I spent over 10 hours trying to coordinate a difficult removal from a parking garage. Dispatch kept sending equipment not designed for this removal. They finally contacted Louisville Roadside. I spoke to them and it was fully understood what needsd to be done. Showed up when they said and within 20 min had the vehicle out of the garage and on its way to the shop. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

They were quick and gave fair pricing. Had my vehicle towed to a repair shop and upon calling the repair shop the next morning, I found out the tow truck driver had forgotten to leave my keys in the drop box. May have been an honest mistake but that seems like a very simple task that they failed to do. Once I called the driver he realized he still had my keys and drove them to the repair shop. Overall a pretty smooth experience besides that small mistake.

I was in town briefly for school, and had a tire blow out after hitting a pothole. I called for help because of the heavy, fast traffic made the location unsafe to change the tire. The tow truck driver got lost, so the manager came out to change the tire, when it turned out that the spare was flat, he took it to a service station to inflate, as the pressure gauge at the service station was broken, but he filled it enough to get me off the interstate, and then helped for an hour while we sought out a place to finish inflating the tire. He was patient, but didnt try to gauge me on the price, despite the extra difficulties. These guys take care of their customers.
