Maria is amazing!!! I wanted an Indiana Jones Themed Wedding which is not an easy theme to bring to life. She nailed it!!!! Holy smokes she blew it out of the water. I have been lucky enough to have found Maria of Party Works since 2009-current. She designed and decorated my elaborate engagement party....then my wedding...and recently my daughters first birthday all in Louisville, KY. I live in California now and needed to be sure in my heart that I would be getting my dream wedding and that my daughters first birthday would be PERFECT in Louisville. Great place to find those hard to get party favors and gifts. Excellent place to stop for a while and relax and enjoy your day. Plenty of parking and lots of area. Very nice and clean area and surroundings. Employees are nice and friendly. Location is in Jeffersontown.

The pictures on the website were nice and I was excited to see if they could recreate this for me. Unfortunately, we never got that far because it took them so long to email me back, I went with someone else. From the first email to the last when I passed on their services was 2 weeks and we only exchanged 4 email... Promptness is so important, especially when the bride has other options. Luckily, my new event designer is there when I need her!

Maria was absolutely great to work with! I came into her store looking specifically for crystal candelabras. She did not have any available at the time, but after showing her Pinterest pictures of my vision she immediately got back to me with a few different options! She worked with my budget and we found the perfect crystal candelabras that I could not find anywhere else in Louisville. They were absolutely beautiful and everything I had envisioned for the venue at The Olmsted. They also offered delivery and pick-up which was a huge relief! Would highly recommend working with Maria and will use her again!
