I loved this store since I was 5. However, covid has made them very sparse in goods offered. They also put stuff not at all related to costumes, like chips and pool rafts. I still love the store and look forward to their Halloween selection. But do not buy their makeup, buy it at walmart. It is cheaper and has a better selection there.

I decided to do a curb side pick up order for some Minnie Mouse themed birthday party supplies for my niece’s second birthday and placed the order online. I chose this location since I would be picking up her cake about 10 minutes away. I got confirmation my order was ready by 1pm and made the drive from Fort Knox to Louisville to get the cake and party supplies. I get to the party city and park in the curbside parking spot and follow the instructions in the text I receive. Nothing for 10 minutes. I decide to call the number on the sign of the parking lot and the person who answered immediately put me on hold. Five minutes later and I’m still on hold so I am a bit frustrated at this point. I walk in thinking the store was busy which is why no one has brought out the order and Timmy surprise it’s practically empty with one employee at the register helping a customer and the other just standing around. I wait to go up to the register and explain to the employee I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes for a curb side order. He starts to explain their phones have been acting up. I then told him I called and was put on hold and had been waiting for 5 minutes. He said after 5 minutes the line goes somewhere else. I think my time isn’t valued and the items I received were damaged. I got a Minnie piñata that had a broken ear and the nose was also broken. They said it came like that. I will never go back to this location.

Great party store !! But they have less merchandise since they remodeled . Better selection before the remodeling.

Cashier was having issues and asked manager for help, manager said hold on still waiting after 7 minutes while the manager is helping blow balloons then said oh I forgot as the the line is backing up. Manager just acts oh no big deal to the customers in line waiting to be cashed out.

Latavia is the rudest employee of the store she thinks that custumers are asking her for her personal stuff. She makes no eye contact and is just rude period. Does not help or assist with questions I had i waited on line just to ask her about a ball on and she did nod acknowledge me at all. She does not need to be at a party store she is a grinch.

Has cool stuff, lots of color themed items and costumes as well as specific themed birthday ideas like pokemon and fortnite. I was excited to buy a pokeball and hello kitty baloon but I was told they were out of both so that was pretty disappointing, but I plan to come back when I need to set up a birthday.

It was super for supplies.....love the store and reasonably priced...... customer service was nice and checking out while getting balloons was great 👍.

Abby assisted us and checked us out, was incredibly friendly and helpful and answered questions about specific products. The customer service alone is enough reason to return, but the layout and cleanliness of the store, and sanitizing stations will ensure a return visit!

They have party stuff so surprising.

Went in to check out Halloween costumes for my children, they have a large selection to chose from. I like that the costumes are not out in the store on a rack. The costumes are a picture on the wall, you chose what you like they get it from the back and there are fitting rooms available. The pricing is average, just about the same as other Halloween stores. The store was very clean and put together.

Party City has a wide variety of party supplies, with prices comparable to the large discount stores. Employees are friendly and courteous. Also, during this time of Covid, they are offering curbside pickup for online orders.

One of the females by the registers, black girl probably 19-21 years old, she was blowing up ballons made a comment about my sons hair that made me uncomfortable. Other than that a lot of things that said it was online at that location wasnt actually at the location. So that was kinda disappointing

Everything you need for party decor. Yes, some stores offer similar items at lower prices. However, no one will ever match Party Citys ample selection. Even got some Halloween masks for under $5. The indoor lighting is a bit too bright, though. Bring sunglasses for a better shopping experience.

Party City is a very nice store. Its really clean, and well stocked. They have all you could ever want or need for a party of any size. Warning: They are a little pricy. You will spend more. But, they are worth it. Save yourself time. Buy at Party City.

Not the place for a bargain on cards anymore. Paid $5 for a simple cardboard birthday card with 1 page for my Nephew. Only had 3 choices...a potty joke, a card that said Cordially Yours, and one that said With Love.I miss the large card selection and reasonable prices when it was Factory Card Outlet. Will go to Dollar Tree for all my future needs.

Pretty good selection. Its not cheap for what it is. Store is pretty well organized, stocked, and cleaned. Have no idea why after checking out it takes 20 minutes to full up one balloon? They also always seem to have pretty long lines at checkout. I do normally go on weekends though to be fair.

Not a fan. Went in to look for wedding supplies. Saw they had reduced mardi grass 50%. 5 pkgs. of cups sitting on shelf with 4.99 sticker. I took 3. Priced napkins and disposable wine glasses. Went to check out. 2 employees doing a balloon arrangement. I had to wait a while until one decided to check me out. Glasses rang up 7.86. I told the girl where they were and they were reduced. She said no we would never sell them for that. I told her there were more on shelf. She would not check just said no. I left. Every time I am stupid enough to go in, I leave mad at myself for being so stupid.

We went to party city to buy small birthday party items, there was a sign stating buy 5 for $1. when i got to the cashier the total was $3.26 and when i asked the manager (Kaitlin) about it, she quickly went to look and changed the sign and made it a different Amount without explaining that there had been a mistake in the price or anything. we just returned our stuff. we are never coming back again we will go to party paradise instead.

Ordered balloons to pick up in store. Paid more than would have liked for 15 balloons, but they were for our childs 1st birthday party so I bought them. They were ready when i picked them up, however, they were on the floor the next morning (day of the party). Was not willing to go back and but more, so we just tied them real tight to attempt to get them to stay somewhat up. Will definitely go somewhere else for balloons in the future!

Party City is chock full of celebration items for every occasion. Graduation and Over - the - Hill birthday parties, birthday themes of the latest pop culture. Seasonal items like Halloween costumes and accessories, color themes with accessories, some first name items like keychains, too.One corridor is strictly for all manner of candy and party favors. In every themed section there were similar favors with the individual themes on them. There is A Rubiks Cube of every theme there! And a fun variety of other toys and candies.I found my best fidget spinner, there, a metal version with an excellent center post with smooth ball bearings. It was the last one and the cashier took off 50% of the price.And of course wedding trimmings, favors, glasses, napkins, plates, table favors including bubble-blowing stuff and more.The sheer enormity of stock is worth seeing there!

I came in at 8:45 on Thursday night 5/24 to get a small order of balloons. Caroline helped me. She was friendly and provided fast, efficient service. She even answered other customers questions while working on my order. She deserves a raise!! There was another employee there, possibly a store manager who seemed to be upset over having to deal with customers. She is a shorter lady with short blonde hair. She was very loudly barking orders at Caroline as she was dealing with an unhappy telephone customer about a cancelled balloon purchase. She then continued this harsh tone as she rang out customers and announced on the PA that the store would be closing soon. I suggest you coach this manager on how to provide excellent customer service. Throughout it all, Caroline handled it with ease and patience. Way to go Caroline!! Ordered item on line stated 14 were at the store got to the store and they were out of them. I guess the website needs to be updated so it is accurate. The manager was nice and explained it. But it was very inconvenient and I had no time to go anywhere else.

Honestly no downsides to shopping here. My sister was having her 8th birthday and wanted a mermaid themed party, they had everything we wanted, tons of candy/bubbles/slime for party favors and nice staff. The checkout clerk even counted out 96 pieces of candy for the party favors. Whenever we have trouble finding something people are quick to help and although some costumes may be a little overpriced, you can get great deals on many other products. They have everything you need for Halloween, birthday parties, weddings, and every other party-like event! I will definitely come back and get stuff for my Sweet 16!

New costumes were missing items or partially destroyed. The staff wasnt much help at all acting as if theyd rather be getting a root canal. My first time here and definitely my last. Theres always wal mart. Not to mention their prices were high for the quality of their merchandise.

Nice selection. Messy store. No customer service level. Every time I have asked for help finding an item (4-5 visits) I am told they dont carry it, but end up finding it myself. Mistake or bad training or laziness? Not sure but it surely isnt good customer service.

Pretty much anything you can imagine for parties. Balloons, gift bags, candy, place settings Halloween costumes, etc

Service is terrible every time we visit. And youd think that a place that sells 100+ different types and styles of balloons would be pretty quick at blowing up 10 of them. Waited, after purchasing a pack of balloons, 15 minutes for them to blow them up. They werent blowing up other balloons; it literally took 1 person from start to finish, 15 minutes while being distracted with other stuff, instead of just blowing up the balloons for someone waiting. Its not like someone else was in front of us. Hate this place.Follow up: 2 of the 10 balloons were no longer buoyant less than 8 hours later.

This Party City charges more than Outerloop or Westport one. Bought hats from Outerloop one and they did have enough so I went to Hikes Point...50 cents more per item and they refused to match the online price or other stores prices. Manager was not polite about it either. Such a shame. Called Westport one...same price as online & Outerloop. If you like saving your money, go to Outerloop or Westport not here!

I can usually find what I need. Sometimes the vast selection is a bit overwhelming. I must say the checkout lane is always too long, ha!!
