I love my toes and nails they did there thing love it I be back next week

I came in the salon it was 2 people waiting and kL the chairs where filled I discussed with my partner about goin somewhere else and the lady at the reception desk told me 5 min wait for the both of us to get pedicures 45 min later they finally start hers and I am still waiting so I choose to not get a pedicure and just get polish instead 1hr and 30 min later I finally get in a seat to be sat in another chair to be told to wait and still not get serviced 2 hrs into my wait I am finally serviced a little while later another lady that has Ben waiting longer than I have gets serviced the receptionist decides to say sorry for the 2 hr wait but now your finally in a chair SHE KNEW HOW LONG THE WAIT WAS AND DECIDED TO NOT INFORM ME WHICH WAS A WAIST OF MY TIME I still sat and waited and the service was great but the communication time schedule and professionalism is not

Owner was unprofessional and doesn’t really care for the customers. She’s loud and rude. Workers were late to work. Then one of the workers had to leave as soon as she came in the door. She doesn’t have enough employees. People have to wait hours just to be seen. She got mad because I wanted my water for the pedicure to be hotter. Never going back again.

We called to see if they were taking walk ins. Shes told us absolutely. We get here not even 5 minutes later and they locked the doors on us. Very unprofessional.

My sister and I have rocked with Sam since day oneShe even casually mentioned him and his famous ribs in one of her books. Meatloaf, yams and greens were all on point. Would have given 5 stars but i had to eat it with a SPORK...BUMMER

They were packed! But I was still seen quickly. My nail artist was a man. (He did introduce himself, cant remember his name. Sorry.) We had a pleasant conversation and he did awesome on my nail. Exactly what I wanted! Everyone there was very nice and its a great atmosphere. I got a full set with designs, and it only cost $44. This picture is four days old, and they still look great.

I went here on Mother’s Day weekend for a fill in and pedi and because I got a pedi other customers was put in front of me I went today and was waiting for a hour and half and a lady that walked in way after me was seen before I was and plus Cindy said to a customer if you can’t wait then don’t come very rude that’s not customer service at all never going back ever

Rush jods in was kind of rude the manager was. But its a 1st in last for everything

Went here twice to get my eyebrows done and honestly all they did was hurting my face.. They barely got any hair off and the arch was HORRIBLE!!! I asked the lady why she didnt arched it she was like I dont know how to do it.. Seriously??? Never again!

First time I came the guy was awesome and did a great job but today I came with my sister and they were rushing us and tell me what they wanted to do with my nails, well I thought it was supposed to be how I wanted them I asked for French mani and pedi with glitter and they painted a glitter line and I said no I want the whole nail sparkly and got mad and said no then asked me to pay for it, I paid and began to tell em to put glitter coat over each nail and she finally did with an attitude and I think it’s safe to say i will not be spending my money in there again they changed me 97$ for French pani pedi and lashes said I got a design, well where tf is my design then its color and glitter didn’t realize the color of the paint counted as a design lol but at least I got pretty nails but could have went without the attitude

My experience here has been absolutely wonderful! Nina took care of my pedicure and I couldn’t be more pleased! I’m getting a fill-in now and they are doing a wonderful job. Great place to come!

I got there at 6 waited til almost 7 to be put in a chair. Get into my chair, the women just put tips on my nails because she didn’t do full sets... I waited 30 minutes and nobody came to finish my nails, so I left ... VERY bad service 😑 while waiting the lady, owner I’m guessing was rude to people ! Never going back, DO NOT recommend

Their customer service is horrible. I will never go back my nails turned out horrible. my nails were $30 and I didn’t get no color or shape they charge me extra for the length and I have crooked nails they didn’t give me no cuticle oil and my nails are very uneven. I will never go back and I do not recommend this for nobody.

Very nice people and do good nails and love their pedicures BUT they have been cheating me on the gel polish for months now, i found out when i had to go to a different salon and they took the polish on my toes off and said it wasn’t gel. i was very upset and i won’t be going back!

I love getting my nails done here. They’re very precise and attentive and don’t charge extra for hidden fees like others I’ve been to. My mainicure truly was only 20$ and not like 35 after many other salons charge for shape size etc.

I have been going to Perfect Nails now for 5 years. I get my nails and toes polished and I also get my lashes done. My daughter had my nails done at another establishment a year ago for my birthday, needless to say, I appreciate the free service, but I will NEVER go anywhere else other than Perfect Nails. They take their time and at the end of my service, I am ALWAYS satisfied.

They have horrible service and did not paint my nails right. They are crooked and the polish is uneven. I had Nina do my nails and she tried to polish my nails after she massaged someone else’s feet and she didn’t try to wash her hands. Overall horrible experience.

I went in for a repair. Told them as soon as I walked in I Asked if they could repair they told me yes and asked me to take a seat. I waited 20 minutes for them to do this period the lady told me after soaking off my nail that she couldnt get it exact I asked her why she didnt tell me that when I asked if she could repair and she just kept repeating yourself. I finally agreed just to get the repair done something alike would be better until I can get to where I originally got them done. The lady that was doing my nails sat and laughed and talked about me as ever you one of the other workers looked and laughed. Several times I had to advise her to stop filing and this was the results. I went back in to advise the manager and she told me this is what coffin nails should look like. Pictured posted. They filed the full side of both sides of my nail off to match the coffin shape..MY NAIL BED IS RED AND RAW. IT WILL TAKE A WHILE B4 MY NAIL WILL GROW BACK. I ADVISEDTHE LADY SEVERAL TIMES AND WENT BACK AND CINDY SAID THATS HHOW COFFIN NAILS ARE SUPPOSE TO BE!!

I’ve waited over an hour to get lashes done this is the second time this happened even tho I’ve called ahead of time

Let me just start by saying this was the first place I ever got my nails done at the age of 16. I used to love this place Cindy is amazing but lately they have gone way down hill. The past two times Ive gone it was only a convenience thing because I work near. This most recent time I needed a fill in and also a few replaced because they were loose and also shellac polish. I ask how much it will be for everything she wouldnt tell me. She just kept avoiding my question, then she made my cuticles bleed because she kept pushing them back. And when she buffed then I guess the buffer had a hole because my finger kept getting caught which was pretty painful and she jerked on my hands ugh just horrible I will not be back. By the time all of that was finished I wasnt in the mood to do polish. Of course she got upset. I will be going to my usual place tonight to have my nails and toes painted.

Ive been going here for years. I get my nails and pedicure every 2-3weeks. Its a wonderful place. I never go anywhere else

Went for a wax and nails painted. They waxed my eyebrows first and I had to ask them to redo them 2 more times because they werent getting the hair out. Finally the lady said she was done and wouldnt do it again. I left with my eyebrows half done and wax all over my face. Cost me $15 and I didnt stay to get my nails painted. The place was disgusting and the building is falling apart. Dont waste your money like me.

I’ve only ever had a bad experience here, haven’t been here in over a year, come in today because my nail salon I usually go to was full, I waited for 20 minutes to be sat in a chair, waited for another 30 just to get moved again, lady put on 3 acrylics & now she’s moved to a different customer, these lady’s don’t know anything about time management or customer service, I’m getting these nails removed and leaving and I’m not coming back!! I tried to give them another chance and was disappointed AGAIN. Lesson learned, stick to what u know!

As usual they smashed my eyebrows..luv luv love them! I didnt have time for my usual pedicure but they do good on those as well.

Where do I begin. While I got seated right away, the environment was very hectic and confusing. I had to tell them 3 or 4 times I wanted a gel manicure. My nail tech rushed through the entire service. I dont think she knew what she was doing, as I had to ask her to trim/file my nails several times, and they are still diff lengths and shapes. My gel polish is very messy and all around my cuticles. And I still had to pay $30 for the service. Never again. Not to mention I couldnt understand a word my nail tech said at all. She was mumbling the whole time. Very disappointed.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to and I would give 0 stars if I could. They messed up my nails, which I had a picture of the nails I specifically wanted. Also, even though I did not want color on my toes, I was pressured into it. I had arrived with two friends who both felt as if the customer service was horrendous. My senior prom is tomorrow and I have to wake up early to have my nails fixed by another salon. Not worth the money or time.

I used to go here and I changed to Avalon nails and spa, and it was for the better!! I went here because Avalon was too busy so I had to come here, they made my nails too short, they cut my skin TWICE she acted like she didn’t see it, she made a design that I didn’t want and charged me for it. 50$ for what??? I can get the nails thay I got for 30 at Avalon. My advice if you are checking the reviews Is DONT GO HERE AVALON IS BETTER!!!

I have a different one is that Sandy and her salon is number one she does excellent work on eyelashes make it look natural wonderful on nails and the pedicure is awesome come check them out not a long wait

My shellac manicure started chipping off in less than a week. I really liked the woman who did it, so I was definitely going to come back.

I personaly like perfect nails alot its a nice place I JUST CANT STAND THE SMELL but theres no way to fix that but besides that overall its actually a really nice place I would have gave it five stars but the smell

A year ago I gave this place a 4 star rating and a nice review, but honestly the place has gone downhill since then. The last time I was here was about 2 weeks ago on a Wednesday night; I walked in around 6:30pm and the shop didnt close til 8pm. That was plenty of time to do my pedicure, shellac nails and eyebrows, especially since it was only me and one other girl in the entire shop getting serviced. My pedicure and shellac nails were messy and you could tell that they had been rushed. Not only that, Cindy was in such a rush to leave the shop that she forgot I had requested for my eyebrows to be done, even after I paid for everything else. I didnt even have a chance to let me my feet and hands dry after they were done; As soon as she was finished with the shellac around 7:45pm, she was already cutting off the lights in the shop and locking the door. Very poor service and I dont know if Ill ever be back after being treated like that, especially after being a customer for 6+ years.

I have been a client here for years and I love the service. PLEASE SEE MS.CINDY, SHE LAYS MY EYELASHES AND NAILs, my nailes never break when she does them and I constantly get compliments on my individual eyelashes.

The first time I came, it was with amazing. I paid for a pedi and I fell in love. I think Kim was her name. Recently, I went back and, ugh, no. My husband was with me and I wanted a full set and pedi, while he recieved a pedi. The lady who did my nails did a HALF behind job because she was in such a rush to get the next person in that she was going full blast with the drill thingy and cut me. Mind you, no one was waiting when we arrived. The pedi was equally as horrible especially with polishing. I dont know either one of their names and I dnt care seeing how I will NEVER go back.Going to try perferred nails. Hopefully, they have better customer service and dont try to rip off my fingers! 😧
