I did not get good service. She did not pay attention to details. Nails 💅 were thick and she did not take care of the sides.

Convo was great during my pedi! Laughed and cut up together quite a bit! Atmosphere in that salon was so wonderful and uplifting! Pedi chairs are top notch! I will be returning 100% . Next time Iigjt make an appointment if my schedule allows me to, as I was a walk in amd only had to wait about 30 minutes. For a walk-in service in Middletown, 30 minutes is definitely not anything out of the question! This appointment, literally, put me in a better mood than I walked in on amd totally set my perky fun mood for the rest of the day. Only regret, that I didnt go earlier in the day because that might have set my perky, fun mood for the entire day, vs the 2nd half of the day! These people are Rockstars amd my over all visit was AMAZING! Thanks guys! ❤

Have been seeking a salon with good protocol during this pandemic. Salon was clean. Individual dividers for mani and pedi. Amazing..better than other salons. Individual disposal files and sponges. Loved the scrubs which were individually packaged. Chose from 6 different scents. Found my new nail salon.

I walked in when they opened and Kathy immediately greeted me with a smile! She took me to her station, gave me some great advice about my natural nails. My nails look awesome and I feel great! You can definitely tell she has a passion for her profession. I am very pleased and will make this nail salon my go to place from now on!

I think this place did a really good job on my nails. The only thing is I thought the price was pretty high compared to other places .

My hands and toes looked were painted so well. My daughter was also so proud of her fingernails. She literally showed them to every person at Kroger.

I love Kathy and David. They always take good care of me, and my nails. I have super sensitive feet. I mentioned that once and theyve always remembered and been super gentle. The first visit Kathy and I introduced ourselves. The second time I went she called me by name when I walked in. Its always clean. Theyre busy for a reason. Theyre good.

I love this place! I have been to lots of nail salons, and this is hands down my favorite! They really take their time with the pedicure and manicure, my daughter and I were there for 2 hours getting spoiled!!!

Customer service was horrible! I called and left messages that STILL have never been returned. Businesses like these dont seem to understand how important customer service is to their success. If McDonalds and Walmarts can close, dont think for a minute this little shop cant close. Continuing to ignore folks is a sure-fire way to decrease longevity. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! If they cant get a phone call right, how do I trust them with my nails!!??

I never give 5 stars to nail places, but I think Ill give this one a second try. David is hilarious, and when he said Id be charged $15 for a fill, I actually was. Very happy with the experience and the result.

My experiences here have been so inconsistent lately. Ive had a good pedicure before, but the last 2 visits Ive gotten a young guy that is definitely in training and walked out with dirt still under my toenails. Im too polite to refuse to allow him to do my pedicure, which means I will be going to a different nail salon...

Ive been coming here for years as well as my family. They always do such an amazing job and the prices arent bad either. I love love love city nails.

Im new to the area and was looking for a nail spa. Needless to say this is not it. I didnt get to enjoy experience. The tech rushed through doing my pedicure so quick it was not even funny. I have never had a $32.00 pedicare finish in 20 mins flat. I guess I was keeping her from whatever was so intriguing on her phone 😕.At the time of my visit they were not crowded and there was no need to rush. I wont be coming back here unless I need to be somewhere in 20 mins. As for the atmosphere it was nice. That is the only reason they are getting 2 stars.

BEWARE THIS SHOP! I read all the reviews before going. I have natural, healthy nails. The FIRST time I went to City Nails for a manicure and pedicure...the nail tech cut and damaged my cuticle causing it to bleed. I now have nail fungus and I am devestated. The doctir told me the RX to kill the fungus is very dangerous for a persons liver. He would not prescribe it. I will probably lose the nail and it may spread to my other nails. Beware!!!!!
