This is hands down the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to! I came in to have my nails dipped…should be a simple service in 2021 but not here. First of all, the tech put the tip on crooked. When I showed her and asked her to fix it, she just filed it. That doesn’t fix a crooked tip! When I pushed back on it, she told me she was busy and to come back the next day. Mind you, I had not even left the premise at this point. I told the manager and she said she could fix it the following day. I came back and they gave me the run around again. I’d rather lose my $45 than let these people touch my nails again. I have never encountered such an unprofessional salon! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I went here for the first time this past weekend, and let me tell you.. This place does such an amazing job!! The prices are reasonable, the place is clean and well kept (interior and exterior), the employees are very friendly. I had asked for Nancy to do my full-set based on the great reviews I’ve read about her, but she was booked so Kim did my nails and she did great! When I walked inside of this place, my nails were looking so bland and once I walked out.. my nails looked so much better, and I will definitely be returning! I’ve found my new, favorite go-to nail place. I hope this review works for some. Tysm Pampered Nails! 😊❤️

The tech did not completely cover my nail bed with acrylic and gel polish and file the sides of my nail bed until it was raw. Called the manager to repair the mistake and all she did was put more polish over it. Very dissatisfied and will not return to this shop. You would think after spending $110.00 you would gifet better service. Do not let Kim do your nails. If I could only give them a half star I would 🤨

Nancy does a great job on my nails. They need to do better with pedicures. I have tried spending more money to see if that made a difference but it didnt.

I LOVE going to pampered nails to get my nails done. This is the 2nd time Ive been there and they SLAYED my nails once again.

I loved the color that changes apparently pertaining to the temperature as to whether you are somewhere that the room temp is warm or cold. The polish is a gel/shellac called Cats Eye with a magnetic image that seems to be used over the top to form a streak resembling a Cats Eye. I am sorry to say that the gentleman that initially began my manicure did not do a very good with my cuticles and I had to remind him several times about my cuticles not being done as to where they still had roughness and bad edges, to use oil and the shape and smoothing. I will go back there, but will have someone else do my manicure. It is really a great place, because of the uniqueness of selectons. Definitely a place to go!

I got a SHORT nail set and she charge me 95 and she didnt give me the color i wanted

Called and made my appointment for 130 get there at 1:20 did not sit in a chair to get started on in till 230 literally did not leave until 5 o’clock very upset asked for a pedicure on my feet !! all she did was paint my toes charge me $80 NEVER GOING BACK !!! 4hrs of my day & it wasn’t even busy

Asked for candy cane effect, this is not anything like I wanted. However, I did receive a lot of compliments on the way they turned out.

I brought my friend to get her nails painted. Told me 30 minutes if I wanted to go somewhere they would call me. They didn’t they took the next customer so We had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Her nails looked decent but the polish was still not dry two and half hours later so the will probably be a mess after she wakes up tomorrow!

The staff is always welcoming. Im not a big talker, but if you are a talker they will happily talk to you during your visit. The art work is amazing everytime.

I been here a couple of times and they have always been good to me, one time I had a cut on my foot and the lady who did my pedí was so gentle and nice to me. I told her about how I had diabetes and my feet are super important to me and she was so nice to me. I really recommend it

Excuse my burn the stove did it lol. I love my nails. These are my natural nail with gel. It has been 3 weeks and it isnt chipping and the grow out still looks ok. I would recommend this nail salon.

Ive been several times when I cant get into my regular nail place for a manicure. They are good; always busy - especially, on Saturdays!

Never will go again. They take people who come in after you without an appointment and they dont always greet you when you come in the door.

My experience at this nail salon was great for most of the part. I set an appointment for 2 PM today and I wasn’t able to get in the chair until about 310 it was a very long time but my nails turned out good eventually the nail tech was a bit rough doing them. And it’s kind of outrageous that it’s an extra 20 dollars for gel polish.. i do like how my nails turned out though

If I could give this place a 0, I would. I’ve been to numerous nail salons in Louisville and this is hands down the absolute worst! I don’t even leave reviews usually, but I wanted to warn others of this business. I walked in on Sunday February 16, at a little before 5pm and I waited over an hour to even have someone finally start working on my pedicure, he rushed through the whole thing, and my toenails turned out awful. I also asked for a manicure, which he did in under 10 minutes and smeared polish all over. I paid $40 for this plus a $10 tip, but walked out completely disappointed over 2 hours later and with nails that look like my 7 year old son could do. I recommend staying away from this place!

There are protections in place due to CoVid19. The staff was very efficient and courteous.

This place is horrible they cut off a lot of my skin on my nails.Omg they got polish all over our nails and didint know how to do ombré nails but it was on their menu that says what they can do it was a total waste of money and time plus the guy filed my nails so hard I started bleeding,also I asked him for one thing and he gave me something totally different and ugly including he put the fake nails on me without even seeing if they fit my nail I and hurt and disappointed never going here again I hope they go out of buisness oh and they had way to many people in there it was so unsafe the lady owner is not fit for buisness and she uses a rusty nail clipper.

I am 100% pleased with my full set. The lady did an amazing job, took her time and got them perfect without me even asking! I very much recommend this nail salon!

The shop was clean, and the staff was friendly. They have a great selection of colors. The best nail shop Ive been to in Louisville in a very long time. I didnt get the manicure I asked for and no attention was given to my cuticles even after I mentioned it. Alex was very nice & my nails turned out good however, I will be more vocal about the shortfalls next time.

This place does such an amazing job! I’ve been searching for a great nail place for the last year. Gone to several salons trying to find a place that did a good job. Pampered Nails is the best nail salon in town. So relaxing and the pedicures are soothing. I feel so relaxed and stress free every time I leave here. Every one that works there is amazing.

I felt rushed during my mani pedi, and she cut almost every one of my toes. Not worth the money at all!

Andy no longer owns this nail salon. The lady who did my nails messed them up to the point it brought me to tears. She refused to acknowledge that there are spaces between the nail tip and my actual nail; go look it up, it will cause a fungus due to dirt getting trapped. A couple of nails are angled towards the ceiling. Some are longer than others, two are horribly filed. Im wanting to upload photos to prove this.The fixes she offered to put white tips on (If she cant do it correctly the first time, she wont be able to the second time. Changing the color of the tips doesnt change the fact she put tips on that were too small for that nail) the other fix (which she did) was shave them down, which will make them even easier to break & doesnt fix that theres a space in between the tips and nail or that theyre incorrectly angled, mishaped, or uneven. I still paid the full price.I regret staying there after hearing Andy and his team left. Please dont make the same mistake I did.

Best nail designs in the city. You will not find a better salon. Friendly owners that will make you feel right at home. I get compliments on my designs everywhere I go.

Best place in Louisville to me. They do nails with care and they take their time. Plus the people that work there are great and funny. They have some great service. unlike these other nail shops that rush to get you out and your hands and get look sloppy and bad.

My experience was terrible! I called ahead to make an appointment, got there and still waited 45 minutes just to be told that I would have to wait another 30 minutes to be service because the nail technician wanted to take a break! They were unprofessional and obviously don’t care for their customers.

Worst nail shop Ive ever been to! This place is loud, ghetto and very immature. While I was getting a pedicure, the heavy set chic that works there looked away from my feet the entire time. She also didnt give my feet time to soak before she started, rushed job. Theyd rather have a picture of some simple nail art instead of doing it free hand.
