Josh was AMAZING. As a first-time home buyer, I had a ton of questions, and Josh was patient, attentive, informative and incredibly knowledgeable. He immediately replied to my endless barrage of questions, even if I texted him at eleven oclock at night. He quickly learned what I was looking for (even though I dont even think I knew at first!), and pointed me in the right direction. After touring each of the houses that didnt end up working, he would say, Dont worry. We are going to find the right one. And we did! I highly recommend Josh Jarbo as your realtor. I was in a situation where I wanted to sell my house kind of fast and I also wanted to sell at the right price. Josh had several buyers at my house on the first day that it went on the market and within three days there was a offer. The real estate agent for Re/Max Alliance Diana Davis allows strange men with out of state license plates to sit in the driveway of one of her listing properties for days creeping everyone in the neighborhood out.These men sitting backed up in a driveway for 8 hours with the car running just staring at peoples kids. The agent and the listing company was made of aware of this and was ok with it....
