Great place for a relaxing pedicure. The staff is nice and professional. They are masked and taking safety protocol seriously. My deluxe pedicure was great. I will definitely be back.

I paid 97$ for this and this is a gel and it peeled just 2hrs active left plus I believe I was over charged but I paid and left gel tips and polish toes

This Nail Shop Could Be Alot More Cleaner & Sanitized. None of the Techs Wore Masks and, All The Techs Were Not That Friendly. My Service on My Nails & Toes Were Great Tho! and, My Nails/Toes Last a Really Long Time!

Visited QT’s on Saturday 6/5/21 and the young lady that sat in chair 5 did not do a good job at all on my nails, I had not visited their shop for a few months but decided to go because I didn’t want to drive to JTown were the service is good

Went and got a fill in and polish change on my toes. In less than 72hrs gel polish started chipping. Went back woman at table 5 (who initially done them) repolished my nail I left. Went home washed dishes boom nail polish came off again and on another nail as well. Went over there and the lady tried to tell me I didnt wash dishes and I done something else. They rude and service is awful. They need to be shut down.

Got a full set and 8 fell off the next day. When I went back to get them fixed they refused to do it unless I paid AGAIN. DO NOT waste your money here.

I’mNew in the area. Service done by Cindy. She was rushed me ! When you walk in the salon Need to pick color. She put me in the chair. I was ask her to show me more color to choose. She give me some . With out show me all what I want. Then she start to talk to her colleges and smile on my face I don’t like it! That no professional service. I told she put to much color and never gonna dry. Plus I give her tips I should ! She ask me on the front to pay lol ! I’m going to salon all most 20 years! Bad experience I ever have here! Terrible service. I paid $55 for my nails to have to file the ridges out and it not to look even remotely close to the photo I provided. I asked for ballerina shaped and they are all different shapes and uneven!!!! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!

Got my nails done Friday. They was off my Monday. I see sat at table 5 also the lady rushed my pedicure. Didnt even enjoy it. I had to go get services all over again Monday some where else. Make them care about your money and time.

Very friendly and fast but safe service

The owners wife is very rude and unprofessional. She attempted to pull my teen daughters acrylic nail off instead of soaking. I asked her not to pull it off and she ignored me so I walked over to her station and asked her again and she became upset and threw her tools down. I then told my daughters let’s go. She had the nerve to stand and yell don’t talk to me that way. I then told her no one was being rude to you I’m leaving anyway. I’m upset and truly disappointed. I’ve been going here for years but never again they have changed for the worst. After I left went down the street to Louisville nails and spa and was treated polite and with respect.

Overall good experience. The lady that did my daughters nails rushed through. Her nails literally fell of over the course if two days. But I think she was new. Usually though, they are the best!

The pedicure was not anything to special the manicure was ok. The irritating thing is they tried to charge $5 more per item than the posted price. My fill in lasted all of 3 days before paint chipped. Theyre using cheaper polish and then charging $3 per nail to repair the gel. I havent had a paint issue with the other salon I used Ill not be back

QT.Nails use to be really good. The service is rushed and they charge for every single service. They charge to cut down, $5 for one design, $15 for cat eye polish. I understand charging for certain things but for different gel polish is ridiculous since they only have a few colors to choose from and charge extra for the other colors. The lady I went to today told me $25 for fill in with gel polish. I asked for two colors witch isn’t hard to do and my total came up to $38 I paid of course with no hassle. I’ve been coming to then since I was in high school and after today I will never return again!!!!

I have been going here for years ! However, since COVID I think they took a financial lost that now when they do your nails they don’t use the same techniques/ products that keep your nails for longer than a week and a 1/2 . Literally my toe nail polish started chipping within the second week . THATS NEVER HAPPENED before THEN my full set of nails started coming off !!! I thought it was just me BUT I’m now hearing others have complained about the service . This is just a scheme to get ppl back in the salon before the two week period suggested . I won’t be back !

Probably the worst set of nails I’ve received. The employee was really nice I’m not going to bash him, but his work is another story. First off, two of my family members and I went in on Saturday at about 11-11:30 am all for full sets. All of us aren’t happy with our sets. One of my cousins didn’t get the correct paint job, and the others set is simply messy, and uneven and spotty. Mine, was definitely the worst. I asked for a coffin shape and got tiny pointy nails that are uneven and don’t fit me at all. They look horrible and I know he saw it too. I got gel polish and the color I picked they didn’t have and he insisted I said a different color, so I completely pick another color and it didn’t even look like the sample, it was a red sparkle and it looked like brown with red sparkles now, maybe it was old. I get gel polish so it lasts long and on one nail half of the gel peeled off and on another nail, it’s already chipping, only 3 days later. He also went super fast and didn’t even take his time. He did me and one of my cousins full sets in the time my other cousin hadn’t even gotten any polish on with the other lady. I’m not happy with my set and I can’t tell this place only favors their regulars. Won’t be back.

Fantastic! I had a few extra minutes and this place was close to where I happened to be, so I stopped in. He saw me right away and suggested something I hadnt tried before and I loved it! He (Kevin, I believe) was efficient and did a great job. He was also very personable! He also had been doing another customers nails, who came in while I was there, for 18 years, which I felt was impressive. It showed experience and that his clients love him. He also listened to what I wanted, did exactly what I wanted, and didnt give me a hard time, or argue with me about.it. Ive had that problem in the past. If Im ever back in Louisville, Ill be sure to come back here!

I guess you cant give constructive criticism at this place. I told a lady she was being rough and she was offended. Today is my last time going there. They usually ask for payment after your shellac is done and this time the older gentlemen threw me for a loop because I washed my hands then sat down and he said, I need to take $24 from you. Excuse me? I gave him $5 cash for tip and didnt get a Thank you. When he completely finished I said Thanks and he didnt say Your welcome. If I cant tell you to handle my skin with care then I dont need to spend my hard earned money there!!! The treatment will only get worse.

Horrible!! The only guy that works there did a horrible paint job and when I go back to try to get them to repaint, they refuse and tell me I need to pay them. They then tell me I need to come back when the guy who did them is here. They flat out refused to repaint my nails then called the police on me. I did not raise my voice or curse at them one time. I’ve never ever had an experience like this!!

Ive been coming here for about 8-10 yrs an this has always been my backup nail salon. I say backup because like any business ppl come an ppl go. They are very nice, polite an respectful to me. The young lady that does my nails sits next to the fish tank...she sleigh my nails every time....this young chick is the best one in there an due to that this is now my 1st choice an Hollywood in Jeff mall now is my 2nd choice spot....so when you go in request the young lady sitting right next to the fish tank...I promise she wont disappoint you...she takes her time an doesnt rush an it shows in her work too...

Everytime I come here, I cannot get the person I want. It doesnt matter if there are 10 people getting serviced or 1. The owners always push me off to an inexperienced person. I am still recovering from INFECTED CUTICLES because the person who has been doing nails for 30 years cut them completely off and had me bleeding. I had already stopped coming here, but since I was in the area, I tried again. BAD IDEA.

HORRIBLE, the nail tech got mad i wanted my length changed and charged us extra charges that dont even add up. I feel like she tipped herself then she rushed my nails. I will only go to highland nails for now on because this is ridiculous.
