Bryan S. from Tom Drexler was AWESOME! We’ve had a number of technicians from the company service our electric, heating and cooling (Bryan came to our home for a routine service call), and plumbing over the years. Bryan was the friendliest by far—and his upbeat attitude was much appreciated! 🙂 He was efficient and a hard worker. I commend Tom Drexler for hiring him and hope we can request him for future work! 👍🙂

Mike and Dave came out to check on my water softener. They were right on time, attentive, professional, and explained everything to me. Although we chose not to get a new water softener yet, they never pressured me to buy from them and explained how I could squeeze a little more time out of mine now. Because I didn’t feel pressured, when I am ready to buy a new one, I’m going to go through them! Dave was training with Mike today and I thought he was just a worker with Mike. He was involved and knowledgeable!

These techs knew what they were doing, and wired up my garage professionally. They were very nice guys, and even modified some lighting that I had changed my mind on in the middle of the job and didnt charge me any extra. Will definitely call Tom Drexler again, very pleased.

Well, I was using Tom Drexler for the past 5 years and even subscribed to their $200/year service plan. Until the pandemic hit we never had any problems. However, something must have changed in how the company is being managed. We scheduled to get our shower repaired 4 times. The only time somebody actually showed up we were told that he doesn’t have the proper materials with him. The other three times nobody even called to cancel. They just didn’t show up even the visits were every single time confirmed the day before. I took off two days from work to be at home for the plumber for nothing. I guess I need to look around for a plumber who actually shows up.

Bruce B came out to my home for an electrical inspection. He was fantastic, professional and courteous. He explained every thing in detail. He was also very personable in a way that it seemed we were friends. Technicians like Bruce will secure my faith in Tom Drexler Plumbing and Electric.

Very happy with the whole process of getting our leaky toilet fixed. The repairman (Chris D.) was very thorough in checking the entire toilet and not just the area of concern. He also tightened our other toilet and inspected it for us since it was loose. He was very professional and personable. Being a mom, I appreciated the fact that the company sends a photo of your repair person so you know who to expect and feel safe having them come in your home. Will definitely use this company again!

Visit regarded a quote for a whole house generator installation. Bruce was on time, cordial, knowledgable, and thorough in developing a proposal. We are in the decision-making process about which home improvement projects needed here come first, and the generator is certainly on that list. The proposal provided will be very helpful in prioritizing things.All aspects of the project were openly discussed and included in the proposal provided; thankfully, the whole visit was a no-pressure experience! That alone really increased my confidence level in what was offered. Josh was very thorough in his work, which was to check our heating system, spending over an hour, inspecting, and taking many photos, and afterwards, explained everything to us in a way that we could understand and answering all our questions, showing each photo, what the proper reading should be for each, what the actual reading was, and if anything needed repair or be replaced. The previous company that we used didn’t do any of these things.We are very satisfied.

Time was impeccable, actually 3 days earlier than first was scheduled. Both technicians were courteous and professional. Quote given was the price I paid. So, no hidden costs always A+ in my book! Totally would give a thumbs up! Recommend if you need their services. Great job!!!!!

Our electrical box went up in flames Friday evening of Labor Day weekend. Drexler was the only provider willing to come out. Unfortunately with LGE having to be involved, we were without power for the weekend. Scott was out Tuesday morning and did great, speedy work. When he was done, the county told him they wouldnt give approval without the inspector coming out (not the way all counties do it) and it would be Wednesday before that could happen. The front office at Drexler said that wasnt acceptable and made multiple phone calls trying to assist us in getting our power back on that day. And they were successful! Greatly appreciated their going to bat for us and Scotts professionalism throughout the process. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Mike and Dave were awesome! We had a gas leak, called at 7am and they came out by 8:30am. They quickly performed a test to see where the leak was and were able to fix it, all while being super transparent on prices. We have used other plumbers before, but this was hands down the best! No sticker shock, you know the price before they do the work. Will be going back for any future issues!

We had a couple of breakers that were being tripped when we turned our stove on. Andrew came out and assessed the situation and gave us a couple of options. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice. So we are up and running again and very happy with the service, especially the communication from both the company and the tech. They will be our go to moving forward!

We had many quotes from several local businesses to get our HVAC unit replaced upon moving to Louisville. Tom Drexler blew us away with their timeliness and professionalism. They took the time to fully explain all of our options and didn’t pressure us in the least. The job was done without cutting corners and quickly. Nick did a great job installing our water heater. our old one gave out they were able to work around my work schedule and get it installed the day after they came out (considering the day they came out it was already 5pm). I went with the cheapest option. Knowing nothing about water heaters I didn’t know what was a good price my dad said it seemed on the higher end but we still decided to go with them because of how good the reviews were and I wasn’t going to try and cheap out of a water heater and a quality job. They did have to replace a valve and a few other stuff so that may have added on the price but honestly our house was so old everything needed to get updated so I let them do whatever they said to do. Nick was quick and did a great job he definitely knew what he was doing and was a pro. very happy with our new water heater!

Drexler has the best technicians Ive ever used. Brain S. did the annual maintenance on the air and heating units. He was on time and professional. He knew his job and gave us advice on how to keep the air conditioning unit clean and running without issues. He was respectful of my home and didnt track in any dirt. We had Shawn and a couple other guys come out to fix a bad clog in our kitchen sink. They were so friendly and professional. Explained the job in a way that was easy for me to understand. Also, they gave me ways that could help me in the future not to have the same kinds of issues! Will definitely be using them again.

I wish I had never had TD services to my house. In four years they installed an new HVAC system only to have to replace it two years later because it was installed incorrectly. This unit still doesn’t work and I have to have them service it multiple times a year. Even better I have to call them to remind them to come back and install parts. Please please use anyone else for HVAC installation.

We needed a new furnace and new AC unit. The process from initial inspection to completion was smooth and without difficulty. Anthony and Ryan were on time, polite, and knowledgeable. The two had good rapport between themselves and seemed to enjoy their work. Every detail of the work was completed and explained to us so we understood. The only drawback, which was not Drexlers fault, was that our HVAC closet was not big enough to include the the humidifier we ordered. Drexler gave us a rebate for that cost.

The whole experience from making the appointment to completing the repair couldnt have gone better. Ive been so disillusioned with customer service from various businesses in recent years but Drexler was awesome!! Everyone was polite and pleasant on the phone. They did everything that they said they would do. They were prompt and reasonably priced. Our Monday appointment was canceled by Drexler and rescheduled for Tuesday ... with a $50 credit! Brad H. arrived early and took to the task, getting it done long before our flight later that day. He was friendly, professional, efficient and thorough. I dont know if its normal to put in a request for a specific plumber when you call Drexler, but we intend to ask for Brad H to hook things back up after the new cabinets/countertops are installed. Great experience from from step one to step done :-)

Sherman was our repairman. He was great and very personable. Our air conditioner went on the blind yesterday. I got an appointment with Tom Drexler for this afternoon. Sherman called to let us know he was on the way. He got here in a timely manner. He was friendly and very professional. He was able to fix the problem and our air conditioning is up and running. We appreciate how hard he worked.

Calvin was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue with my current water heater quickly. I ended up purchasing a new water heater with Tom Drexler Plumbing and was surprised how quickly it was able to be installed. New color coded pipes were added along with an additional shutoff valve. Very pleased with the service and especially Calvin. He was easy to deal with and knew what he was doing!

Jeremy called 30 minutes before arriving and was very prompt. He used shoe covers and cardboard to protect the floor. Installation of the faucet went very smooth. He obviously knew whar he was doing and was quick completing the job. He explained what he was doing as he installed the faucet and cleaned the area when he was finished. During all this time he was very courteous and talking with him made me very comfortable. He explained the methods of payment and suggest the Silver Plan, which saved me money, He also inspected the water lines in the basement and pointed out areas of concern that need to be taken care of.Overall it was a pleasant experience, unlike some repair jobs I have experienced. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

D J and Brad have both worked with us before. They are always prompt, friendly, and do excellent work. I know there are other excellent professionals at Drexler and yet we have a very complex water system at our park and D J and Brad know it very well. By having both of them today, they got water restored to our guests within hours. Some of these families have small children, others are older guests, and it was a very hot day. Also, the staff with the emergency line was very helpful when I called on Monday night and got us scheduled quickly. I recommend Drexler to you. Our service technician Darrell W was thorough during his inspection and maintenance service of our two HVAC units. He notified us on an issue, gave us our options and offered to do the work same day. While we chose not to have the add on made during this visit, receiving the options and understanding why we’ve had previous issues were reassuring. I started out by getting a few quotes for the service I needed and this place was in the same ballpark as the others. We chose them because they are locally owned. They were at our house for 2 days installing a new HVAC system and Furnace. My tech Ryan H. was great he worked hard and was knowledgeable about his craft. He explained what he was doing and told me about the features my new system had. I will be calling them if I have any other problems.

Company responded to the call for service in timely manner. Called approximately half hour before arrival. I liked they sent picture of employee that was going to come to the house and service us. He was friendly and did a good job. Water currently working well.

I’ve been using Tom Drexler for a year or so now and they have been really great! The membership has been worth it as I live in an older condo and things regularly go on the fritz. It can be expensive but that’s par for the course when you can’t do your own plumbing or electrical work.
