I was a walk-in. I think I chose the spa pedicure (1 up from basic). It was fast, but not in a good way. The tech allowed for very little soaking time for 1 foot, no filing after clipping, did very little exfoliating,and the massage was very weak. Tonight my feet look far more dry than when I walked into the shop. Don’t go in wearing sandals other than flip flops,they can’t get them on.

Amazing experience. They completely acted like there was no one else in the salon or that would come this evening. Most accurate and detailed professional I have met in the field thus far. Also very friendly and we were able to talk about traveling and different hobbies. Highly recommend! Below is a photo of my shellac nail Polish and regular Polish pedicure. Also the spa is very relaxing. Light tranquil music playing (vs. Newer, pop, rap etc). Loved that aspect too

It was first time visiting this shop and I will absolutely be back in 2 weeks. Juan will definitely be my new nail tech. She is awesome! Also nice atmosphere and very clean...... but make an appointment.

The pedicure was the fastest and worse one I have ever had anywhere. My nails had to redone. I will never be back. They are not friendly either. I picked out a color to match my nails and toes, and when she went to match the gel she brought a totally different color. I didn’t even enjoy the services.

My gel manicure didnt hold up very well for the price. Also, be prepared for a wait as they usually have only one nail tech working at a time. Had a better experience at New York Nails on Brownsboro Road.

I enjoy going here...they do a good job...but I will say the gel manicures here always seem to chip more quickly than other places. Which is frustrating if you pay 30 dollars to have a manicure last only a week.

Michelle is the absolute best in town! I moved to Louisville a year ago and don’t want anybody else to do my nails! The best manicure and/or pedicure in the city!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been coming to get my nails done here for probably 10 years. I do like to stick with one person and I always make an appt for next time before I leave so I cant speak to how busy it may or may not be for walk-ins. Michelle is my girl. She nails (pun intended) my nails every time. I use to do the gel nails, but for the last two or so years Ive been doing the dip. She remembers my favorite colors, how, with so many other clients, I have no idea. Im just writing today because last week they updated the whole salon. New pedicure chairs, (the old ones were less than two years old) new manicure tables and chairs for the nail techs, tons of new dip colors to choose from, new reception desk, new flooring and some slight rearranging. It looks great! I always thought it was very clean, but this revamp just takes it over the top. I love this place and I love Michelle.

I have always loved this little spot near my house, & they have significantly upgraded everything. They offer several pedicure options now & all the ladies do a great job!

Michelle is the best!!! Ive spent years trying to find a nail tech that curves my nails perfectly and doesnt file down the sides and she nails it (pun intended) on the first visit!! I absolutely will be back and Im officially breaking up with all of my prior techs.

I love this place - it is my go to nail salon. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because it is becoming increasingly hard to get a walk-in appointment - but this is just a testament to their skill, affordability, and friendliness!
