DO NOT USE!!! These people are conartists......I agreed to a quote for almost 2500.00, my understanding, i would get a good running, tuned up truck in return. The fuel tank and radiator is all the work they really did. They were both leaking when i picked up the truck, they tried to tighten, still leaking. I had to make another appt 2 weeks away for them to fix their poor workmanship. They left the side plug out of the new fuel tank.I tried to reason with them, simply wanting answers what they did, and how? Why wasnt everything we discussed done? The lady that answers the phone, shes not a punching bag......so dont ask her anything!!! The ownerMatt, every excuse in the book, but wont get on the phone.How do you test a cooling system if you dont heat up the truck to open up the thermostat? Better yet, how does it look like mud is in the new radiator? I know the answers......Anyway, steer clear, if you value your money and vehicle anyway. Happy to answer any questions

I saw him several times while I lived in CO and was impressed with the stellar customer service, as well as, the cleanliness and professionalism of him, his staff, and the reception area. He really earned my trust when my car, which I used for work, was intermittently not cranking.He kept it and let me use the loaner car for about 2 weeks while each day they would crank it several times. He communicated often and was quite logical and methodical about finding what was really the problem. With all of this the pricing was extremely fair, he got the work done promptly, and his work is guaranteed. He sets the bar very high, and I’ve yet to find anyone as good as him here.

I usually do my own mechanic work till I meet Matthew the owner. I meet though my work he services the complete fleet of T&C Plumbing. After having my work Van serviced, seeing how he did the work and checked everything out and let me know what to look for to take it in next time he was not pushy but informative and I now I take all my personal vehicles to him and he takes care of it and I dont worry about the prices because he is fair and reasonable. I really like how if he sees something that needs fixed when he is working on it he calls and lets me know so it can be taken care of while its there and always shows the parts he replaced so you know why it was replaced or repaired.

Matt at 360 is patient, communicates clearly, honest about what needs to be done immediately vs. what can wait, and is prompt with his repairs. He guarantees his work, plus takes the time to explain what hes doing so I can keep tabs on my aging Mazda. Car trouble is never fun, but its nice to know I finally have a reliable mechanic. Highly recommend!

My 2012 Dodge Caravan started having transmission trouble last weekend and by the end of the morning, was no longer shifting. I had it towed to Matt at 360 Automotive Repair. He called me early Monday morning to let me know he would be able to check it out. Long story short. It was going to cost $3300 to put a reconditioned transmission in, with a 3 year, 100K warranty. He could have it done by Friday. He also suggested it might still have coverage under the power train warranty at the Dodge dealer, and even made the call for me so he could give the diagnostic codes to the service department. After learning that the dealer wouldnt even be able to look at it for 11 days, and that there was no guarantee the warranty would cover the repairs, I made the decision to have the work done at 360. It is Thursday evening. I have my vehicle and can carry on with my business. Thank you, Matt. You have earned my trust and my loyalty.

Apparently a turbo boost pipe being detached and needing a New turbo is confusing for these guys. They have excellent manners and while I’m sure the 2300$ turbo and $100 detached boost pipe had nothing to do with the error basic mechanics clearly is. Not earn business because of wrong diagnosis? Very strange indeed.

Ive worked with Matt for two years. One of my cars was very challenging with electronic issue. Matt was so fair with the hours involved. I recommend 360 Auto to my friends when they need a great mechanic.

Ive liked using Matt for my repairs. However, recently he replaced my power steering hose. Soon it started dripping once every 5 seconds, and blew fluid all over the engine compartment. My husband tightened the hose clamps, and it fixed it. So Id have to recommend that Matt check his employees work before sending the car home. This tiny mistake makes me hesitate to go back. I live up the canyon on Storm Mountain– eeek - what if my steering hose would have popped off going up the narrows in the canyon!

I needed my brake pads and rotors replaced on my car. I got an estimate from several other repair shops wanting to charge me about $200 for labor to install the parts. I was also on a time crunch. I went to 360 auto and Matt had my car done in one hour for way cheaper than anywhere else. Needless to say, when I came to 360 auto I was stressed and my brakes sounded terrible and they were getting worse. After the repair, there is not a single problem with my car and I had my car back within an hour. Even the reception was very nice and able to get me out of there in no time. Thank you all:)
