My car and I have been through a lot and he was FEELING it - a lot of lights were on and he needed a lot of work done.I took it in feeling apprehensive that it would only be bad news but was thrilled to hear that they could fix all of my car’s major issues for a reasonable price that was about half what I expected based on estimates from other places. Craig worked with me to let me schedule a pickup after hours and they were very communicative about costs and helped me budget and prioritize what needed fixing or replaced immediately versus what I could wait on for a while.I was very very satisfied with the experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

First of all Ive had my car in to the shop 3 times and inspected. Not once did anyone say anything about how rusty my back end was. And this was to be a full inspection..Next issue is I asked for one specific issue to be taken care of and I was told they would not touch the vehicle again unless another shop sees it first. But my car needed the engine timed which was brought up on multiple occasions. They said they could do it, now all of a sudden they wont touch anything. Lastly, the referrals they send customers to are not any better. So you cant trust the work or their word coming from this place.

Volvo of Louisville tried to sell me a bunch of service that I didn’t even need. A battery and battery cable was going to cost over $1100 alone. They got me back on the road for under $400. I will never go to Volvo of Louisville again.

I had taken my Volvo to Volvo of Louisville because the driver’s side heater was blowing cold air. The dealership said they fixed it, they told me it is blowing hot! So, they charge me $1027. I was on my way home; it was 67 when I picked it up. I saw no need on checking to be sure it worked because I took it to a reputable dealer……..WRONG! When I got to a stop light I was decided to turn it on, it was blowing cold air. I called the Volvo dealer back and told them. They looked at it again the next day, they said three times that taking the dash off is the hardest thing you can do and no one wants to do it. They said they can but it could cost up to 2500 more. At this point I was ready to sell my car. I paid them and they said it was fixed, and now want up to 2500 more to fix. So I filed a BBB complaint and wrote a couple of reviews. Upon doing this I stumbled on some great reviews for a company called Kenny Jones Automotive. I decided to call them. Well, that is probably the best decision I have made in 2019! They were so kind and knowledgeable. They got my car in the next day and fixed it. Actually they fixed it and another small issue and it was only 629!!!! I was ecstatic. I HIGHLY recommend if you have a Volvo making this your go to shop. They guys there were just wonderful! And they were eager to get the problem fixed and get my car back to me quick, which I highly appreciated!THANK YOU KENNY JONES AUTOMOTIVE!!! You have a lifetime customer here!

This is a great place to take your Volvo for service and maintenance. Much better than the local Volvo dealership. They are honest techs that do not overprice the job. We used to go to the Volvo dealership and will now only go to Kenny Jones Automotive for all of our service and maintenance needs. We have had everything from simple maintenance like oil changes to more in-depth services like replacing the power steering pump completed here and have had a great experience each time. Everytime leaving feeling that we did not over pay and had quality work completed.
