Very much needed update has been done. So much better than before. Its even kid friendly. And has a relaxing area for adults. Many more washers and dryers. Friendly staff, clean store, and stocked per all your needs. Plus they do your laundry for you as well if thats what you want done. Keep up the great work. Thank you for a much better place to do laundry.

At other laundromats I usually have an issue with the dryer not fully drying which is why I switched to Speed Queen Laundry because its dependable and doesnt have out of order washers everywhere you look. I believe there are four sizes of washers. And 3 dryer sizes. They also have tall tables for folding, sofa chairs, and lots of baskets on wheels.They do need to work on customer service, I watched a customer walk around for about 5-10 min trying to find an employee since there was no one at the desk. She was there to pick up her clothes. I notice people including myself in the past struggle to figure everything out on the first visit but the card system is easy enough and I understand that the staff can get busy with their laundry service and training other employees. Which is what I always see happening. I also believe people behave differently if there is staff around.

Ms. Jessica was absolutely awesome. I brought my best friend for the first time today. Jessica came to check on us and nake sure everything was ok. Our dryer didnt dry the first time through and with their one dry promise they restarted our dryers for us. Will always go here

The clerk did not go over the prices with me, so I ended up paying 101.00 to have 2 laundry bags of clothes washed and folded! I will NEVER go back! And the parking sucks. I only gave 2 stars because the facility was clean.

I dont really enjoy going here anymore. None of the workers can speak English and it makes it very hard to communicate about the services provided there. Also need treated me like I was a thief or someone who didnt belong in that store. I didnt enjoy doing my laundry there feeling like I was being watched 4 bad behaviors all the time. Ill definitely be finding somewhere else to wash my clothes.

Is it very nice clean establishment. I would recommend speed Queen laundry any day of the week really enjoyed their service and what they offer.

Dont normally post reviews but have to do something. I know there alot of bugs here in ga but there are pest control companies everywhere. Saw two roaches, floors were dirty. Great staff tho. Nice lady works in Saturday mornings

Ive used the laundry service a few times. I noticed I was missing comforters, asked staff several times to help locate or amend the issue. I also had dryer sheets stolen. Finally caught the owner, told him about notifying staff about missing items feeling like Ive been given the run around, when he came out to address a separate issue with a malfunctioning washer. I asked for laundry detergent because I had used the last of mine in the broken washer. He argued with me about the broken washer and hesitantly gave me enough detergent to finish the load. Seemed unconcerned about problems with theft and staff. The laundry service is overpriced a bit but when youre in a pinch good to have around. I think after the exchange with the owner I will find another laundry service. I think a change in staff would turn things around but as a customer of only 2 1/2 months Ive experienced too many issues to want to return at this point.

Plenty of space to get your laundry done must wear face mask which is understandable during these times.

The place is dirty. It was so packed that its hard to find parking let alone washers and dryers. This is the first time coming here and it will be my last. Its all about making money for them. You have to pay a dollar just to get a card to use everything. I work hard for my money just like anyone else..

So, my dog got sick and threw up all over my bed! I tried washing my bedding in my washing machine however not all of it came out. My machine just wasnt big enough for my queen size comforter. I decided to take it to the laundromat. This place was huge, very clean and everyone I encountered there were very friendly and helpful. Plus, I got free bonus $$ on every dollar I added to my card!You add $$ to a card through a machine on premises. Then use the card at the machines. You pull right up to the front of the place. It is easy in and out. I would recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves in need of a laundromat. Plus they are open 24/7!!!

For a Laundry Mat its very nice, convenient, clean, someone is always on staff, and it has an area seating for wifi if you need to study or do business etc. Its also very well lit. It is more expensive than others but it has a safer feel than most and thats important for me.

Nice clean laundry. @5+$ a load per washer though it better be nice!Wont use it again was in a pinch with a messed up washer. And with work looming ahead had to do what you have to do. You have to load money into a card to use machines. 🤷 To dry was only 1.50$

Store wasnt clean at all, staff seemed to be overwhelmed and overworked and a lot of the machine were unavailable to use due to being broke. This location used to be my go to for doing laundry but Im not sure whats going on with it...

Came out with my laundry but couldnt get it down the ramp because this hispanic lady parked there I told a worker but they thought it was funny including worker on duty just because they are hispanic and I am white they are I dont care I can park where I want to

The laundry facilities are very clean and the machines are nice, but they have the timers set on the dryers too low and clothes dont get completely dry. Choosing a larger dryer does not help. They do have a policy to restart the machine if your clothes arent dry at their cost, but the employees make you feel like a crook when you do this. They record your name and card number. I will give them one more week to add time to their dryers then I will seek another place to get my laundry done. If they would just add 3 or 4 minutes, my 2 star could be a 5.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the building and the price is outstanding. My only negative experience was that there was some kind of rainbow colored goo stuck to the back of one of the dryers and it dyed my sheets that were in there. Just be careful and check the machines before you load and you should be fine. Best place Ive found in Dalton!

I have been here twice. I went tonight. I wash my clothes and put them in the dryer. They have a sign that guarantee first dry. I put my clothes in the dryer and they wasnt dryed so I went and told one of the women and she came over and put a card in and dryed my clothes

We used this place before. But I am not impressed this go round. They charge you highway robbery. You cant sit down inside the store or use the folding tables. They are doing all this because they dont want to sanitize their equipment. In the time of need they should be helping their community. Last time we will ever step through their doors. Good luck!

I got there a few mins before last wash because for some odd reason this location is closing at midnight and the attendant was hassling me about they closed at midnight. I went to sit in my car like we are supposed to and at 11:40 that same attendant came out to my car to tell me again that they closed at midnight. The location was a mess. Dryer sheets all over the floor, laundry detergent, and other debris. I have been frequenting this location for over three years and I will not come back. The closing early, attendants’ attitudes, and how nasty the location was has me going elsewhere. I will not be back and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice 24x7 laundry service. Staff is also nice and helpful. Definitely recommend. Very Clean place and good price for wash. The reason I gave 4 stars, because machine doesn’t accept coins. You have to get a card(like gift card) from there and add your money into it. And use that card to run machines. You don’t get refund for remaining balance. But yeah, you can use that balance during your next wash/dry service.Satisfied with service.

I have been a customer ever since they have been open and this whole time they have came out and got my laundry out of my car for me and then whenever I was finished they were put it back in my car but now theyre saying its against policy but if I want to bring it in they will wash my laundry for me Im handicapped and having a hard time getting it in

The store in dalton georgia has never looked so nasty the washers havent been cleaned the floors are covered in trash the entrance was littered among so many other things wrong we have been doing laundry here for a year and its never looked like this ever. The staff was unhelpful and seemed like she didnt want to do her job I cant believe how down hill its gone we are going elsewhere after tonight we are so disappointed

Want go back to high . I had five washer it cost me 60.00 do my laundry.

We only go to dry now but love going there. My children enjoy the kids area while I watch them and read waiting on our cloths to dry.

Just left here, cleanest of any laundry mat I have ever been to. It is worth the drive from Chattanooga,Tn to go to this one. The clerk that was working was very helpful and was doing more then expected to keep the place clean . You have a great employee with you and I hope she stays.

My fiance our daughter and her mom were there just a little hit ago and some kids were left alone not ours running around no parents one kid slapped our daughter in the face the employee tried to tell the kids to settle down but they ran a muck all over the place slamming a laundry basket into my fiances knee. They need to enforce no children left alone in this place and ensure its fully safe for everyone. Im not happy with it management if you read this do something about it.... our daughter never deserved to be slapped and her drink taken then given back like nothing happened by these kids.Update my fiance noticed a bruise on her face from the kid who did it not sure who but possible considering filing a police report for the assault on her

When the attendants become more concerned with the how clean and well stocked the place is especially the rest rooms, I will think about amending this review. The machines need maintenance as I see puddles of water by a few machines. The ladies room needed toilet paper and the attendant was informed of this by three different ladies with no resolution. Clean laundry being dragged on the floor. These issues need to be addressed asap. I dont think this place and its employees are trying to live up to what the company is all about.

My first experience was great! Love that they have a place to keep kids occupied while the parents get laundry done without a fuss, and as well its a very roomy place and love that they have a place you can Just relax while your laundry is getting done! Absolutely fabulous!

I swear this is the nicest laundry Mat I have ever been to. It has new washers, Great dryers and free WiFi, along with mounted tablets for the kiddos. 24 hour service with clean floors and bathrooms. I highly recommend this place!

Did my laundry on Sunday morning at 10:00. Not crowded and the place was very clean. I love the big carts that can be taken out to your car to put large blankets in. The lady attendant was very helpful and friendly. Ill be back soon.

This is probably the nicest Laundromat I have ever been in. They have so many washers and dryers that you do not have to wait at all. They have comfortable chairs, TV, Wifi, and tablets for kids to play on. The only thing I am not find of is that you have to load money onto a laundry card and pay that way but I do like that I dont have to remember to bring cash since I can load money using my debit card.

Cant get the money you didnt use off the card you HAVE TO purchase. Thats kinda a scam if you dont live here. Wont be back

The Speed Queen is by far the best 24/7 laundromat establishment I have been to. Regardless of the time I felt safe, there were plenty of seats to relax in & there is always a person there to assist you with anything you need.

I go here ever so often and I like coming here to do laundry very nice they have plenty of machines and they do have sitting areas and even an area for children :) but one thing is they could keep up with their bathrooms better but it is a good place to go to I will come back for sure
