Derek and his team had the car in, accurately diagnosed, and out of the shop within 3 days.Passed emissions with flying colors after failing, Alliance was able to pinpoint my issue and fix it fast.Unsure how pricing compares, but would pay what I paid again given their results.

I ran over god knows what on my commute to Denver one day it was snowing and my car sounded awful after. I made an appointment on my day off and they said to just drop it off in the morning. They found out exactly what was wrong with it and sent me a text with a digital diagnostic!! Super cool, I felt like I actually knew something about cars when I read it. Their price was fair and they were done so so fast. And everyone I met was funny, kind, welcoming, and very friendly!! The best car shop I have been to yet!

Finding a reputable dealer that specializes in European imports is difficult. My sons Range Rover had some recent electrical issues which we were unable to resolve ourselves. Alliance was able to properly diagnose the problem and replace the minor part causing the problems. Recently his alternator went out, Auto Zone said it was functioning correctly so we towed it to Alliance. They were able to quickly tell him what was wrong. The labor was a little more then we wanted to spend for a part he could replace himself so we paid for the diagnoses. However, I should point out it was comparable if not less then what other shops would charge. They were not willing to let him make the repair on their property. I completely understand the potential for liability and respect their request. They towed the car back to our house for us (for free) and within an hour he was heading off with his friends to his senior trip. This is what service is about! They have earned my business for our other vehicles.

I really appreciate the hard work these guys are doing. I took my car to get shocks put in and they got me set up with a date to get it checked, found when I had time, we figured a price and got it done. I even asked for a diagnosis of the engine and they did it the same day while they where doing the shocks.

I have been having Alliance maintain my current vehicle for the past few years. I am not a very knowledgeable guy when it comes to car care. So it is nice to know that Joe is only going to tell you what your vehicle needs and not try to sell you anything. Aside from the honestly, the work they do is awesome and the customer service is fantastic. They will bend over backwards to make sure your experience with them is as convenient as possible.

This is the best auto shop Ive ever been to, and with a POS Subaru with more than 250K on it, Ive been to quite a few. These guys take great care of my car, and have even helped me undo what other not-very-good mechanics have done without breaking my bank account. Joe and his staff are exactly what you would hope to find in a shop. It starts with a very courteous greeting and welcome when you walk in, quick appointment set up, timely diagnosis, detailed quote and outstanding work. My 1979 Mercedes 450 SL had sat for years and needed major work. Joe did a very thorough exam of the car and spent all the time I needed on the phone explaining everything; including what to do first in case I did not want to spend the money on everything. Well, I spent the money and after a test drive with Joe I just drove it home. WOW. He and his team went above and beyond and despite needing a month to do all the work he charged me what the estimate was and only added a last minute nominally priced part I agreed it needed. Vehicle runs like a top and put a smile on my face. Alliance Auto will be my go-to from now on!

We had the best experience at Alliance Auto Care. After an emergency breakdown, we made it to Alliance where they fixed our vehicle and had us back on the road in under an hour. While the time required is relative to the problem with the vehicle, I can say that the owner Joe is extremely competent, skilled, and fair. I couldnt recommend this auto shop more.

I have a Land Rover Disco. I had a lot of issues when I first bought my truck. There are not a lot of mechanics that are willing to work on such a difficult truck. I took a chance by using Alliance Auto because I noticed Joe had Land Rovers in his parking lot. I started using Joes shop back in 2011. I had some major work done in 2012 that was worth 1,000 of dollars. We did have a couple drawbacks where I had to bring the truck back to work out some kinks, however Joe always took responsibility and never asked for more money. Sometimes my spark plugs weird out and to this day I can take my truck to Joe and he takes good care of me. When I compare Joes customer service to others I say he is great above the rest. I was on vacation and my diesel camper broke down on the interstate. Alliance started the engine repair within the hour on a Saturday and finished Monday. The local residents of Loveland are privileged to have an honest and prompt repair facility locally. The repair was spot on and I finished my vacation without further problems.

I have held off a few days from posting this review as I wanted to be sure my assumptions were correct. I have done business with Joe/ Alliance auto care three times to be exact. Service has been good just pricey ( $120 per hour for Labor).I recently dropped off my 2011 Mercedes this past Saturday (1/12/19) to have him diagnose a very faint whistle noise that I thought was coming from my transmission. Having had my transmission serviced by Alliance Auto care in May of 2018, I was worried that something was wrong with my transmission.Thankfully when I came to pick up my vehicle Joe explained that there were no issues with my transmission other than a very minor leak from the Electronic adapter plug that goes into my transmision. The whine was coming from a faulty bearing within the alternator. So Joe recommended that we replace the battery, the alternator, idle pulley, tensioner pulley. He stated to me that my battery died while they were looking at it and that the test he ran indicated that I have a bad battery and that the alternator was not charging my battery. He advised that we replace my Drive belt (serpentine belt) and all pulleys around it since it is in the area of the alternator. He also stated that my drive belt had some give and was not in the best shape....The laundry list of repairs totaled $2,085.62, and absolutely none of the repairs recommended were needed. My alternator was working and charging my battery just fine. Yes my alternator had the faint whine due to the bad bearing within the alternator pulley. But by no means did it HAVE to be replaced ASAP like I was told.I was also told that I had a bad battery & that my alternator was not properly charging my battery.I am not one to trust what people say without verifying myself and I am glad I did. I had my battery tested by a mechanic at Cos BMW here in loveland and was told/shown that my battery levels were testing good, and my alternator also was charging correctly. I decided that I wanted to get one more opinion on my battery and alternator to be 100% sure. So I went to Advanced auto and had them test my battery and alternator.The test that Advanced Auto & Cos BMW both showed that the battery I have in my vehicle is testing good and has plenty life left. The test also indicated that my alternator was charging my battery and running just as it should.Please check the photos below that show the test results for my battery and charging system indicating that everything was working fine....GET A SECOND OPINION ON ALL REPAIRS AND BE VERY WEARY.

After a year of running the tierods Joe replaced, my car is still running very well, better than it had been before. He gave me a great price on the service and was able to provide the services timely. Aside from the services, Joe did me right, it was the last visit I was able to make to my mother, who was fighting cancer, before she passed maybe a week after my visit and he was able to deliver my pregnant wife of 8 months and myself a reliable car for a winter trip to Montrose Co. in December. Much much gratitude to you for doing your best to accommodate my rather tight circumstances.

$218 for them to tell me I needed sway bar links and bushings on my control arm. did a oil change too. My mother told me to use him as hes worked on her car in the past. little did i know i was going to be robbed while on vacation. find somewere elce to go my mother is.

Top line service facility. Joe did right on a 2005 Accord: two motor mounts (proposed hose job from Honda on Havana in Denver was all motor mounts), found and fixed minor things which were annoying (but not requested by me), and now I am set for another 150K miles!! Trustworthy, no BS shop.

They were able to work me in before a last minute trip I had to take. Professional, courteous, reasonably priced.

Joe is fantastic - a great mechanic AND a kind, communicative human being. I have a 2008 Subaru Outback that Ive taken to Joe for all sorts of issues. He was able to solve a particulary tricky issue that even Subaru Loveland couldnt get right after multiple tries, and he has managed to catch a couple of other needs pre-emptively, with no pressure at all to get them fixed fast. At first, I went to Alliance because they offered a competitive price and a convenient location; I continue to take my car there because Joe cares and provides consistently excellent service.
