The BEST gel manicure I have ever gotten. Not only that but the service was impeccable. I had two special requests and they happily obliged with them with no extra fuss. She created great conversation with me and truly made me feel relaxed. Can’t wait to go back!

Me and a friend had decided to come because they had pretty good reviews from what we saw and we wanted to get our nails done. However when we enter the building they did not place us sitting together and weren’t very warm. The one worker who worked on my nails was pretty rough and ended up cutting the cuticle on my pinky. While the color was pretty, the design was not executed well and the nail polish was smudged and not corrected. After about a week a couple nails fell off. I paid a good $55 out of some hard earned money and did not like that these nails were not put on well. I am disappointed…

I’m impressed! I came in without an appointment a little bit after they opened for the day. They were able to fit me in right away (I’m assuming if it’s the weekend or their busier hours that wouldn’t have happened. Should always schedule an appointment!). Michelle did my nails and she did a great job! She fixed 2 of my nails, without me even asking (I didn’t even notice them until she pointed it out), and I’ve been to spots before where they just leave it like it is. They’re a little pricier than what I’m use to but honestly, the pandemic hit a lot of businesses hard so I don’t fault them at that at all. And I got their full set with dip so it’s automatically going to be a higher price. But I’m thoroughly impressed and will be back!

Prices are not listed and when you go to pay and it is so over priced. I had bubbles in my French manicure and politely called after leaving to return to have it fixed. When I arrived the owner was rude and told me it was all my own fault. Do not go to this establishment!!!!

I would NOT recommend this nail salon. I have gone a few times now. The owner Lucky is very unprofessional and confrontational. It was a very uncomfortable situation during my appointment. They are charging a lot for the area and not good quality. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. Also, they don’t take appointments and turn down customers discriminate against clients that like appointments. So odd they don’t want new clients. Honestly they should stop letting the owner answer the phone he is rude.

Let me preface this by saying that I now live in California but this place is wonderful and I had such a phenomenal experience that I plan on returning as often as a I can since I visit Colorado frequently (my parents live out here).I not only want to have a great technician work on my nails but I think ambiance is important as well. I’ll start off by saying the place is beautiful. From the floor to the ceiling to the overall decor it’s modern and incredibly clean. They have a fantastic line of OPI and other products as well.To be honest, I go get pedicures not so much to get my toenails painted (I can easily paint them myself) but for the massage and exfoliation. The massage was by far THE best I’ve had in years from any nail salon. I’d seriously go back just for that. Everything else from the sugar scrub, hot towel, paraffin wax, to of course polish job was also done well/relaxing.Lastly, onto a few more little things that I think are equally notable in recommending Lucky Nails & Spa. Staff were all friendly and attentive. They are very hygienic. They open the sealed sterilized packages right in front of you. They line the foot basins with plastic and wear latex free gloves. The massage chairs are plentiful and actually give a nice massage with a variety of options. Prices are comparable to most other nail salons I’ve gone to and I feel it is fairly priced for the different services offered.In summary, I HIGHLY recommend!

Had a great pedicure @Lucky Nails & Spa after over a year! This place is super clean and has great procedures in place to make you feel safe. My pedicure was wonderful!!

I went here a few days ago and have never had a worse experience. I had a pedicure and a manicure that turned out absolutely awful. Was so unclean and neither my nails or toes ended up looking good at all. I would not go here again even if it was free. Extremely disappointed for this overpriced and underwhelming experience.

Went in after not getting my nails done for nearly 2 years and was pleasantly surprised. Kelly was super nice and helpful with making my vision come true. Super clean and professional, overall great atmosphere and experience. I will be back!

I didnt actually have any service...but I was turned away. I arrived at 3pm.... and was told they wouldnt have time to give me a mani and pedi....they close at 5pm... there were 2 nail technicians without clients...I dont understand why they wouldnt have time 2 hours before they closed....

Another great experience at Lucky Nails & Spa! I stopped in for a pedicure this week and was very impressed with their COVID precautionary measures. Washing hands before treatment is required, masks of course are a must, pedi clients are seated with at least one chair in between their neighbor, and shields are installed between client and technician at every station. I felt safe and was able to relax and enjoy my down time at the spa. Thanks to Choung and his staff!Vi at Lucky Nails is simply fantastic. Top notch salon with really comfortable chairs and great interior. Vi amused my sons request for Grinch colored nails with this cute motif.

I decided to stop by today for a mani/pedi since this is a new place in town. The spa is beautiful! All of the staff/employees were very sweet and friendly. I was however disappointed with how my mani/pedi turned out. I had a regular pedicure and asked for a shellac (gel) manicure, which is how it is listed on their sign out front. I was under the impression that shellac is the thick gel that gets molded/applied on to your nail bed that is cured then painted, but all I received was a two step nail polish. I was also not pleased with the look of how it turned out either. There are little hairs visible in the polish, nails aren’t evenly coated and there was polish left on my skin. There are also spots on my toenails that aren’t evenly coated. Pretty messy looking. Makes me unsure of wanting to go back. I don’t pay for mani/pedi’s often so when I do I would like them to look nice. Attached photos for reference.

This nail salon is great! I got a deluxe pedicure from one of the women and my toes look beautiful and my feet feel great! I highly recommend this salon. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and they speak very good English. The salon is also prepared for Covid: hand washing is required upon arrival, a health questionnaire is to be completed, masks are required for all, partitions between client and staff, nobody in between each client. However I experienced 3 major problems: 1) I made an appointment on Monday 3/8/21 at 2:45, but still had to wait at least 15 minutes before getting started even though the place was practically empty; 2) I asked the woman to ONLY TRIM MY CUTICLES AND LEAVE THE REST OF MY TOE NAILS ALONE, YET SHE WENT UNDER MY TOE NAILS WITH A METAL TOOL, AGGRIVATING MY INGROWN TOENAIL AND IT IS NOW EXTREMELY PAINFUL (STAFF: PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR CLIENTS AND ENSURE WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS OK BEFORE DOING IT); 3) The deluxe pedicure includes a massage and they use fragranced lotion. I am extremely sensitive to scents and I had to wash my legs as soon as I got home. (STAFF: PLEASE OFFER A FRAGRANCE FREE OPTION). Otherwise it was a good experience, very relaxing, and a nice treat for myself. I will be returning in the future :)

Lucky nails was very clean and beautiful salon. I tried it for the first time and was very impressed. I am very picky about my nails and my cuticles are always a mess. They did a fantastic job. My daughter got acrylics and the lady was very attentive to the length that she wanted, which at other salons weve not liked that part of it. I appreciated that she didnt have to feel bad asking her to go a little shorter, plus they looked beautiful! You could tell they actually cared that the nails belonged to a human that uses them, and not just, NEXT customer, lol. Thanks lucky nails

They fit me right in at lunchtime. Kelly (i think!) did an amazing job with attention to detail - checked with me multiple times about the shape and whether it was right. This is HUGE because a lot of times you feel weird asking them to change it, but she wanted to make sure I got what i wanted. Did an amazing job without being slow. The place is super modern and clean. Would recommend and will keep coming during my lunch hour.

I put 5 stars so this will be seen... i was charged $81 for a full set of acrylics. They decided to take it upon themselves to add a tip to my credit card (even though I gave a cash tip) . I was charged $101 to my card. And 2 nails chipped within 48 hours of having them done. I have had my nails done for over a decade, so I know it was not my fault they broke. Poor quality for such a high price. And to add your own tip to MY CARD??? Absolutely not ok. 🤬🤬

This is a great place to go and get a mani pedi! They do great work and do not seem to be rushing you out as fast as they can. The employees are very attentive to your individual needs and they do a great job of taking care of customers!

The gel manicure I received was just fine. Nothing great, just fine. My issue is with the manager or owner, whoever the man was that told me I had to pay an extra five dollars if I wanted to have a glitter topcoat. Ive been to dozens of nail salons over the years and have never been charged extra for a glitter topcoat. He was rude and told me that I was trying to get something for nothing, which I certainly was not. I declined the glitter topcoat and told the man that I would not be returning to Lucky Nails. He came back to my nail station twice trying to engage me in some sort of discussion about how I was wrong. I told him to please leave me alone. He lost a customer and obviously doesnt care about providing good customer service.

My visits were in March and January and I just realized I didnt give them a review. I had impeccable service, and the polish on both my nails and toenails lasted a full week longer than usual. 5+ stars. I got the shellac combo.

I walked in without and appointment and they were able to accommodate me right away. Very clean and chic inside. The price is reasonable and the quality is great. I will absolutely go back!

I love this new nail salon! The staff is very friendly and kind. I have never been one to get my nails done regularly. However, I have been there twice and will keep going for my dip nail color. They recently touched up a chipped dip nail free of charge. The atmosphere is also very clean, bright and everything seems new. They offer other services as well, but I haven’t tried those yet.

Kelly and her family have been doing my nails for 18 years. I was thrilled when they opened a new shop and I was not disappointed! The salon is beautiful and clean, my nails are perfect, everyone there is friendly, the massage chairs you get to sit in for pedicures are amazing, and the air is clean due to highly effective ventilation. I know from experience that if you have a problem they will do everything they can to make it right for you. The owners care about each and every one of their customers. I highly recommend Lucky Nails & Spa to anyone who wants high quality work at great prices.

I’ve been to all of the local nail salons and nothing even compares! The location is convenient and always has available parking. (There is a back lot as well!) The owners know me by name and the staff is always so friendly. The salon is beautiful, so clean and my nails always look perfect! I’ve done dip powder manicures in several salons and they don’t take the time to make it perfect like Lucky Nails does! My manicures last 3+ weeks!! This local family run, business is definitely worth 5 stars!

Showed up right when they opened and they got me right in! Full set of tips and powder dip with custom design, the technician listened really well, and was able to work with the colors they had to make my vision work! My nails look great, and the staff was super nice!

I asked Kelly for natural lash extensions with some wispy bits that werent over the top and was SO pleased after my session!! My lashes look excellent and people have already given me so many compliments. Wonderful service and love the atmosphere of the private lash extension room and really, the whole salon itself. If you’re looking for a lash tech, go to Kelly - she is very detail oriented and will take great care of you.

So.. i took my little sister to get a full set. I was going to get a pedicure, so as I was picking my color out the lady doing my sisters nails already started right.. lady tells me its going to be 48 dollars plus purple french tip my sister wanted. So a total of $53? I held off on my pedi which they were charging $32... For theJthe regular! The man from the salon said you get what you pay for, yet I seen this ladys pedi and gel manicure and there was polish on the the outside of her nails on the skin and her nails were cut un even.

The staff is amazing. Nails even better.

Made a reservation for me my wife and daughter for pedicures, 3 at the same time. We got there and I had to wait 30 minutes to get mine started. I asked for the pedicure which was 45 minutes (from what I was told)... my wife and daughter got theirs fine. Mine was just under 30 minutes. I said I was told it was 45. The man at the counter said it was 30 because I didn’t get polish. So as a man shouldn’t I still get the time commitment that a woman does, or a discount because they are not doing the same. Every other spa I’ve been too has made up for the lack of nail polish with extended foot rubs or something. I have to say I felt like I was a number ( $ ) and they just got me finished as quick as possible. Pedicures are normally relaxing... not what I got! I won’t go back and I will let everyone I know who I hear ever talk about it how I was treated. My bill came to $250. A lesson learned! totally unhappy!

I love Lucky Nails & Spa! Everyone is so friendly. It’s well decorated and sparkling clean. Mimi is meticulous with her work while doing my mani/pedis. Kelly does a great job on waxing and coloring my eyebrows. I finally found the perfect place for getting my nails done!

Making an appointment doesnt matter. They were busy and we had to wait too long. Then we wanted artwork and was told next time. I dont want to be in a nail salon for 2 hours. Had we known it was going to be like that, we would have left and gone somewhere else. Going to find a new salon. Any recommendations?
