Laziest workers I have ever seen. On their busiest days they only have 3 windows open come on now get more staff and on top of that staff that likes to work. Their best location is seriously in Riverside. All the workers here love to do is talk talk talk to other staff members instead of focusing on all the customers they have in line. Its ridiculous. You will literally stand in line for 2 hours if youre lucky. This place is trash.

Its a shark loan just like all the other payday loan place. However because speedy cash is a bigger chain theyre open longer hours and on Sunday.Unfortunately because it is the McDonalds of payday loans you get the cashiers that can barely read or count, crossing boundaries with customers and rude behavior . Long story short if you got time go somewhere else, if you need a loan on a Sunday go to speedy cash.

They people are prejudiced. By just looking at me Henry and some girl co worker said they wouldnt cash my check because they didnt want to use their name. They didnt even want to check if it was good. I have never been so discriminated against. So you got to go in there looking like u have money if u want to get your money. They are a joke

The amount of time that I waited in line had improved 100% I was very impressed of the amount of time that I had to wait to be seen

You have to wait FOREVER. Once youre called to the window, they tell you to go wait to be called back up to the window. They made the lady ahead of me wait for 2hrs... So basically you can lie and say you have a job and just make a bank deposit over $100 and bam you got easy money! Sad but whatever.ACCURATE.

False advertisement saying there going to help us out when i called a title loan go to the store and tell me that they discontinued the tittle loans when i wasted my gas to go all the way down there for nothing they dont desirve no stars zero stars

The staff here at this location are really nice and really wanna help out. Not a good area but i can count on speedy cash when i need to loan money.

This was the worst experience ever... I was told to come in and the process would be speedy... They took forever. They had 8 girls standing around doing nothing but talking and laughing.., people want jobs and these people treat this like a joke.

The employees are wonderful, the only bad thing at speedy cash is the long wait, speedy cash should have a line only for handicap because us handicap people cannot be waiting in the long line it is horrible.

Waited close to an hour. One employee kept going to the back room after servicing 1 or 2 people. Another employee gets to the counter and starts making phone calls while 15 people are waiting.

Been a customer at this Ranch for over 4 years this is the rudest service Ive ever had there was more people working in the back then it was people at the counter to service anyone when I asked what the problem was the lady says you havent been waiting that long in line when youre waiting in line for 5 to 10 minutes for somebody to come to the register they help you and theyre all on the phone talking something is wrong with customer service then Roxy was rude and told me to have someone else help me I refuse to move out of that line and have the manager Elaine help me I asked for paper they wanted me to sign that the computer I dont like signing over the computer I normally dont it was a rooted service Ive ever had to Speedy Cash.

The wait is ridiculous always gonna spend at least 40mins plus here...they need to learn how to multitask the line is long n not worth the wait there are so many other loan places I stopped going here
