10/10 would recommend a service at Meineke. I had made an appointment at 3:30 and got there a few minutes early. Stephan greeted me and was so polite! He respectfully listened to my concerns with my air conditioner (it’s effin HOT outside, people!) and informed me on how they would proceed with checking everything they needed. The process took maybe an hour and I was pleasantly surprised by that. Not a bad price either! Fingers crossed my A/C doesn’t have a leak, but even if it does happen, I have no problem coming back to Meineke. Great service and nice dudes.

Tires looked great! One hiccup I had was they didn’t reset my tire pressure sensor on my work van. Salesmen said it would automatically turn off. Nope. With a simple google search and 10 minutes of my time after the store was closed, it was reset and I was good to go.

My jeep is running perfectly like when o first bought it. I really appreciate it guys. Definitely recommend anyone to get their car fix here.

I had a great experience with Meineke in Middletown last year and so brought my car back again recently for breaks/rotor replacement. Once again, they proved to be prompt, professional, thorough, exceptionally courteous, and conducted themselves and the process with community minded care and concern. I really appreciate how they communicate everything that is going on with the entire inspection and repair so that even from afar, I am up to the minute aware of what is happening.They spend as much time as needed for questions that I have so that I can leave feeling confident and secure in the service provided-I am happy to refer my family and friends to this location once again-thank you!

Needed some work done immediately and couldnt get an appointment with anyone else for two weeks. Meineke in Middletown got me in the same day. Problem fixed at a very reasonable cost. Special shout-out to the manager. Stephan Brown, who could not have been nicer and who constantly updated us on the progress of the work.

I had a great experience at Meineke I thought my brakes were going bad due to other stores telling me that. Menieke checked them and said they were fine. There were other problems that needed attention. Adam was great. He showed me the problems and explained what could happen if i did not take care of them. I also had two bad tires. I had a strange noise coming from my serpentine belt area in my old 96 Chevy. I took it into Meineke and they quickly found out what was wrong with it. It was my AC compressor.Not only was my compressor replaced quickly, but they had my car in and out of the shop the same day I took it in, which you don’t normally get with other shops. Sometimes you need to leave your car overnight, but not this time.The service was awesome, but I was really impressed by Stefan’s customer service. He was extremely polite and professional, and even saved me some money on my repairs. All in all I had a great experience with Meineke in Middletown and I will be going back there for my future car repairs and oil changes.Thanks a lot!

This is a good spot to get an oil change. I got a basic for 25$. They were quick and the waiting room was really clean. They also didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things that I didn’t need for my car but they did give me a diagnostic report for next time.

Excellent service and very timely, I have a northern car so winter is pretty harsh on it however they got my car back up and running in 24hrs.Dan was extremely helpful and did what he could to help me sort out their financial program to aid me and also was very knowledgeable.Meineke is my new shop and it will be the only place my vehicles get worked on!(First timer and couldn’t of been happy with the quality of work and honesty)

I dropped off my vehicle at 11:30 and told them specifically I needed front breaks that may or may not be noticeable by general driving. We go the SC regularly and notice the pulsation going through the mountains. I called after 3pm because I still hadn’t heard anything and they said they hadn’t noticed any problems by driving it!!! So again I had to reiterate my original conversation. My ride dropped me off at 3:45 and they were just getting it up on the lift. They said you need pads and rotors, duh! I said how long is it gonna be? They said 30 minutes?! I’m thinking why couldn’t you have had it done at noon?! Fair price, terrible service. Not the same since the old manager Jeremy left.

Had appointment at 12:00 was explained the right procedure and was offered several options. Got a quote on price and brought the car in at 2:45.At 3:50 the performance exhaust was on and sounds incredible. I was charged the exact quoted amount and cant be happier. I am really not in anyway satisfied with this place. I told them to help check my A/C that’s not really getting cold, the break pad check, the alignment and exhaust check. They didn’t do anyone of these because I didn’t get any report on them, only for the A/C. I told them to check but they went ahead and fix it without telling me anything about the cost and all. And their prices are tooooooo high. My wife actually told me not to go there but I didn’t listen. I would have don’t that thing way lesser than half of what I paid. We learn everything and it’s nice having the experience so as to know where never to go again. Thank you

Please make sure you do your due diligence as a customer to check and confirm you’re truly getting the service you pay for. I brought my suv in for an oil change and before I arrived, I took one of the tire air caps off my car to confirm they rotate my tires, (which was included in my package). When they brought my car back out to me, the tire was in the same spot. However, before I walked out to my car, I asked the guy behind the counter if they’d rotated my tires and he said yes. When I saw it was still in the same spot, I brought it to their attention and they corrected it. I was there for two hours, even though I had an appointment. They did not reset my oil life, they did not give me a sticker detailing when I should get my next oil change. The next week, I’m driving and I get a windshield washer low notification. They were supposed to top off all of my fluids (also included in the package I paid for) and they did not. I called to complain, and the manly woman with the voice that sounds congested that works there was rude, and had an attitude like I was inconveniencing her with my call! She told me that I probably have a leak in my car and that is need to bring it in to check it out. I explained to her that my suv was a brand new 2020 vehicle that I just purchased months before, and that there is no leak in my vehicle, you all just didn’t do your job!!! Ultimately, she told me to bring my suv back in so that they could fill up my washer fluid, but by that point, I didn’t trust them to do anything to my vehicle. I’m never going back to this place, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone reading this go to them either!!!

They are under remodeling at the moment however they were very professional and respectful and explained what they can do for the customer. They can highly recommended. When I am visiting and need to get service for our car this will be the only place I take my cars. A great start to the new year thanks again .

Changing this because I brought my cruze back in they looked at it and theres a mile list long of problems and theyre looking at it for free and since they cant work on the PCM or the computer in it its a dealership fix theyre not charging me anything while is the best service Ive received.

I haved used the Middletown location for many years. The service is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and always cheaper then my dealership. The manager has always been completely honest with me. Many times he could have attempted to up sell profucts but has always recommended only what I need..He never recommended more then I need.My cars dealership wanted to sell me a battery alone for $245.At Meineke I was able to get the battery plus windshield wipers for much less. I am a senior citizen on my own. Thanks you for a company I can trust.

Wanted to charge me 1000 dollars for fake problem and they charge me 500$ for front brake pads and rotors dont come here its a scam!

They were quick, friendly and professional. Seemed honest and straightforward also which is sometimes difficult to find in a auto repair place. Got an alignment off Groupon for $37 and they did a great job on it.

I Was told one price by a Gary/ Jerry and when I picked my van up the next day we were told/ charged 50$ more by Adam. I Just recently spent almost 3,000$ there on my van and have a ton of reward points accumulated but apparently cannot use those for a new tire.

The staff were very positive and helpful, did the job to completion, and in a timely manner. A+ !

They took a bit longer than what I expected but the quality and effort they put into making everything right, unlike the last place I went to, was well worth the wait. We woke up yesterday to someone having attempted to steal our converter. They sawed completely through the exhaust and destroyed the mounting. I called just after open, and Billy gave me the right info, got me in and had it fixed/welded in a few hours. Car runs perfect again. Service was amazing. 10/10 will recommend.

I went there to check for a oil leak. He had me come out to the shop and look.My car is a 2003 model so I need to keep ahead of it. Not good news but not urgent and now i know !

The service was efficient, prompt. I was impressed with the video diagnostics sent to my phone before repairs were made. The only suggestion I’d like to make is to see photos of repairs at the completion of the job. The staff were friendly, professional and eager to be of service. The garage was spotless.... like an operating room. Impressive. The office/waiting area was also spotless!

Responded to an advertisement for a $49.99 synthetic oil change with tire rotation. Dropped the car off and received a call later that they were out of the synthetic oil per the advertisement and wanted me to pay $70 for an upgraded oil. Also stated the tires didn’t need to be rotated. Ended up paying for a lesser quality oil and they wouldn’t rotate the tires. Don’t use this company!!!!!

I have started going here from Goodyear. Every time I go I’m met with competent employees that I know are going to take care of all my vehicles. After my first interaction earlier this year I knew I wanted them to do all my future maintenance. The people are so easy to talk to and are great about keeping me up to date when my vehicle is in the shop. I will continue to recommend the shop I go to to friends and family.

The lobby area was very clean and the employee helping was very knowledgeable about the services I was needing. Only issue i had was after the service was done I noticed my drivers side window tint had been nicked. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Forget being seen during the time of an appointment. Their corporate office books mutiple vehicles at the same time so they said I would have to LEAVE my car there.Had to come back the next day bright and earlt to be seen.I went in to get an alignment and they quoted me over $2,300 of things that need to be done. Most of which had nothing to do with the front end or getting an alignment. This particular place is all about upselling. Thankfully I know a lot about cars. This establishment is Just another shop trying to take advantage of women!
