They are all so friendly and sweet. My first time there I felt so welcomed. The owner works hard and loves what she does. Best experience I’ve ever had. I recommend 10/10. ❤️

The nails I asked for vs. the nails I got. Its pretty self explanatory. I’m even embarrassed to tell you guys how much I agreed to pay on these nails, I’ll never go back nor would I ever recommend this shop to anyone. I was extremely disappointed with them when I saw the finished product.

I went here in got my feet done in I needed them redone two days later

I called ahead for a full set . She told me it was ok to come at 6:15 . I get there she told me ten minutes . She took the lady after me . Then waited and stated could I just come back another day. They do not close until 8pm .. no one was in there but me and the lady . She turned me away I believe because I’m African American. The other lady was Caucasian. I would never recommend this nail place to anyone . This makes no sense my money is just as good ! I would give no stars but I had to give one to even submit.

I love Whitney. Even though Hanna is my nail technician. I feel like home when I’m in there. Always great conversation. We have fun never feel uncomfortable. We always come in big groups and always get in, in a reasonable time. I’ve never had any issues in here. I love this place and the workers. We just went in the other day group of seven and we all had so much fun and came out looking brand new. Thank you so much Whitney, Hanna and all the staff at Bella nails. We love y’all

Love this nail shop I drive 30 minutes to get to it because there is no other like it. Staff make you feel like family always know what you want with out asking. Never have to wait. Best job in the city. Beautiful set up. Clean place. Staff wear friendly smiles. Just love them. I won’t got know where else.

Lady did not paint the sides of my toes or fingers. Had to go back and ask for proper service. Ive never know basic to not include a basic scrub. They lost me as a customer.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Its the nail salon we women dream of. First of all, the atmosphere is beautiful and very, very clean. I also always love chatting and visiting with Winnie and Hannah. Finally, they do the best nails in town. Not only have I had manicures that have lasted three weeks, but they also do french tips perfectly. Hannah and Winnie are amazing, and they have a very talented crew there. I live in the Fern Creek area, and although I am surrounded by many nail salons, I always make the drive out to Bella. Oh, and it is very reasonably priced.

My mom and stopped in to get a pedicure and Im so glad we chose Bella. They did a great job and I was really pleased with the customer service and price. I would recommend getting an appointment because as a walk in we waited about 20 minutes to be seen. I would also highly recommend Dianna, she was very gentle with my cuticles and did a great polish job! Overall they did a awesome job and I will defiantly return!

I have been going here for a few months now trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I wouldnt bother at all with making an appointment, as I had called to set one up for a specific nail tech, and upon arriving I was just seated with the first available(which was past my appointment time). After that I continued as a walk in and somehow managed to get the same eldest lady EVERY time. The first two experiences were okay, after that however it went downhill. The older(oldest?) lady working there has done the last few fill ins for me, and this is when I decided I needed to go elsewhere. I like to get an almond shape nail, and on the shorter side so they arent daggers when they grow out. I think there has only been one time Ive gotten the length that I wanted, even after reiterating shorter please. The eldest woman told me at one point that she couldnt get them shorter and still keep the almond shape...I didnt argue with her but one of the girls there did indeed get them short with no problem. So I end up with nails too long, and this time VERY sharp(You want pointy nail? I give you pointy nail) with the nails on my left hand being longer than the ones on the right. I dont want to be mean but I believe there may be an eyesight issue there, given that she also seems to miss the edges of my nails with the gel polish(which they also dont seem to have a large selection of), and sometimes doesnt cover the entire nail with topcoat(leaving gaps). This last time she did not apply a base coat before the gel, which she had done every time before, as well as getting a load of gel polish in my cuticle and practically digging a hole in my skin to try and get it all off(OUCH). All of this on top of a $56 price, (Usually $46 and i leave a $10 tip every time up to this last visit) has lead me to search elsewhere, yet again.

I had been going to the same nail artist for about a year and she moved away then to a new nail artist and she was always running 45- hour behind which didnt work for my schedule since I was getting my nails done every 2 weeks and I started my search once again! I found Ally after going to 2 other nail techs at Bella and Im so happy! She is easy to talk to, is particular when doing my nails and they always look great! She gets me out in a timely manner but doesnt rush at the same time. The salon is beautiful and clean (as can be, obviously nails are being done so there is going to be some nail dust and some polish here and there) theyve been talking about some updates which would only make it better! Everyone is friendly and nice and they have reasonable hours. I love that I can come later in the day. Oh btw I get dip and they have many colors to choose from and actually know what they are doing. I know dip seems like it cant be messed up but before finding Bella Nails I had gone in to some random nail shops and my dip started cracking with in a couple of days. So, there is a difference either in the product or the way its applied. Highly recommended Bella and especially Ally!

This place is bright and clean, and definitely my new go-to place to get my nails done. Everyone was very friendly. My last manicure experience at a different salon was horrible, so I was a little nervous, but they did an amazing job and got the exact nail shape I wanted. Tons and tons of colors to chose from!! Would highly recommend!

Fabulous fill-ins! Great atmosphere! Very clean. By far the best salon I have ever patronized. Linda and Winnie are both welcoming, gracious and always smiling. This is the perfect place for pampering!

Visited Bella Nails & Spa today and again had a wonderful experience, clean atmosphere and great conversation! The owner was accepting walk-ins after closing time!!! Phenomenal customer service! Will definitely return again and again!

The woman who did my nails did not clean off my nails very well before applying my gel. Now there’s a hair trapped in the polish until I go get it removed. I also had to go home and file my nails myself because of the jagged sharp edges. Some of the gel looks freshly done, while on other fingers it looks like I’m already ready for a fill in. PLUS I told them 4-5 times my nails were not acrylic, yet they ignored me when I told them this and continued to speak to each other. Then repeatedly asked if my nails were fake. I also told the woman at least 3 times I did not want the gel color I had anymore, yet she spent time trying to match a polish color not done by them even while I said “I do not want these colors anymore.” Finally, I guess she got tired of me speaking and brought me the nail color basket. None of my nails are the same shape. I am honestly embarrassed by what my nails look like right now and wish I could get my money back from them.Plus, they were very rude and the woman rushed my set to get to another client. How do I know? The sides of my nails aren’t painted and I had to listen to her say “I’m almost finished here hold on” to the other customer.I would never come back to this place ever again.

First visit to Bella Nails today June 14, 2018. Wanted to try a new nail salon and was very pleased with the service Vicki performed for me today. Literally the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. My manicure took less then 10 mins, the woman rushed since there was a group of customers waiting which I understand BUT at least put some effort. She Removed almost ZERO cuticles and left all my corners unpainted. I had to tell her to paint the FULL nail (which she still didn’t do), she also didn’t clean my hands which had a bit of red nail polish. I really wish I would have asked for someone else to repaint my nails, a complete waste of $$$!

I need to get back to this place!!! They initially did my nails a few months ago and I havent been able to get back to them and my nails have not looked as good as they did then! I have not been as happy. So from here Im out I will be making the trip to Bella. Their prices are reasonable, they do exactly what you want, and they are so friendly. I have not found a salon yet that compares! So my next fill in I will be back.

It took me four years to find a place where I loved my nails after moving to Louisville. To make it even better the people there are great! The prices are very reasonable and they really spend time on your pedicures!!!

Best Nail Tech

I was nearby and asked about this place, so I went in and interviewed the staff. They have a variety of services including spa treatments, AND men also come here. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are best for getting in when you want/can.

Can get you in and out quickly. Have many options for nail colors to choose from. Offer you wine. A little pricier then the Asian nail salons but the location is in the heart of the Highlands. Beautiful clean enterior. Nails look professional and last for weeks.

Love my experience went a few times summer 2017 Hanna was great! just went March service sucked for 103 full set & pedi! & lets say felt as money wasted as my nails was rushed done quickly hope I dont have another mold issue as there space in between real nail & acrylics where water moisture can stay😕

Im from Virginia and was up here with my husband for work and needed my nails done bad. I picked here because of the great reviews, I am so glad I did! They did a wonderful job on my nails and my granddaughter got a pedicure. Qqqqq

The tech put thinner in the nail polish while polishing my nails. No surprise when they chipped later the same day. The tech was very nice, but the manicure didnt last the day. Disappointed.

I was attending a conference in town and had some free time to get a pedicure. The service was fantastic! The salon was very nice and clean! Highly recommend!

I am giving one star for the attempt of the nail tech who adamantly failed at executing a quality powder dip service. The longer I was there I did definitely experience why this shop had little clientele. The receptionist was busy having a service done herself and having fooo and was extremely negligent in her duties. Never returning!!!!

Asked for a French pedicure. My feet werent soaked in spa chairs or anything. I was given a rush job of just polish on my toes with the pedicurist constantly glancing up at the other customers who walked in after me. They were given full pedicures with foot spa. Maybe it was a lack of English understanding on their part but I get a pedicure for all the perks and experience, not the polish. First time coming here and last.

I really hate to review this place so poorly because the first time I went I had a great experience. The second time was another story. I asked for stiletto nails and received almost the opposite. The nails were much shorter than I asked for with points that were incredibly crooked. Not to mention it seemed like the nail tech wanted to go home more than she wanted to be helping me and rushed me through the whole experience. I went back the next day and they were willing to fix the problem and gave me more of what I asked for but the acrylic was painted on much thicker than requested and the shape was still off. Even so, Im not one to complain about such little issues when I only have to live with the nails for like 2 weeks. Its been about a month now and Im about done with the nails (Ive had 1 other fill in at another salon) and am removing them. As the acrylic is coming up though I am relizing I have SEVERAL breaks in my nails from when they had to redo my nails the first time and painfully ripped the acrylic off. I have never had my nails removed at a nail salon, Ive always done them myself. I assumed that most nail salons removed the nails a little more painfully than Im used to but I see now thats not the case. And I know that I did not rip my nails myself as it has never happened before. Four of my nails have serious breaks in them and almost all of them have some sort of damage. Its really disheartening to write such a poor review, but because of this experience I am strongly considering never getting acrylics ever again and thats something I dont want anyone else to experience. Im sad to say I will never be going back.

I am SO sad to report that this salon hired new employees. My most recent experience was on a Friday evening, I usually walk in without an appointment without a problem. A new technician greeted me and rushed me to her chair without giving me any time to choose a color. From there, my experience just got worse. I had a gel set that I was looking to fill in, and she starts filing down my nails so much that one of my nail beds started to bleed. I almost started crying in the middle of my appointment it hurt so bad! Needless to say, the appointment was disappointing, AND she charged me $15 more than I am usually charged. When I asked about this, she told me that they have raised their prices. Bella has just lost a long time customer.

The people are very courteous and personable. I strongly recommend the shellac, it lasts so long!!!

When I got there, there was no wait. An old demanded I get something to drink, then when getting my pediacure she started talking about my feet. Next putting the tips on, she had them flying everywhere on me, and the acrylic liquid she kept splashing on me while applying it on my nail. The prices are too high for that service!

Went here because they had later hours and my regular spot was closed. BIG MISTAKE. Not only did it cost $20 MORE than it would have at my place, but by the next day my nails already looked like I needed a fill in. In 2 days my expensive gel polish was chipping and what usually lasts me two weeks was completely a mess inside a week and in my trip the following weekend I had to go again to get them fixed and redone. Ugh. Just no.

Best mani pedi I have ever gotten. I came in an hour before close after a rough day and they treated me like a queen. Kind of pricy but definitely worth it.

After reading the reviews I was so disappointed in this place. Sad to report its probably one of the worst pedi/manis Ive ever gotten. My pedicure was painful. The nail tech would cut the sides of my nail then yank it out. She hardly pushed back my cuticles and used a skin buffer that was clearly not sanitized. I had a polish change on my nails (because I knew it would be a waste of money to have a full manicure or even gel polish as I originally intended) and I walked out with a polish job that looked like a child had done. NEVER going back.

Rude employees. Couldnt even give me what I asked for. You should see the shape of my nails each one is a different shape. I dont recommend them at all unless you liked to be talked bad about in another language. Little do they know I could pick up on half of wha they was saying.

Ive never experienced more pain while getting my nails done. I asked for a fill in but the technician completely ignored that and proceeded to tell me how horrible my normal nail place had did my nails. Next she ripped off my nails and 3 of my nail beds started to bleed and burn. The shape was terrible and it took over an hour when I told her I was in a rush. I will never go there again

Completely ridiculous! We got there at 2:45 for a 3:00 appointment for pedicures. We signed in, but we’re not greeted by anyone. Staff person after staff person passed with not even a “hi” or “how can we help you”. Finally left at 3:20 after still not even being acknowledged. Will not be back!!!!!
