I went to a lesson here for a Bachelorette party over the weekend. I was pretty nervous going into it as I am a big girl, but Ashauna was so welcoming and made the routine easy to understand. We had all kinds of stuff planned for the Bachelorette party but this was the highlight of the trip. 10/10 would recommend and will come back next time Im in Louisville.

Lady Kave turned away an incredibly talented performing artist from taking classes simply due to the fact that she is a trans woman. Not only was she turned away, but she was questioned about her gender and the stage in which she was at in her transition. This is not only highly unprofessional, disrespectful and intolerable, but just plain ignorant. Trans women are women!

If I could give this place one million stars I would. Not only are the instructors amazing, but they are genuinely good people. Seriously. I cant recommend this place though.

So much fun. Our instructor was fun and knowledgeable! Definitely cant wait for another class.

I absolutely love this place. Welcoming atmosphere, tough workouts, but definitely doable. Ive done both classes and parties here and I would recommend them to anybody. I love an hour away and will happily drive to Lady Kave for their services.

Took my first class tonight with Mandy and I want to say she is AWESOME!!! She is very sweet and makes you feel very comfortable. She works at your pace and is encouraging to try new moves. I truly got a great workout and didn’t even realize an hour had gone by because it was so fun! Getting a workout and making it look good/sexy is always a win! I will be back and I would recommend this class to everyone!

Sabrina was an incredible instructor! We came for a bachelorette party and we absolutely loved it. I have a bit of a physical disability and she was more than willing to show me alternative moves so that I could still enjoy the class fully and be involved. Couldnt have had a more outstanding time! I most definitely recommend.

Truly was a new experience of Lady Have all of us ladies had a wonderful time it was a huge event for all of us.
