Mark and his crew took the extra time to help me pick out the tires I was after as well being extra careful not to scratch my powder coated rims.

Fast service and they werent pushy like most places that are trying to push sales. Very helpful with questions as well.

Called to get price on coil packs and pulgs. Was told $1200 for plugs wires and packs. You dont replace the wires. Without the wires it is still over $1000. They said it would take around 2 hours. The parts are 250 plus tax and the job can be done in less than 20 minutes. Definitely a rip off

Called the night before was given one price for mounting and balancing my 4tires. Went to appointment and was given a price 3x more, after they got my keys and let me get coffee. It was one of those Oh by the way. Manager flat out lied about our conversation from the day before and I cant stand a liar. When I got there his bays were empty, and I left them that way. I went to LB tires!!!

Had an appt to get a tire plugged. Yes, I needed an appt to get a tire plugged. Got there at 1:20 for my appt and waited an hour and a half and they hadnt even pulled my truck in yet. I told them to Ef off, Id go to Big O

Dropped my vehicle off around 10am with faulty brakes either the line or the reservoir had a leak. I call back 6 hours later for them to tell me there were getting ready to let me know they cant work on it at that location. Meanwhile it is a Saturday at 4pm and the vehicle is unsafe to drive due to faulty front brakes. There is also no location nearby that isnt open past 5pm. Not only did they not check the vehicle in a timely manner, they left no time to get it fixed before something happens. I am not bringing my personal or work vehicles to any Ken Towerys ever again, which is sad since we share a parking lot.

Nobody wants to work on New Years Day, but Im thankful that Jason and the mechanics at Towerys were. Flat tire and another in poor shape. I got a great deal and awesome service, from these guys. New set of tires, not to mention showing me that I had a blown shock. Thanks for getting me out of a bind, by making my car safe, for the wife to drive. I make an appointment for 8:30, get here at 8:25 and they pull in a car without an appointment before mine, whats the point of an appointment then? I work 3rd shift and wanted an appointment for a reason so I can get in and out, i wont be back here, thats pathetic, said 45 mins, waited 40, called big o, they get me in right now, see ya, wont ever come back here

Loved the Black Friday special of buy 3 tires, get 1 free. Needed 3, so the 4th being free was very helpful this time of year. Only place I take my vehicle, as they are always honest and upfront on the cost!!

Service was ok. Got me in and out pretty quickly. Thing is my tire warming light came on the very next day. Turns out 3 were set at 35 psi while one was set at 40. Not sure how that happens but I guess it does. Other wise friendly service and fair pricing.

They crossed threaded some lug nuts on my car. They would not fix it without me paying at least $150.00. At the same appointment they forgot to put oil cap back on the car. Easy fix but I had to clean the oil off the engine.

Awesome place. They are so nice. I took my car their and paid half the money upfront. The part they got and put in my car didn’t solve the problem so they refunded me every penny and were extremely apologetic that they hadn’t solved the problem. The main problem had been my transmission and they were unable to fix it and it had to go to a transmission place. But I will definitely be taking my car back there when ever it has to be fixed. They were terrific people.

Had a sound coming from the left front of my car. Stopped in and they had in and out within 1 hour. Simple lug issues, no charge.I will give them more business...

I really appreciate an auto repair center that is honest. When I needed tires they said I would be better off with a match to tires I had bought elsewhere rather than selling up on tires from them. They do a great job doing my oil changes and most recently working on my brakes.

Excellent service! We were from out of town on our way to Florida and they immediately took our car in and diagnosed the issue and had us back running within an hour. Best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to. One of the techs I believe Kenny was very knowledgeable and helpful. 5++++++ stars

The work done was fine. But the mess of oil they left on my engine, exhaust manifold, intake manifold, hood, and bumper are unacceptable.The drain plug still had oil surrounding it, showing that the techs never even bothered to wipe anything. $90 + $600 in tires and alignment. I will not be back.

Stopped in Friday morning as we had a flat tire and were on our way to Nashville for Easter weekend. Dan was very nice and got us right in and repaired the tire in about 30 minutes and we were on our way. Great service, good experience given a bad situation. Will definitely be going here for all our car needs in the future.

Came in for an oil change, balance and rotate. They always do an amazing job and wouldn’t take it anywhere else! Very knowledgeable store manager Dan is the guy to talk to!

I love the staff here, they are so nice. My 30 year old Toyota pickup can be a real pain to work on. They do what they can to help me out. I was last in 9-29 to get my brakes done. The mechanic was very nice and willing to answer any questions. Especially considering changing my brakes is difficult and time consuming. Erica was great! Another customer was rather hateful to her but she stayed calm, cool and collected. There was another gentleman working the front counter, he was also very helpful and kind. Love this place! They are awesome!

Literally just went in 2 minutes ago. No cars in the bay no customers in the store. Person up front stated that they have one tech on duty and could not change the oil in my car. Why? Because they are waiting on a customer to come in for a tire change. Said tires are not in and will be delivered in the next hour Since they close in 2 HOURS they could not change my oil. Now I am not a mechanic. But an oil change does not take that long. The lazy workers could have fit it in. like I said no customers in house and they are leaning on the counter. Refusing to do work because they close in 2 freaking hours.

I broke down and had to make an emergency repair with limited tools. I brought my truck in to get it aligned. And they called me and said it was going to be another $150 because one of the nuts was rounded off. I had to buy a whole new part. I asked if they couldnt just put a new nut on it. He tells me no. That the nut and bolt are both damaged and its a special bolt. The only way to get one is to buy a whole new part and pay them to install it. You see, right here, I know that the guy is lying because, i rounded the nut off myself. It was stuck and all I had was a pair of vice grips. The bolt never got damaged. I might add that the bolt the guy is talking about is one of two lock bolts on the link that connects the tie rod to the tie rod end. Its only purpose is to tighten the link so it doesnt turn and let the alignment go out of adjustment. I told him I didnt have the money to replace it at the time, just replace the bolt and do the alignment. I needed new tires anyway and was going to be back in a week to buy them. I just need the alignment done cause it was driving poorly and was eating up what was left of an already bad tire. So, they did that and a while later called and said my truck was ready. I go pick it up, pay them and go home. I go to drive my truck the next day and its way worse than when I brought it in. I get out and what did I find? One of the bolts is so loose its about to fall off! So, now my wallet is over a hundred dollars lighter and all I got was a bolt replaced. The alignment is so messed up I have to hold the wheel sidways to get the truck to drive straight and they didnt even tighten all the bolts back up. Theres no way they even did an alignment. And, on top of it, driving a vehicle that far out of alignment damages all kinds of parts. Not just your tires. Ball joints, bearings, tie rods and tie rod ends. There is no way I would ever trust these clowns to work on any of my vehicles and I would never in good conscience recommend them to anyone else. Now, I have to take off work to go get somebody else to do the alignment. They certainly arent going to be getting the tire sale. Run for you life. The work they do can cause an accident and cost you thousands and maybe even your life!

Made reservation for same day oil change. Arrived early and work was started immediately. Counter guy was professional and friendly. Work was done quickly. Plus there website had coupons that saved me money. Will take me vehicle there again.

We had the misfortune of being towed here being out of state and it has been a living hell working with this awful business. It took forever for parts to come in, they were horrible at communicating and told lie after lie about when parts would be coming in. They charged our insurance top dollar for new parts and replaced everything with used. Weve had to have almost everything replaced including body work and an entire A/C kit. Im attaching the invoice. Do not walk, RUN away from this terrible business! Especially if youre from out of town!

Made an appointment for an oil change and came in. Guy said he would help me in a minute and went on to keep answering phone calls. After being ignored for 20 minutes a couple walked in and received instant service. I finally got helped and apparently an appointment is useless as it took 50 minutes for them to get to my truck. After I got home I checked my truck because I didnt expect a very good job after my long wait. I found that they neglected to put my oil cap back on. A very lazy job on a very easy task.

If you have a brand new part that you want put on your vehicle, this place will not put it on. They would rather go buy the part themselves and mark it up like crazy. Labor rates are ridiculous anyway, so they WILL make money! I can understand that they cannot offer any kind of warranty with outside parts brought in, and that is fine. The solution for that is simple. Dont offer me a warranty! All parts come from the same place anyway, so I dont see what the big deal is bringing in a brand new, unopened part. I have called around to other places in the city, including Big O Tires and Tire Discounters, and they all will put on new parts that the customer brings in. They wont turn down my money like Ken Towerys will! That is a poor business decision if you ask me! Ken Towery, you just lost a customer who has spent thousands of dollars with you!

Unsure of what to rate this one. A 300$ repair turned into a 40$ one elsewhere from a possible misdiagnosis. Generally Ive had good experience here. Good coupons on their site!

Went in with a flat tire on company truck trailer around 5:00 pm The guys that was working on it was having difficulties getting tire off rim. They stayed hours past closing to fix it for me. Great guys! Thanks a bunch!

Worse place ever. Said they could not patch my tire because it wasnt the right size for the car.. told me i had flaws in my other tires. Only trying to sell me tires and all i needed was a patch. Never do business at this place again. went right down the road and they patched my tire

I brought my 02 truck in to find out why it was pulling to the right.They told me they would wait to do any work until after I authorized it.Later they called to informed me my brakes needed $1500 worth of work.I looked up the parts the referenced at autozone $296.89. I mentioned this and they stood behind their price.So I, of course, told them Id be by to pick up the truck and as Im getting ready to leave they call me to inform me that theyve broken a brake line and their sales department says they are liable so theyre going to go ahead and fix it. Yes that is how they said it.It took about 6 hours to get my truck back because of their damages and when I received it the tire and leaf springs were covered in brake fluid. They didnt even hose it off.When I brought it in I was concerned about it pulling slightly to the right. Now? Im concerned about my safety.I will never be going back here.Stay away or recommend your enemies go here.

Great service. Came in last week for an oil change and they found a potentially dangerous problem with my wheel baring. Got it fixed under warranty at the dealership but I am so grateful they found the issue.

Way over priced on labor charges, took them 30 minutes just to back my vehicle out once I told them I didnt want them to work on it. Plus, while I was in there they told 3 people theyd give them $20 off their bill if theyd give a review, so their reviews are obviously influenced.

Had a flat tire and pulled in to have it fixed. They were very helpful. Had to have tire replaced because I had to drive a little ways on a flat. They showed me what the tire looked like and showed me my options. Very friendly.

I wouldnt even give them one star if I didnt have too. Do not take your car here or if you do...make sure you take photos of your car inside and out. Heres why..i took my car there for a plug in my tire and they ended up scratching the side of my car. When I told them, they said that the scratches were weeks old and they didnt do it but they would be in touch with me. I told them that I am fully aware of any marks on my car considering i just bought it last year and I would have noticed the scratches before and they werent there before i arrived there that day. I am 100 positive I did not do that to my car nor were they there before I went to ken towery that day! He basically called me a liar and shrugged his shoulders. I will be making a police report and also commenting on everything they have because i work hard for my things and for someone to mess them up whether it was accidental or not should have said something and not make me out to be a deceiving person. I am also in touch with corporations. Not only does this cost me money but time. All because I thought i was doing the right thing taking care of my vehicle and paid 32 dollars for a plug in my tire and they cost me thousands in scratches to my car which took the paint off as well. Im highly upset with these people and this business. Please do your self a favor and do not go there!

Set an appointment online on a Wednesday with specific tires, was emailed verifying appointment. Was then emailed Thursday morning (day of appointment) that the store accepted or verified appointment so should be no issues in my mind. Shuffled things around in my schedule to make time for it since I needed it done asap before leaving out of town Friday, get there and they dont have my tires, they have them at the warehouse but couldnt get them to store until the next day....however they would be more than happy to sell me a different tire which wouldnt work for my application I wanted, was more expensive, and I would need to purchase additional warranty since manufacturers warranty really didnt cover anything. This was 2nd time in a row they didnt have what I ordered. In past year Ive taken 3 vehicles there for tires since its location was very close to my residence, went less than 5 minutes up the road to Big O tires, got the very same set of tires, with better warranty, cheaper, with no appointment and was completely done in less than 30 minutes. When I choose a place to do business with I pay for service not the product.

I have been dealing with the manager Tim for some time now. He always manages to work my vehicle in with short notice and keeps me updated on required maintenance without my having to ask. I am now sending my daughters to him because I trust him. It is nice to know that they will get good advice from an honest dealer.

This is where I go for service on my car now. Their service is fast and affordable. I checked their work and its always done right.

I had scheduled an oil change, transmission flush and window wipers. My appt was at 11 and I left at 2 . Over heard that the appt sets you up for next in line for an open bay, not to necessarily have the work to start at that time.

I just bought a 2007 CRV and it has some intermittent shuddering. It definitely needed alignment and I thought it might need a balance and rotate as well. The tech totally could have ripped me off and went ahead and rotated and balanced the tires, which would have damaged my almost new tires in the long run, but he told me it did not need to be done. He showed me how far off my alignment had been (which fit with what I knew from driving it) and thats all they charged me for. On top of that, Erica gave me some great advice on the shudder and referred me to a transmission shop to get it checked--in hopes that I dont end up needing it rebuilt. I never would have thought to get the transmission checked for this issue, so I am thankful. All around, they feel like honest people who arent looking to rip you off. I may have paid $10 more than another shop for the alignment, but it was worth it to get great service. Also, I had an appointment and I was in and out in no time.

This place is one big scam even the response from the owner is automated tried calling the number even left a voicemail still havent heard anything back after 3 days dont waste your money here especially if they say it needs fixed when it doesnt

INSURANCE FRAUD, FAULITY USED JUNKYARD PARTS AND WAS CHARGED THE MAXIUM PRICE FOR NEW.My truck hit road debris on i65. A towing company dropped my family and I at Ken Towery on a Thursday afternoon. They said they would have a quote for me by Friday evening. Didnt hear back until Sunday,Parts didnt come in until the Tuesday a full week after. I called that Friday to see if they where finished, Ken Towery told me that they ordered the wrong parts by mistake and that they would have to re-order. I asked them why they hadnt already re-ordered the parts 3 days before when they had arrived at the shop. No reason given.An entire week later they reported that the correct parts had arrived. I was wary at this point and made sure to call the shop every other day to check on the progress. 5 days later I contacted them again and they told me that they where finished (not sure why they didnt call me to tell me this). I drove back to KY (Out of state) paid my deductible and picked up the truck. I was unable to preform a full inspection of the work due to the time of day and zero light. Drove home, I had been without my truck for almost an entire month and was happy to have it back. That was very naïve of me.Discovered the next day that Ken Towery had placed used parts on my truck from a older model. I checked the parts manifest and receipt. This shop charged my insurance company and myself for brand new parts to repair my truck. They put USED PARTS on my vehicle from a local junkyard, didnt even bother to scrape off the registration numbers to hide their scam. I was charged $500 for a new used grill. $1600 for a A/C work (not working). Mounting brackets were jerry rigged with a single bolt (8 bolts should be used). Missing all the pushpins and their was plastic zip straps holding the radiator cover and grill on. Over $5,000 in labor and parts had been billed. I immediately Informed my Insurance of the fraud. provided photos and documentation.When confronted, Ken Towery knew that I was from out of state and informed me that I drive back 4 hours to replace the used parts free of charge. Seemed fair to me. They called back a few days later and informed me that the had the replacement parts in stock. I scheduled an appointment 4 days beforehand and made the long drive. I arrived at the shop and gave them the keys. They then made me wait an entire hour in the shop lobby before coming back in to tell me that they didnt have ANY OF THE PARTS from shipping yet. I can only surmise that the staff wasted my time, and my fuel to fix their screw up and trolled me.My Insurance company apologized. They had me to go to a shop local to me to redo the work. The other shop completed the work in less than 5 days and even did body work on top of it.It is shameful that Key Towery took advantage of my time, and my insurance co. I left the trouble of refunds to the insurance agent. I highly advise that you avoid this shop. I was taken advantage of because I was out of town.

I always have a pleasant experience at this store....I just had my oil changed and tires rotated...and while my tire rotation I was made aware of an issue with the front end of my vehicle and they fixed it in a few minutes. ...Ill keep returning

The whole thing stinks of needless up sell tactics.And if you book an appt online they make hateful passive aggressive comments that the price given online was too cheap. The lady working the counter shouldnt be working with the public.Overall a negative experience.UPDATE: And I was charged for a warranty I specifically told her I didnt want.

Last straw for this place. You cannot go into this place and not try to be sold something. They tried to do over $1k of work on a new Edge that was in for a simple oil change and B&R and they tried to start on it before even asking my wife is she was willing to do it. They blamed communication error and gave me a free oil change and balance coupon. I made an appointment today for a front end aligment and Balance and was told that I needed new ball joints and something else, but I cut him off because the reason I was in there was that I just replaced the Rack and Pinion Assy that was causing a pinging sound and bad drifting when up to speed. The reason I bring that up is because the ball joints were the 1st thing that we looked at and the shop that replaced the R&P Assy also said that they were fine. From this point on I will forgo free Balance and Rotation (Both sets of tires were bought there) and rotate them my self and if they seem out of balance, pay someone to do it...and ONLY that!
