Was upset with the place I bought it from, called Oxmoor Mazda and had an appointment set up for that Monday. Robert in service could tell I was upset and feeling like that there was no hope. He told me I was in the right place and it was going to be ok. I will be bringing my car back here over and over. Hopefully, when the time comes my next car will be bought from here.

He listens carefully and asks questions to ensure he has a complete understanding of the problem. He is also diligent with his communication and feedback, taking the time to ensure that I understand what is happening with my vehicle. This place is amazing . I got my cx3 from oxmoor mazda and had great experience since. They service for oil change and tire rotation wasnt that long . They answered all my questions and samnfha is super sweet and know her stuff!!!! Love oxmoor mazda

If you need service or fix your Mazda its a defently first place where you should go. But if you need to buy Mazda, be prepared for the tricks. Sales person from my experience was a really nice and cant complain about that, but the rest of reminded me Russian Mafia. Dont think that you are smart enough you will be screwed anyway. And please do your homework to read other reviews before to make a decision.
Excellent customer experience. I dropped my car for a dead battery diagnosis and asked them to do the regular servicing (that was due for 62k miles) as well. When I picked the car in the evening and checkout, I realize that they just did the repair work but missed the regular servicing work. Service manager who handled my car left for the day. I was upset when I left the dealership because it is difficult to get servicing appointment and drop car for the whole day for me. I realized that I have to come again and drop my car on another day.I got a call from the service manager within 15 mins and he was really apologetic for missing the servicing work. He explained the situation and offered me for a free servicing within 3 days without having to book any appointment. Good deal for me as I was only worried about getting the next servicing appointment. I went back to the dealership next Saturday and the servicing done as promised. During checkout, I paid for the servicing as the service manager was not present at that time who promised me a free servicing. I was okay. I left the dealership.In the next 10 min, I got another call from the dealership and they explained that I was promised a free servicing by the servicing manager but the lady at the checkout desk was not aware. They issued a full refund on my card...A big shout out for the servicing manager John Bishop and Oxmoor Mazda. It was a unique customer experience that I witnessed. Bravo!!
I do not recommend Oxmoor Mazda.The short version: I’ve never had such unprofessional service from a car dealer. I ultimately do not know if they did anything to my car or not, despite having it for 24 hours, and having an appointment, because they never called me once. I picked up my car the next morning and left without an explanation.The long version: I made a 12:30pm appointment to have my transmission examined. I dropped off my car the night before. I heard nothing on the day of the appointment, so around 2:30 I called for an update. I was transferred to the technician’s voicemail. I left a message and did not hear back. I still had no call by 4:30, so I called again. The receptionist said the technician was on the other line and would call me back within a few minutes. I again received no call. They close at 6pm, so I called at 5:55 asking again about my car,As I was needing it for work. I was again transferred to technician voicemail, so I called back and asked why I haven’t received any communication about my car- they’d had it for 24 hours at that point. I was told to call back at 7am the next day when they opened. Instead, I decided to come get my car, because I was tired of unprofessional service. I arrived at 7am as that’s when the receptionist said they opened. They don’t open til 7:30, so I had to wait outside for a half hour, even though multiple employees were inside.
Always friendly and they keep me up to date. Service done right.
I’ve had a few minor problem that neerly prevented me from driving in. “Bad water pump and ignition coils went out” so both of those times, we didn’t have an appointment and they’ve always got the job done and the car back running like new in a timely fashion. I must say for having over 125,000 miles already on my 2014 Mazda CX-5 that’s not bad. Would definitely refer a friend.A+ ServiceA+ Car QualityThanks Oxmoor Mazda
Had a flat tire on the highway would of change but to close for comfort so I had to wait for an hour for tow truck then I called and hour before I got to Mazda services there that I’ll be arriving with my car on a tow truck lady said okay I’ll let them know then when I arrive I had my check in and they told me I had a two hour wait time just to change a tire then when I receive my car it’s not even the same tire like the others and then while I was driving off they didn’t even put the spare tire in the truck wow I plan on going somewhere else
They repaired a recall - staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Do not take your car to this facility, the technicians do not listen to you. I brought my Mazda 6 in for warranty checks/services which were flagged by the manufacturer and told them that a headlight had been placed incorrectly causing the light to go inward toward the car. After 3 hours, the come out saying everythings good, no issues including the headlight. No one came out to go through what was done on my car, the receptionist gave me the printout and I had to request that I speak to the technician. After waiting, I asked how they checked this and the technician said he turned on the lights, stood in front of the car and determined that the headlights were pointed in mostly the same direction. What?!!! I expressed my dissatisfaction and told him I didnt agree with their assessment and all he said was - they looked fine to me. I am livid and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
