I had a power steering issue. They said it was a busted hose, and found a tire rod needed to be replaced as well. It was a little over $300 for everything. No more than 3 weeks later I noticed another leak. I took it to a different mechanic. He said the casing on my power steering pump had a leak, and replaced it. Also, an O ring needed to be replaced on a part that fed the power steering fluid into the line on the left side. He said none of the hoses looked like they had recently been replaced. And you would think that Medleys would have noticed the issues he found and fixed. Unbelievable. Cost me days of stress, time off work, and lots of money. I would not suggest this business. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Great, fast, professional service. When another shop in town tried to tell me several things needed to be replaced on my vehicle before it could be aligned, Medleys was honest and didnt try tocreate more work than was needed. (The parts on my vehicle that the first shop said needed replaced, were actually new or just a few months old). My first stop will be Medleys from now on. Save yourself the trouble and deal with the best in town first. Medleys.

Had my Class A RV looked at because of a weird sound in the front end. Turns out it was a cable banging around. These folks were honest and let me know everything was fine. Would highly recommend. Great service.

Added a lift to my Nissan and took it into the downtown location. The guys got me right in and took a look at the alignment. They were able to get the rear in spec but Nissan doesnt add the correct control arm bolts that are adjustable. Forward- I replaced the control arms and added adjustable camber bolts. They got me back in and out with a perfect alignment today.They were even short staffed but got it done with a smile.Thanks!

Medleys is the only place for alignments!!! They do more than just set toe-in and send you out the door. Maybe thats why theyve been in business for 76 years. My 14 suburban now drives like new again!! Worth every Penney.

Brought in a Corolla with a starting problem. Medley diagnosed the problem and replaced the starter over a hundred dollars less than a competitors estimate. I will be taking my Santa Fee in for a 40 point inspection and systems evaluations to decide either to repair or sell it. Hoping to get it running up to speed. Highly recommend and trust Medleys

My 64 Ford Galaxie has a modified front suspension and other local shops have been unable to align it. Jason at Medley and I discussed what it needed and he was able to dial it in to perfection. Not only did the problems I complained about go away, facets of the steering / suspension that were OK also improved. Having spent hundreds with shops that were guessing, it is a pleasure to work with a shop and people that know what theyre doing. If there were six stars, I would give them!

There are not many places in the Louisville/Southern Indiana area you can trust to work on cranes, bucket trucks, or other aerial devices. This place is one you can take it to and be assured it will be repaired and done so correctly. Would recommend them to anyone and would gladly use them again.

I have been going to this particular Medleys for about 4 years now (its located near work).They are professional, have gone above and beyond several times for me, always give me excellent service, and have earned a customer for life. They have stood behind their repairs, and I would not hesitate to recommend this mechanic to anyone.Emmit at the front desk is particularly awesome. If you have a question, he is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with and friendly. He has always given me good advice concerning the 1994 pickup truck that I stubbornly refuse to let die.

Dude, I had a wheel bearing going out. i made an apt, b/c i needed to get through a days work.... Well by days end it was getting worse. they made room in the schedule, brought me in early, then knocked out the work fast. I had my truck back after one full day. Back in production. Price was fair. Service was good. Truck was better when done. Cant beat that!

First class business. Exceptional work and fair pricing. I have a fleet of vehicles (service vans pick up trucks) and for alignment and front end work (ball joints, tie rods, etc..) they are the best. Medleys is one of the few opportunitys that one has to get the best service for the best price.

Ive taken my truck there twice. Once for an alignment other places couldnt do because my truck has wheels and tires, the second to fix something somebody else couldnt. They will be the only place in Louisville that works on my truck. Great place.

Took my Challenger there across from bueuchule city Hall at medleys auto and truck repair service. I dropped off my car on November 15th. And payed the bill for there services on the 20th when I picked my car up I noticed that my center caps on my forgot rims, floating caps that are 225.00 each were missing from my rims. I asked the guy at the service desk about it and he told me they have no cameras there and I would have to speak with the owner. So I filed a police report with the bueuchule police station, the next day I went to the shop to speak with the owner and he was there and as I was speaking to him he told me that he was not responsible for any vehicles on there property and the worker at the front desk spoke up and said he looked up the center caps and they werent as high as I said why he is looking up my property ? The owner told me that city Hall is responsible for that lot well city Hall said he is wrong. So beware of taking your car to any medleys auto shops. Cause they will lie about things that are wrong with your vehicle plus the employees will steal parts off your vehicle. The owner is crooked and a lier. That shop is no good. The employees will steal from you. Save your self the trouble go somewhere else. Tim Murphy

This is a horrible business to take ur truck to. They charged me over $2,000, did NOT fix what I brought it in for. Its now the weekend and my truck is broke down with the same issue it had before I took it there. The answering machine doesnt take messages it just hangs up on you. The service writer Bryan or Brandon whatever is an ass. He lied straight to my face. Monday when I show up to have this fixed I have my attorney ready to take a call for a brief bit I can see it being necessary. Do not bring your vehicle to these clowns! Its not a good business I wish I never dealt with them!!!!! I wish I could rate them negative stars but I cant!!!!!

We altered our departure plans in order to be there at 9am with our motor home for our appointment for them to test our dash AC for a leak. We checked in, was told to unhook our towed vehicle and park which we did. They then said it would be 2 hour wait and all they could do was charge it because they were short staffed. When we made the appointment, we specifically asked for them to test for leaks. We wasted over an hour of time plus fuel to get there for our appointment and for nothing.I will say that we had a more positive experience a few years ago with a different motor home when they aligned it so 5 stars for that visit and 0 for this one.

We scheduled our work and was completed on time.

If your vehicle ever gets damaged while in their care, they will fix it, but be ready to find someone else to work on your vehicle after that because they will refuse to work on it again and they wont let you know this until you waste your time to make an appointment and bring it all the way to their shop and thats when they tell you they wont work on it. You try to patronize local businesses but it doesnt work out through no fault of your own.

They have the ability to repair some big trucks. They repaired a Cat rock truck with a bent frame for us.

Walked in office to ask about a front end alignment. Two men (gentleman is not the appropriate word here) behind counter. Younger man busy with another customer. Older guy doing paperwork. Stood there for a couple min when another customer (male) walks in. Paperwork man looks right past me & says Can I help you sir? Wont be doing any present or future business here.

Great place to fix your car

I took my car there for repairs and it took them 5 days to replace the fuel pump, each time I called they said it will be tomorrow. When I finally got my car back I noticed it had been vandalized and the cost of fixing it was more than the bill. They said that it wasnt there responsibly to fix it. I will never take my car there again and do not recommend anyone else to.
