Well I called Luke to pull a motor and put it back in. So I can have it rebuilt. Not only was he the first mechanic I called that was willing to do this, the price was very reasonable. I normally do all of my own mechanic work so I really had to look for the right kind of mechanic to make me feel comfortable. Lukes seems to be just that.

Was a lot of help with my SUBARU when I was looking at a lot of money to fix my car and issues he was able to find out the one real problem. Fixed it for me and saved me money I didnt need to waste. THANKS

First time attempting to work with the company. I schedule a time, two weeks out, I show up to drop off my car, just drop it off so they can take their time with the check up/AC work, and I get there when they open. Ten minutes later someone with the company, probably the owner, parks his truck, carries his coffee in and unlocks the door to the building I’ve been standing outside of for ten minutes. I say good morning, he says nothing. Gets in his building. Ok, not a morning person. Well me neither but I’m not unprofessional enough to ignore a customer who is clearly there to work with said company. This place must have too much money, enough to treat a customer like they aren’t even there. Upon entering the business you’d think he would... idk, let the customer in. No, instead he just talked on his cell phone. For an industry that relies on good reviews Luke’s must have enough of them. Not from me. I’ll happily take my money somewhere else.

Luke and his crew are top notch! I trust them with my car and they are fair in all that they do! I recommend them to anyone.

Luke runs a busy shop, but orderly, knowledgeable pre-purchase inspection at a very fair price, as my referral to his shop had said. Gave me confidence needed in my purchase and talking points for coming to terms. Ill be back but hopefully not for awhile, for expected maintenance items beyond the basics we can DIY.

My daughter bought a sketchy vehicle and only had it for a few months when it needed new head gaskets. She knew few people but one person recommended Luke and we are so glad we went to him! The motor had gone out on my vehicle and I brought it to Lukes Auto to be fixed, I found them based on Google reviews. This is by far the most honest car repair company I have ever seen. He could have charged me for a new engine but instead he called Kia on my behalf to find out that my motor could be replaced under warranty. He could have simply said you need a new motor which I did but he went above and beyond by calling Kia before suggesting the repair be done in his shop. His customer service was so exceptional that while he had my vehicle in his shop he loaned me another vehicle of his to drive at no cost while he was diagnosing the problem on my own car. I will only take my vehicles to Lukes Auto Care for anything I ever need. Exceptional.

I dont think theres a better local mechanic in all of Northern Colorado. I am an avid Subaru owner and enjoy regularly modding my vehicles with aftermarket parts, I try to save money at every turn and do work myself but when I cant perform a task due to lack of expertise or lack of tools I take them to Luke. I have never been upset with any quotes or pricing he has given me and in fact in some cases paid WAAAY less than quoted at other shops and in some instances less than his actual quote. Luke has always taken care of my vehicles and has an amazing level of customer service and personalbility that cant be beat. Every time I hear of someone having car issues I send them immediately to him, only to hear the most positive experiences from the people I recommend to him! I also very much enjoy the fact that he explains what is wrong, how he is going to fix it, and how to prevent the issue from arising in the future! Luke has worked on both of my vehicles. I brought him a car in June 2017 and told him no hurry.Its now Nov 2017 and I had to have it towed to another mechanic to have it worked on. The other mechanic completed the job within 48 hours. Very disappointed in Luke and his attitude since hes opened his new shop. I will never recommend him or use him again. Buyer beware!!!
