Colt did a great job of fixing my sink & whatever was leaking underneath for a great price & in good time. This is a different kind of review I know but I have to say I usually call one of my boys to come over to hang out with me while a technician is here because I don’t want to be alone in my home with a strange man. Colt had a calm professionalism about him that I felt fine to do whatever I wanted or needed to do in the house & still feel safe with having a stranger here. That to me is more important than the price I would pay anywhere or how punctual they are… although those were great too!

Ethan was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him, and Maeser, to anyone. I had only one issue. How can, with all thats going on, he not have a mask on him? How can Maeser let their service folks go into peoples homes without one? I have a family member with medical conditions that make her more susceptible to COVID. I am quite sure that she is not the only person in Maesers service area of whom that is true. WEAR A MASK!!! To his credit, Ethan did not hesitate to wear the mask of I gave him. Thanks, Ethan.

I was given a quote for installing new sink and faucet in the kitchen and faucets in both bathrooms. Really enjoyed talking to William. He was very informative and explained anything so I could understand what he was telling me. I will be giving them a call for installation as soon as I get the supplies I need.

Next day response and they arrived on schedule. The two professionals gave us a couple of options prior to starting the service, the first options was attempted but then had to go to plan B. More labor intense with installing a clean out fitting which naturally increased the cost. Overall, please with the service and results.

Rodney and his apprentice were beyond good. They got a clog that 2 other plumbers could not get un clogged. They stayed there to make sure I was happy and to make sure it was running good. He also gave me some useful tips for future maintenence and ways to stop.I would highly suggest using these guys again.

First we had a major clog that shutdown our entire house and it was after hours. Called my previous plumbing company and they weren’t available. Called Maeser and once they determined it was an emergency they responded very fast. Their plumber Ethan was a pleasure to work with. Mauser Heating & Air, Plumbing was recommended by Barbie Baxter who had worked with the company before on the project Main & Clay in Louisville. KY. I called the Company and was notified that a serviceman was able to come to my condo immediately. Prior. to reaching my condo I received a call from the service man that he was on the way. He was neatly dressed in his uniform, professional, identified himself. He was able to identify immediately what was causing the problem. He took precautions not to damage my tile floor while using his equipment and after the service, he promptly swept up with a vacuum the minor dirt and cleaned underneath the sink. I would highly recommend using Mauser Heating & Air, Plumbing. I also have a shower head that is coming loose and will call them to fix the shower head next week. I think you will be greatly satisfied by using Maeser Heating &Air, Plumbing. I might add I received a discount because Ms. Baxter had worked with his boss as a courtesy.

We have had several experiences with this company…the most recent unclogging the kitchen sink!We are very pleased with the services we have received. My MIL is 94, fragile and confused easily . We called with a clogged bathroom shower drain. Jason was at our home within the hour. He unclogged the drain quickly and effectively and left the bathroom clean. He’s an excellent plumber and I would highly recommend this business. We liked Maeser Heating and Plumbing and Jason enough to have him install a new garage disposal 2 days later. Again, efficient and extremely professional.

First, when I bought a kitchen sink at a big box store they informed me that they had no plumbers contracted to do the job. That said, I have used a different local company for plumbing issues but have seen Maeser around as well and checked reviews. The reviews were spot on.I called yesterday morning at 10:06am to see about getting an estimate on installation of the sink, as well as the peripherals (faucet, garbage disposal). I was told not that it would be next week but between 12 & 3 that day (and likely closer to 12) and they would call when on the way. At 11:51am I received a call that the technician was on the way.Ethan responded, told me what he needed to do and if I would have not had to go to work a little later the job would have been done YESTERDAY. Holden was great at explaining what needed to be done to replace a copper pipe and cut off value for an ice maker in the refrigerator. Jesse was on time, evaluated the issue and fixed both the toilet and shower for me. I just bought the house and the inspector suggested I have someone look at my hot water heater. Although, it was an opportunity to make more money, Jesse evaluated the the entire hot water heater and said that it was safe and working properly. Maeser is great! Super responsive, always on time, and super accommodating. The ladies that take the service calls are nice and their technicians are great. They always get the job done in a timely manner. They installed a gas stove for me (replacing an electric stove), and they were great!

I hired Maeser to replace the A/C outdoor unit and internal line system in the house I just bought and they were great to work with.Initially they sent a guy out to take a look at what was going on with our current system to see what the best options were. The outdoor unit was 26 years old, falling apart, and louder than I could have imagined a unit could be so a couple of days later they sent an official estimator out to give us a quote. He was really good and professional and honest with me answering all of my questions. Gave us three quote options that would work for our house at varying features and prices. We ended up working with them and a week later we had an install date. They got it all done while I went to work and it works great!I trusted Maeser and they really came through and made it an easy experience for us too.

Cleared out a sewer back up. Someone was able to come the day of my call. Service came along with a 6 month warranty. Tim did a good job and was professional and informative. The only thing I didn’t like- you can get a free service call and estimate from Maeser, but if you don’t decide to get the service done at that initial visit the service would be an extra hundred dollars if you ended up deciding to go with them and called them back out for another visit.

Cole was professional, explained the repair and completed the job in a satisfactory manner. We would definitely use Maeser in the future and recommend Cole for any repairs.

These guys were awesome. We have an d toilet that needed replacing, so I called Maeser and they were here within 2 hours. A series of unfortunate events left us with a severe meter-to-house water line rupture, no water and no information from Louisville Water Company for 2 days. Never really having needed a plumber for something major like this, we didnt even know who to call. We asked for recommendations from friends and family. Most places we called were days, if not weeks, out from being able to even look at our problem. I happened upon Maeser and their positive reviews trying to find someone who could help us in a more timely fashion. Maeser prioritized our situation and had a team out within a couple of hours. They were knowledgable and professional. They estimated the work and were able to get started right away. Once it was decided a patch wasnt going to do the trick, they got more guys and started on a full line replacement immediately. We live on a hill that is inaccessible for an excavator, so they had to dig everything out by hand. It was originally going to take two days, but Cody and his team asked if they could work through and said they would try to get us done same day—AND THEY DID!!! I really cannot say enough about their professionalism and work ethic. They explained each process well, told us what they were doing and why. Highly recommend Maeser.Special shout out to Tracy (dispatcher) who took my call and didnt miss a beat when I literally cried in her ear. She was compassionate and friendly and that effort means so much when you are in a crisis.

Per the recommendation of a friend, we decided to give Maeser a call about our broken AC. When we did,, we were greeted with a wonderful message and assistance. Not only that, but the tech, Mr. Codey Reuber, was on time, knowledgeable, honest and hard working. In addition, he was quite funny! Mr. Reuber had our AC cleaned, fixed and running in no time. Maeser has been wonderful. The work was priced well compared to other quotes we received, everything was explained in detail, carried out professionally, and we are very happy with the work Jason Smith performed installing new gas lines for our cooktop and two fireplaces, and replacing three sump pumps. Joe Hessler is an outstanding plumbing professional. He walked into what seemed to be a typical call to prep a gas fixture for the install of a gas fireplace. The call turned into running a brand new gas line to a subterranean fireplace. Joe brainstormed a solution, double & triple checked that it would work. John was at our front door within an hour of my calling to schedule. He was pleasant, efficient, neat, careful around our cabinets and appliances and fast. (Our regular plumbing company couldnt get here for 36 hours - not fast enough with a clogged kitchen sink!) He looked at the problem and described various scenarios that might play out and what the relative costs would be. It turned out that he was able to unclog the drain with a minimum of work and charged a very fair price for prompt emergency service. I cant say enough good things about the Maeser people I encountered - John, and the people I spoke to on the phone - Tracy and Wendell. Maeser will now be our go-to plumbing company.

Unclogged a tough drain and backed up the service performed with a 6 month warranty. Hopefully will not need the warranty but good to know it is provided with the money spent. Knowledgeable technician explained process well. I do think the service trucks should be equipped with both size snakes so the work can be completed in one trip instead of another worker having to come out later in the day with the needed device. Would have saved time.

Tim was our technician. He arrived within the time constraints given to us by the Maeser office. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked at a continuous pace. Removed my garbage disposal and installed the new one. Answered any and all questions. If we were to rate him on a scale of 1-10, I would have to award him a 10. I will request him for any future plumbing needs. This was my first time using Maeser Plumbing, but not the last.

When I called early on Monday morning I was expecting to get an appointment in a few days. I was thrilled that I was able to get me garbage disposal replaced the same day. I will definitely call Mauser when I need help in the future.

When we made the call about our tub faucet failing and water gushingout of the faucet non stop into our tub, the technicians came over right away and took care of the problem for us. Very good customer service by phone and the tech who arrived. Fixed the issue within 30 minutes by snaking the line. I was surprised at the cost though, a little high for just snaking a line. Should of been better priced since I was told it was during regular hours and there wasn’t going to be an extra charge for coming the following day within normal work hours.

From start to finish, from booking the same-day appointment to John finishing the work to repair our leak, the service we got from Maeser was excellent. Everyone involved was fast, efficient, courteous, and really helpful. Calling Maeser was the smartest move I made all day.

They were so wonderful I am just speechless!! Apparently this leak was happening for the last two weeks. My husband saw the backyard was wet but never thought that and our soaking wet, moldy basement was the culprit. My nephews are Ben and Eddie Cloud and Ben found a broken pipe in our basement wall several years ago and the flooding I discovered today was so much worse because it had gone unnoticed for two weeks. I cannot say enough good things about today’s experience. I called your office and was in such a state that I could barely tell Tracy what was wrong and you were here I think in a half hour. They came to unclog basically all the drains in our new house (thanks previous homeowners). The plumber who came to the house worked hard throughout the house to find the clog and clear it, and they arrived right when they were supposed to. I give the plumber an A+ for sure.I removed one star because when I called to set up the appointment the person on the phone didnt give me any indication of what it would cost, even telling me there was no fee. I think they meant there was no after hours surcharge on a Monday, but that still felt incongruous with the rather high amount that it ended up costing.

Mike was super helpful and accommodating as my work schedule shifted slightly while he was onsite. Great work and a great explanation of the root cause. Will definitely call again for service.

The new hot water heater was delivered to them while they were here removing the old one and they had it installed in a timely manner. I’ve been with this company for 10-15 yrs.The plumbing tech are excellent.The air conditioning work I’ve had done was always excellent until last year.I didn’t have a good experience with the air ducts cleaning. They left the air filter out after completion and I didn’t notice for 2 wks. I complained but they didn’t offer to come back to clean again.

Maeser’s Plumbing could not have been more wonderful to work with! When I called on a Saturday morning and asked for same day, they got me right in. When I let them know I had my 2 year old niece’s birthday party to get to that afternoon, they rearranged their schedule to get me in earlier so I could make it to the birthday party in time. The plumber, Jason, who came out - was so professional, knowledgeable, respectful, thorough and fast. He answered all my questions and took care of the leak fast. Afterwards when I showed him 2 other small unrelated issues that I wanted a quote on- he fixed them quickly for me without a charge. I could not believe how wonderful and helpful this company was!
