Staff is friendly but I got my nails done and was left with a design I didn’t ask for (yes I ask them to wipe it off and even showed a reference photo of what I wanted) but insisted that I kept the color and just wait the two weeks and come back…I was also charged twice my nails were $43 meaning I got charged $86 for this… it’s lint AND lumps all in the polish. “L When you ask your mama to get your nails done and she says “we got nails at home” this what you get😂🙄

I had one bad experience, the main lady wouldnt help. But thank God shes not the only one there. I must say, this is the best place in the city of Louisville to get your nails done. And it shows, dont go late in the afternoon the first of the month. Its crazy busy. I love Jackson Nails

They do amazing nails here! Im coming back for sure. Julie is a perfectionist so she does a wonderful job. I got their glow in the dark nails and I love them! I dont trust anyone to do my eyebrows and I let Julie do them and I think I found my new eyebrow person!

I went here today for the first time to get my nails done. I had been with my niece previously, but did not get my nails done. I signed in at 10:20 and sat in Julie’s chair at 11:50. Long wait, but great service Julie was fast and her work is quality. The prices were very reasonable.

Black people, this is what we patronize in our communities - they take our hard earned money, are rude to us, and do absolutely inadequate jobs while overcharging us. Its time to start ESTABLISHING and supporting your black owned businesses to replace monstrosities like this! If I could write a review giving this trash salon a ZERO, I would! I had a poor experience with them a couple of years before and didnt return since then. Today, a few years later, I make a stop to get a pedi and an acrylic set, thinking that it could have possibly improved - NOPE! The negative experience from before was superseded by the atrocious job done today.I regret that I didnt take any photos before I had the idiot chick who sits in the front RESHAPE MY NAILS OVER! The paint was a lumpy, uneven, sloppy mess of a damn job, I went home and repainted the poorly done acrylic set and did a better paint job than she did. I figured after I paid her, she would still botch the paint job and I walked out. Im only pissed that I paid $22 for that mess!How dare you even have an attitude with me when I tell you that what you did and passed off as an acrylic set and nail paint was unacceptable, that crap was horrible! Jackson Nails on West Broadway, congratulations on sucking.

Julie and her husband are great,but the older guy is not that good.

I waited for 2 hours to get a full set and pedicure and my eyebrows done. I sat in pedicure chair with my feet soaked for 30 minutes. The water end up getting cold to the point where they had to refill it with hot water. The owner was available to do my nails and feet but stated that doing feet was not her job. Also ended up getting a bump on my eyebrow from the eyebrow razors that they use. My nails also had lumps in them and I believed I was overcharged.

I absolutely love them they have done my nails from the beginning.

They are terrible! It took them almost 2 hours to finish my pedicure. The polish on my toes look like a 4th grader polished them. I wanted a soak off on my nails. I thought you soak them off while Im getting my pedicure. Nope, thats just another extra 25mins. I got up and left. Terrible!!!

They are TERRIBLE ! They Ask for your money first because they KNOW theyre about to mess your nails up. they only do one coat of polish SO YOU STILL SEE THE NAIL nor did she get the sides of my nail

Came at 12 because it said they opened at 12 however they werent. Came back around 3 and he rushed to do my nails, they arent even and he cut the dryer off before my nails could fully dry stating they close early when business is slow...like 😔 Of course I will never be back nor do I recommend anyone going, its a waste of money

This salon Is dirty, unsanitized, and Suck at doing nails. Do not get your nails done here. I repeat do not get you nails done here. You will leave unsatisfied. They also throw in fees you wouldnt know about until all your work is finished.

They move slow Ive been here 40mins and its 2 workers in here just doing nothing. The other worker is doing two different girls hands at the same time
