I came to Loveland Colorado after experiencing mechanical problems with my CV axles on my 535i. Every time I spoke with the service department they were helpful. They were kind. After extensive repairs on my BMW the Loveland Team was STILL $2,200 cheaper than their original estimate!! Fast, efficient service by a helpful and friendly Team!! Thanks Geoff McCormack!!

Geoff in service is awesome. Truly cares about you, your budget, and your car. I think they have a tendency to upsell services. Such as tires and brakes maybe 6 months before you actually need them but other than that, its very good.

Go talk to Trevon Yep— best car buying experience I’ve had! This place is transparent, professional, and most importantly, efficient. I was in and out with this gorgeous ‘98 M Roadster in under two hours. They even let me test drive it for a full day prior and get an independent inspection.

They replaced some bushings in the front end of my 535i and the next day the axle started clunking like the CV joint was about to give out. I called Brian Bowden and he didnt answer so I texted him and described the problem. He texted me back and asked me to describe the problem. So I did. Again. Then he asked me how I wanted to handle it. I told him I wanted to bring the car back asap so they could remedy whatever they did to it, and I would need a loaner car. He replied that they couldnt provide a loaner for at least a week and that I should bring the car back so they could assess to determine who would be responsible to pay for any needed repair. I brought the car back the next day and when I handed Brian the keys he asked me ( for the third time) to describe the problem. I am not sure why he needed me to tell him 3 times, it was a very simple description. He then reiterated that they would check it out in order to determine who was responsible. I replied for the 3rd time that the noise was new and I was not going to pay for any needed repair. They texted the following day to say it was ready and there was no charge. When I arrived to pick up the car, Brian said there was an axle bolt that may have not been properly tightened but that may have been because it was corroded so they replaced the bolt. Throughout the experience, I got the impression that Brian thought I was trying to put something over on him. It felt very uncomfortable. He was careful to not take responsibility and did not ever apologize for the inconvenience. Had he done those two simple things, I would not have written this review. I will never do business with BMW of Loveland again.

The experience was refreshing. No haggling we bought the vehicle we wanted in a very timely manor. Michael Gonzales was prompt, to the point and completed most of the paperwork before we arrived. We traded in two cars to get this new one with cash and he asked that we send proof of insurance and out license to perform obtaining the paperwork. He was courteous and friendly and had the vehicle prepped for us when we arrived. It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership. I wish they all were this organized.

Recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee here. My sales person James was awesome and so was everyone I had to deal with. However, there were 2 minor issues with my vehicle that I found and told them about within 48 business hours of owning the vehicle. Since then Ive been getting the run around and ducked and doged. Its been 2 weeks of waiting for a GM to call me so I can take it in and get it looked at. Still nothing. The sale itself was great but I have been very unimpressed since that moment. If it wasnt for this it would be a 5 start review, but its never a good feeling when you start getting avoided when you have an issue.Edit: The GM got ahold of me and apologized for the miscommunication. They did the right thing and took care of my issue.

We purchased a very popular used vehicle and had an amazing & seamless experience. We found the car online, as it was just traded in & it hadnt even been washed, yet.They were very responsive, honest, transparent, and non pressuring. They made us feel very comfortable, during our entire transaction. As we were coming from Denver, they were kind enough to hold true to a courtesy hold, while they had offers from other buyers that day. I recently ordered a new BMW X5 45e through Cos BMW and couldnt have been happier with the overall experience. I worked all of the details through our Client Advisor Brandon Brooks on the phone and over email, and then arranged a time to come by the dealership to see some of the paint color and trim options. Brandon had arranged to have vehicles with the options we wanted to see set aside so we could easily and quickly look at them, and also let us take a test drive in a new X5 to make sure it was what we were looking for. We never felt rushed or pressured and really appreciated all of Brandons assistance.While the vehicle was being built, Brandon kept us apprised of the status, and then made sure everything was ready to go when it finally arrived at the dealership. The delivery experience was great, spending less than 5 minutes in the finance office signing some docs and then we were on our way. The only surprise we encountered when finishing the paperwork was that one of the rebate incentives that was offered had increased by $500, making our final price even less than we had originally expected.I was very pleased to have a low-pressure and fair negotiation on the vehicle purchase, and couldnt have asked for more in working with Brandon and Cos BMW. This is the 6th new BMW we have purchased or leased in the last 18 years and I will definitely be reaching out to Brandon again when it is time for #7.

Took my car in for low oil light. Paid over 5k in repairs. Large amount of unexpected repairs. My heater worked fine with no problems prior to taking to shop. Within 2 hrs after picking up after repairs were completed, I called to let them know the heater on driver side was not working. They took it back and wanted to charge me an additional $500 to repair. Told me something coincidentally broke to make the heater not work while in the shop for other repairs. Even though they did an antifreeze flush which is known to sometimes be related causing this exact heating issue. They insist it is not related and coincidental. I refused to pay anymore after being bled for over 5k, so now I have a cold car as result. Brian is who I worked with, Matthew was repair guy. It is no longer COs, is under new ownership.... Owned now by Elway.... Would not recommend.Update:They called due to changing their mind on fixing the heater issue after I had posted the above review. They fixed my heater so it would work, but then as result came up with more repairs needed/more $$$ I had to pay even though they said they were giving us a really good deal. Then after, said they had finally gotten the oil leak fixed and replaced the entire vacuum system and should be good to go. They told us the parts/repairs would be under warranty if we had any more issue.A month later had another mechanic tell me I had an “oil leak”. Took it back to BMW of Loveland and they told me they had previously fixed a front end oil leak and this was a new back end oil leak that would not be covered under the warranty. They quoted an additional $6,782.12 of work with majority of the $$$ being the “new” oil leak. Had just been in their shop and these other items that were in addition to the oil leak were not mentioned at all at my last visit, but were described as “need immediate attention” now.So I declined services with BMW of Loveland since they said the warranty would not cover it. I took it back to the other mechanic and it was in fact a front end bolt leaking oil. This other mechanic fixed it for no more than the agreed on diagnostics/specialized oil leak testing fees of $193 and said there was not a back end leak or any other issue with my car needing urgent attention.So take from my story what you will… Has not been fun… Seemed the never-ending saga of car repairs with BMW of Loveland and they did not follow through on the warranty for their work… Sure glad I didn’t fork out more $$$ to BMW of Loveland ….

I recently purchased a BMW fro Cos BMW center. What a great group of people. Very friendly, and not pushy at all. I got the impression that they wanted me to get the car I wanted and let me take all the time I needed to check things out. I got a great deal and they were very flexible with payment options. When the vehicle wasnt ready the day I purchased it, they took the extra step of having it delivered to me the next day (and I live in Aurora!). Ive taken the car in for its first service and the service department is just as good as the sales department. I highly recommend this dealership.

I recently bought a 2014 Lexus IS 250 at Cos BMW Center. I worked with James. We called ahead to verify the car we wanted was still there. James verified the car was still in inventory, and had it ready for my wife and I to test drive when we arrived. James was EXTREMELY personable, and very knowledgeable about the car I bought. He answered all of my questions, and was a straight shooter. I like that he didnt try to pressure us in any way. When I decided to buy the car, James made the deal easy. There was no haggling over the price. When we got to financing, Jason was our guy. Again....very personable and helpful. There was no pressure to buy extra coverage or special packages. In fact, I think it took longer for me to write my check for the cash I put down on the car than it took to get through financing! This was an EXCEPTIONAL buying experience! So I called and worked with JJ over the phone trying to work a deal out on a car. He went to bat for me several times and couldn’t get it done. We called the next day told him we were hear no appointment. He jumped through hoops and juggled 3 or 4 clients at the same time. Pulled up several cars let us drive them. We found the car the wife loved he came back with numbers made the deal easy and painless. Actually listened to what we had to spend and made it happen. I SUGGEST HIM AND HIS PEOPLE TO ANYONE BUYING A CAR!! Easiest car deal I’ve had in a long time. Plus they weren’t too yuppy even though it’s a high end dealership. Gave my wife a bottle of wine and worked in some extra perks on the car. I’ll be back for the next one for sure!!

This was the best BMW dealer I have ever worked with! I was looking for a car my local dealers in CA could not find or order for me in the colors I wanted and I found exactly what I was looking for at Cos BMW. Problem was they were in CO and Im in CA!. Well, I called on the off chance they might sell a car and ship it to me in CA, and I spoke with Tony Stuart in sales and he was amazingly helpful! I worked with Brandon Brooks and Cory from CO’s BMW when I recently bought my X2. This was the most seamless purchase of all time! They worked with us to find out exactly what we were looking for and delivered TEN FOLD! I got way more in the car than I could have even expected. Ive had a number of issues with my 5 series over the years, and as any BMW owner knows, it can be a nightmare. I visited Cos BMW service center earlier this week for a fairly minor repair. Having utilized other BMW dealerships, I was concerned about potential cost. Turns out there was no reason for worry. The service center corrected the problem for less than half of what I expected to pay. On top of the minor repair, they did a full inspection of the car, even providing me with a video of the under-car and under-hood inspection. I came away from the experience extremely pleased and will now be taking my BMW to Cos for future maintenance and repairs.

Our experience at BMW of Loveland from start (inquiry) to finish was so amazing we couldn’t believe it - by far the best and most efficient car buying experience ever! We inquired at a different BMW dealership about having an X5 built to our liking as we couldn’t seem to find one that met our needs. After receiving slow responses and a 10+ week lead time from BMW of Boulder we decided to contact BMW of Loveland and we are super excited that we did!They actually had a car on the lot that met all of our specifications along with a few extra features. We connected with Bo Penney the GSM who quickly linked us up with senior sales advisor James “JJ” Jimenez to better understand our needs. After learning what we wanted in a new vehicle and our price point JJ worked quickly to find dealer and manufacturer incentives to help par up the pricing to that of our build.Within a matter of minutes and after a single e-mail exchange JJ had all of our needs met. We agreed on everything and visited the dealership to sign the paperwork the following day. When we arrived we were well greeted and our new vehicle was in the grand lobby covered in a silk cloth with a red bow on the hood just like you would see on the commercials - an unreal experience!These new BMW’s come well equipped with the latest technological features and the BMW Genius (similar to when you visit an Apple store) Jacob McMahon covered all the features on our new vehicle to ensure we would start enjoying them from the very start - this was extremely helpful and the learning experience can be as short or as thorough as you like as there is no rush or pressure.JJ had all of our paperwork complete when we arrived, which was nice. I met with Jason in finance to sign off on the paperwork and he answered all of my questions and was very pleasant and thorough. Literally the whole process was under an hour. Upon leaving we were greeted with a BMW gift bag containing a bottle of wine - once again congratulating us on our new vehicle purchase. This was icing on the cake and a great way to lament our experience - Thank you BMW of Loveland!! Fantastic car buying experience!!

Kim was very helpful with my shopping experience.I test drove and looked at the car I bought over a two day period. Cos answered all of my questions and even allowed an extended test drive when I came back in to look at the car again. The best dealership to buy a BMW! My salesperson was Brandon who from the moment I walked in the door was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made my buying experience fantastic. I made the mistake of stopping at several other dealerships before stopping here. If you are looking to buy a BMW come to this location first. I took my car here for diagnostic, they told me the car needed a $1700 repair. After paying that money and taking the car back to dealership 4 different times I still have the same exact issue. They refused to refund the money or to fix the problem, so all I can do is taking them to civil court and report this robbery to the better business bureau. Jon Anderson was incredible rude and has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced. Very dishonest people working at this establishment.

Buying a car can be stressful with guilt and games galore. At Cos i found the team to be honest, supportive, and did not push the hard sell. The prices they have are reasonable based upon comparision shopping. On top of that they took care of some warranty work that needed to be done that they saw during an inspection. I would recommend going to Cos for reasonable prices, and a friendly staff.

Brian in service advising is amazing along with service technicians. I appreciate their honesty and love the inspection videos they make to show what needs to be done. Before going to CO BMW, I went to another repair shop that wanted to charge 3x’s for brakes and advised services not required at this time. Like always the people at BMW of Loveland, formally known as COs, are amazing!! Just purchased my 4th car from them and worked with Kim Calloway for the 4th time and still love the service we receive there. Kelly Antuna was excellent in guiding me on my purchase of CPO 740i xDrive. Being an out-of-state customer, he was instrumental in providing assurance of a smooth transaction. His expertise and patience with me throughout the process was exceptional.Chris Dawkins also provided excellent after-purchase care. There was a small issue with one of my cameras that wasnt found during the CPO check, and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.
