only shop I will take my cars to.The staff is friendly, respectful, and most importantly honest. I recommend them to everyone, all shops should look at this business model and copy it.

Be warned. I brought my truck in for a slight ABS issue and it ended with the brake system failing and I had to sell the truck. I paid $2400 to have the brakes repaired by this shop. It was going to cost $2700 to fix their repair. The owner hides behind the Bible and his faith but is a master of manipulation and lies. If he is the measureof a Christian, Id be ashamed to call myself one. I wouldnt trust this shop with a valve stem cap change. Beware and please take your vehicle elsewhere.

I moved recently and where I used to get my oil changed was no longer convenient. CBA is right down the road from my new home, so I went online to book an appointment. Booking an appointment was SUPER easy and they responded right away. I requested an oil change and tire rotation. When I got there everyone was incredibly nice and took care of me right away. When my car was done they called me to the counter and told me my tires didnt need rotated! Saved me $20 bucks! I dont think a lot of places would be this honest. The price was incredibly fair and actually about $20 dollars less than where I was taking it before. Theyve got my business from now on! Thanks guys!

Brad provides outstanding customer service. He always ensures that my 1999 Suburban receives the best care within a limited budget. When I need a ride home, he cheerfully drives me.
