First time going here, very nice employees. Got me in and out in about 45 minutes for a new set of nails. Will for sure come again

Walking in at first I was so excited… but after the rudeness of all the employees and the nails I received I will never go back again. I asked for medium Length coffin and the man said he couldn’t do it cause my nails were too short. Which is understandable since im a nail biter. When he was putting on my acrylic it got so hot that it actually hurt my nail beds. He sanded off my skin with the nail file. And my nails are the shortest coffin i’ve ever seen, mind you he said he couldn’t do it. And not to mention before all this he told me I didn’t have any nails. My nails are all misshaped he didn’t compare my hands fingers to the other hand. The lady painting my nails didn’t speak any English and put her hand up to my face to “shush” me when I told her what colors I wanted. Once I showed her what color she tried to hand me another one of the nail books to pick a different color. (I’m guessing cause she couldn’t find/didn’t feel like finding the color I actually picked) I got up and showed her and she had the worst attitude. I payed $40 for my vacation nails and feel so bad about them now.. first pictures shows how crooked and the second shows my skin scraped off 🥺

Its REALLY NEAT&CLEAN. The atmosphere is GREAT. However,I think EVERYONE Should be able to communicate with EVERYONE. I think using their native language can give customers the wrong impression at times. But overall theyre GOOD.

My nails looked nice but they didnt stay on long 2 broke the next day they felt like they didnt have enough acrylic on them the only positive thing was it wasnt crowded around 3 the time I got there, i got there just in time lol

Been here several times. Each time very different. Nail Tech Richard very talented. Staff is up to date with new techniques. Prices very reasonable.

I was going to a different salon for several years for one person and then that person left so I decided to give this salon a try and Im so glad I did!! Super nice people and great prices. I highly recommend this salon.

It was amazing. Jennifer did the dip method on my natural nails and repaired 2 another lady did my feet.

My toes were done decently but she skipped steps on my fingers, left glue and debris under my nails on my skin, I asked for a more natural rounded look and got a weird ugly square, asked for a silver glitter and got a clear glitter. I asked for shorter nails cause I work in the medical field and I guess she misunderstood what I wanted. Overall, probably won’t come back.

I like this shop. But I will say when it comes to a basic manicure there is nothing nothing more relaxing then the us of basic tools, and not that drill on your nail. Drills are not suppose to be put on your natural nail!!!!!

I love this nail salon. The customer service is amazing!! I typically show Jennifer or her mom a picture of how I what my nails and they always NAIL IT!!!

The nail tech did not listen to requests for regular polish not gel. Charges were not told about before services done. Toes were cut twice.

So my first time coming was before the holidays. I had Jennifer do it and she was above and beyond amazing! But today I was not happy. Looking at my nails now Im just not happy. I asked for Jennifer too and made an appt and woke up early just to come in for her I was never told she wouldnt be there and I didnt feel like going anywhere else, I really wanted my nails done as well. These were my nail look for my engagement photos and honestly I dont want close ups of my hands and thats not the point of engagement photos. I was looking for a permanent salon but after this experience and paying even more than I did the first time and it not be the same quality Im just not happy Im actually pretty sad altogether and very uncertain of returning... I have photos as well so if Im ever contacted I can def give those to you to see..

When i went to get my nails done it was about 4 o’clock i came in and asked if they did walk-ins and they said yes but i’ll have to wait. but when it was my turn to get my nails done they were very impatient and rude. my cousin also got her nails even got her nails done too and they told her they wouldn’t do the design she wanted because it would “take too long” when they just said said if we wanted our nails done we would have to wait. i ended up paying 95$ for the both of our nails and one of mine just broke today.. i’m never coming back again

Will not return there to ever get my nails done. Got gel they already started chipping, never has that happened. To busy trying to cater to their regular customers. So unprofessional..

I have went here since I moved to Kentucky and they WAS good until I went last night 2/13/20 I got there at 4:30 with just one person ahead of me and didn’t get out of there till 6:56 I WAS NOT HAPPY. Let how horrible my nails look. I will be taking my $30 somewhere else. I also posted pictures they are the black nails.

The staff was AMAZING!!!!! The place clean and professional. Very fun staff love the place honestly but the only down fall was when I left and got home realized 3 of my nails were crooked. :( I’ll probably go back tomorrow to have them fixed other than that they are awesome and I’ll continue to use them.

Lee did an excellent job as always! I was kind of leery to have a pedicure with everything going on, but le nails seems to have everything handled well.

Usally i LOVE my nails when i go here but this time not so much, i showed them a picture of nails i wanted and he did the complete opposite. He told me it would be a $10 fee to soak off my nails wish I was okay with paying but then he ended up just Poppin them off with nails and still charged me the $10 fee, I would have been okay with paying something but I shouldnt have had to pay the $10 because he didnt soak them off. And on top of everything he made me bleed 3 times and didnt even say sorry, My Nails Hurt and I cant even enjoy them & i spent $50. Im contemplating on even going back, this was really bad experience.
