Had the timing belt replaced with a timing kit (water pump, pulleys, etc.) and serpentine belt completed on our 2010 Honda Odyssey. Amazing work Kenny and Jack! I will be back for more service and recommend others to this place.

Very friendly people always willing to answer questions. They always let me know what work needs done or if it can wait. They have never tried to sell me on something I didnt need. Work always gone done timely and correctly.

We just picked up our car today and it is running much better! We really liked the owner a lot. He was accurate, kind, had it repaired earlier than he said he would, and we thought he was truly honest. We just moved to Loveland and finding a trustworthy mechanic is so important. We will definitely be using Jacks again!

This review is not about my experience with the repair shop itself, but with the owner. I met with him to look at a vehicle he was selling for a friend, he told me that he has done all of the repairs/maintenance on it for the past few years and assured me that everything is in perfect condition. Within a month of purchasing my transmission started slipping. Then two weeks later my air conditioning quit when visiting my family in 100 plus degree heat. I hope my experience tells you a bit about the character of the owner.

I cannot say enough kind things about Jack and his business. I was referred here by a coworker of mine after my car started acting up. Jack got my car in, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it all in the same day. And when he saw how I was struggling financially, he was so kind to me. That’s true service right there. Thanks Jack, I truly appreciate you all!

Absolutely love this auto shop, I went in on a whim after Mobil1 right next to it ripped me off for the last time. The owner is courteous, quick with the fixes and doesnt try to scam for money. This will be the only auto shop I use as long as I live in Loveland

Jack diagnosed the oil leak under my engine apparently capably and for no charge. He comes across as honest and displays the intent to save the customer unnecessary repair expenses.
