Theres a video up on YouTube of one of their workers literally running a person off the road with a vehicle in tow, and it was without question unreasonable and I have yet to see anything from the company explaining this behavior or even apologizing for it. If you look it up he had no remorse for his actions or even acknowledging that he did it, just kept looking forward and ignoring the man he could have killed driving like that.

I called got told that they would call me back in 2 minutes. Took them 15 minutes to call me back but they apologize so that was okay. Then told it would take an hour for them to come to me. Thats fine tows take a while.After an hour and a half I called them back and they told me they running an hour behind. Which is understandable it was raining.But I was next so yay.4 hours later they still havent came and they wont answer my phone calls.

Just saw a video of a driver from this company running a driver off the road and used no turn signal before merging as well while towing another vehicle. I hope that driver got fired or is not allowed to drive any of their vehicles if they are still working with them. People shouldn’t have to deal with such wreckless driving from a tow truck driver especially when they have another vehicle being towed in the process.

They never showed up and they were pushy about using their garage after I told them we just needed to go five miles down dixie. we ended up pushing the car across the street to smooth finish where they made space immediately because they saw we had a child and were from out of town.they were just all around nice professionals and Spanish speaking.

Just watched the dashcam video of a driver for this company blatantly running another driver off the road while towing a car. From the video, this appears intentional, and there was no acknowledgement from the Supreme Towing driver, despite attempts to get their attention. Im curious to see if this company cares enough about road safety to respond here and apologize for the incident

Terrible customer service, thy never answer the phone. You leave numerous messages and no one calls you back. Told me that thy close at one time, come to find out thy close sooner. Which makes you have to pay more fees because of storage!

After hitting a pothole on Dixie Hwy, I ruptured a tire. I pulled in to the Thortons and luckily Supremes tow truck was there filling up. I asked the driver about getting towed to Ken Towery in Shivley (the closest one). he very graciously and immediately loaded me up and took me there. I appreciate the great service. I live in Hodgenville and had no idea who to call, fate was with me that day. Thanks again.

Waited 2 hours for a no show. I called to ask where is your driver and he never gave me a answer. Busy chatting with other people at business I could not understand who he was talking to. I had to tell him twice where I was within 1 min. Its like he totally forgot who I was. Terrible

I had a very good experience with them. Their pricing was very fair and they were highly professional. They came recommended from a friend and I am glad that I called them.

Put in a call at 12. Was to be picked up by 2:10. After a few calls a hour pass time got a hold of someone to just make a response of they should be there. I will call you back. No call back so once again called and asked response was he will get there. Very unprofessional. I understand delays but communication is important in this field.

My name is Julia and my car would not start. I could not find anyone to help me with a jumpstart. I called Supreme Towing and they were to my car in 25 minutes! I was so happy they got to me quickly. The tow man was very nice. My car would not jump start so they towed it to a shop they have. I got my car fixed there and the tow was free! Thank you so much for everything! Wow! Is all i can say. I was stuck on the side of the highway with a flat tire when the driver stopped and offered to help me. He was so kind and I really appreciate everything, he could have kept going but stopped out of the kindness of his heart.

Horrible. I called them after they failed to tow my vehicle. The owner answered and assured me it was on its way. Never showed. I called back again and he didnt even answer. My vehicle had an orange tag placed on it but thankfully another tow company picked it up before the police did.
